Dietitians - Nutritionists for Video Consultation in Greece

Rabbah Tania is a Registered Dietician - Nutritionist. She works with the Mindful Eating method, which eliminates diet plans. She focuses on changing the client's way of thinking and habits around nutrition. In other words, she trains the client to work on those mechanisms that lead to over-eating; replacing old "unhelpful" habits with new more helpful ones. Unlike with diet plans, she provides the clients with all the tools they need in order for them to become their own food regulators. She shows them the pitfalls and how to avoid them. This method is proven to provide longer lasting results on weight, without deprivation and suppression. The clients will have new task each time which will help them establish a new "helping" behavior at a time. Rabbah Tania is a graduate of the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science of the Harokopio University of Athens and a member of the Pan-Hellenic Association of Dietitians Nutritionists. She was also a scholar of the Greek Embassy of Lebanon at the same University for 5 years. She has carried out her internship in major hospitals in Athens, such as the Attica General Hospital "Sismanoglio", the Red Cross Hospital, the Piraeus General Hospital "Tzaneio" and the Athens General Hospital "G. Gennimatas' Hospital, Athens, Greece, at the 'Gennimatas' Hospital, Athens, Greece, in the years 2005 - 2006. To date, she offers at home and online nutritional support in Athens, as well as in Manila, Philippines.

Kouvatsos Filippos  is a Dietitian-Nutritionist who runs a private dietetics office in Koropi and Dafni. Additionally, he is a scientific associate at the MTS Alternative Therapy Center in Lamia and the Nutrition Center of the Municipality of Paleou Faliro. She also provides remote consultations across Greece (Syros, Thiva, Crete, Volos, Lamia) and internationally (Cyprus, USA, Dubai, Germany).

He studied Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and has been trained in Western and Chinese herbal medicine, Hippocratic nutrition, and acupuncture at the Academy of Ancient Greek and Chinese Medicine. Furthermore, he has given presentations at educational seminars and has worked as a scientific associate for FAGE and Thermes Spa.

Η Βαμβακάρη Κωνσταντίνα είναι Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό γραφείο στον άγιο Δημήτριο Αττικής από το 2023. Είναι απόφοιτη του τμήματος Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας (Πρώην ΤΕΙ Θεσσαλίας) και μέλος της Ένωσης Διαιτολόγων-Διατροφολόγων Ελλάδος (ΕΔΔΕ), με άδεια ασκήσεως επαγγέλματος. Στα πλαίσια της συνεχούς εκπαίδευσης της εξειδικεύτηκε με Μεταπτυχιακές Σπουδές στην Κλινική Διατροφή στο Χαροκόπειο Πανεπιστήμιο.

Το Επιστημονικό Διαιτολογικό Κέντρο "ΜΕΤΑΒΟΛΙΖΕΙΝ" λειτουργεί εδώ και 15 χρόνια. Υπεύθυνη είναι η διαιτολόγος κα Σηφακάκη Μελίνα. Παρακολουθεί άτομα που επιθυμούν ρύθμιση βάρους. Στο γραφείο πραγματοποιούνται μεταξύ άλλων και τεστ DNA διατροφής για όσους το επιθυμούν για να ελεγχθεί η γενετική τους προδιάθεση για υψηλό ή χαμηλό βάρος. Η κα Μελίνα Σηφακάκη αποφοίτησε με άριστα από την ελληνογαλλική σχολή Πειραιώς "Jeanne d’ Arc" και το 2000 εισήχθη πρώτη στη σειρά στο τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας - Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου. Μετά την απόκτηση του πτυχίου της συνέχισε τις σπουδές της στο ίδιο πανεπιστήμιο, λαμβάνοντας μεταπτυχιακό δίπλωμα με επίδοση άριστα. Η επαγγελματική της δραστηριότητα ξεκίνησε το 2005, όταν εργάστηκε ως Κλινικός Διαιτολόγος στο ιατρείο παχυσαρκίας στο Νοσοκομείο Ερυθρός Σταυρός. Έχει διατελέσει για χρόνια επιστημονικός συνεργάτης του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου, ενώ έχει συνεργαστεί και με την Α’ Καρδιοχειρουργική Κλινική του Ωνασείου Καρδιοχειρουργικού Κέντρου. Στο γραφείο χρησιμοποιείται εξοπλισμός υψηλής ακρίβειας και επαναληψιμότητας. Οι μετρήσεις βάρους γίνονται με ζυγό σύμφωνο με τις οδηγίες της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης (νόμος περί ιατρικών προϊόντων - 93/42/ΕΟΚ, 2007/47/ΕΚ, 2009/23/ΕΚ). Για την ανάλυση σύστασης σώματος χρησιμοποιείται ΠΟΛΥΣΥΧΝΟΤΙΚΟΣ λιπομετρητής.
