Η Γερακίτη Λουκία είναι διαιτολόγος - διατροφολόγος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικά γραφεία στο Μαρκόπουλο και στην Δάφνη. Από το 2020 έχει φτιάξει μια δυνατή ομάδα με δύο αξιόλογες συνεργάτιδες που θα σας ενθαρρύνουν, θα σας γεμίσουν αισιοδοξία αλλά και θα σας προσφέρουν τα κατάλληλα εφόδια για να πετύχετε του στόχους σας. Σκοπός της είναι η διατροφική διαπαιδαγώγηση και η οριστική αντιμετώπιση των προβλημάτων διατροφής, με απόλυτη προσωποκεντρική προσέγγιση, σεβασμό και ειλικρινή επικοινωνία με τον θεραπευόμενο. Είναι πτυχιούχος Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας από το Ελληνικό Μεσογειακό Πανεπιστήμιο στη Σητεία και κάτοχος μεταπτυχιακού διπλώματος στην "Διατροφή κατά την Άσκηση” από το Χαροκόπειο Πανεπιστήμιο. Επίσης, έχει παρακολουθήσει το εκπαιδευτικό σεμινάριο "Life Coaching" από το Πανεπιστήμιο Αιγαίου. Πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση στο διαιτολογικό γραφείο του Δρ Σπυρίδωνα Κανελλάκη ενώ στη συνέχεια, εργάστηκε ως εξωτερική επιστημονική συνεργάτης στο Χαροκόπειο Πανεπιστήμιο. Ακόμα, έχει συνεργαστεί με αθλητικές ομοσπονδίες, όπου διεξήγαγε ομιλίες, διατροφικούς ελέγχους και συμβουλευτική στους αθλητές (ποδοσφαιριστές, ανήλικους αθλητές στις ακαδημίες, αθλητές πολεμικών τεχνών) με σκοπό την μεγιστοποίηση της αθλητικής τους απόδοσης. Έχει εργαστεί ως υπεύθυνη διαιτολόγος - διατροφολόγος σε γνωστή αλυσίδα γυμναστηρίων στο Μαρκόπουλο και στην Γλυφάδα και ήταν υπότροφος της Ιατρικής Σχολής Αθηνών με στόχο την υλοποίηση μελέτης στο επιστημονικό πεδίο της διατροφογενετικής. Τα γραφεία της είναι pet friendly και την απόλυτη μασκότ αποτελεί η Joy, το μικρό σκυλί λουκάνικο!
