During her studies, she actively participated in intensive research activities and obtained scientific publications. Furthermore, she has successfully completed a seminar titled "Specialist in Sports Nutrition" under the auspices of the International Society of Sports Nutrition. She has a strong interest in current scientific data and contemporary recommendations in the fields of weight management, nutritional counseling, clinical and sports nutrition, for which she regularly attends conferences and workshops. The principle of her dietetic practice is a personalized nutritional approach based on the medical and nutritional history, needs, and lifestyle of each individual.

Diaitologiko Grafeio Ntelikou Mpenetou Natalia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist graduated from the International Hellenic University, with a master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from Roehampton University of London. Additionally, she is a certified Adult Educator & Health Coach from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She provides personalized nutrition programs tailored to individual needs and aims to change the individual's dietary mindset.

Dr. Mamalaki Eirini is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Ampelokipoi. She graduated from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens. She completed her Master's Degree specializing in "Clinical Nutrition" at the same department. In 2020, she earned her PhD on the topic "Nutrition and lifestyle of older adults." She has published over 30 scientific articles in the field of nutrition and lifestyle, as well as more than 45 written and oral presentations at international conferences. Currently, she is a Scientific Collaborator at Harokopio University and the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has extensive experience in managing clinical cases, both adults and children, as well as in weight management for individuals (weight loss, maintenance of lost weight, weight gain). Her fundamental philosophy is that dietary intervention should be person-centered, based on the specific needs and requirements of each individual as well as their taste preferences, with the goal of achieving long-term maintenance of the changes discussed. Therefore, the core focus of her sessions is thorough assessment and discussion of needs with the individual, setting goals, and re-evaluating these goals at regular intervals.

Kormi Sofia is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, graduate of the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, and holds a master's degree in Applied Dietetic Practice from Queen Margaret University, Scotland. She is also a registered Dietitian - Nutritionist licensed to practice by the Health and Care Professions Council of the United Kingdom (HCPC registered). She specializes in Eating Disorders and Obesity through the Eating Disorders Training and Management Center (EDTMC), in collaboration with the National Centre for Eating Disorders of Great Britain (NCFED). During her studies, she completed an internship as a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist at the General Hospital of Athens "Alexandra" and at the General Hospital Asklipieio Voulas. Currently, she works as a private Dietitian - Nutritionist in Athens, handling a variety of cases. Her goal is to provide reliable and high-quality information on nutrition, helping individuals achieve and maintain their dietary goals, while contributing to the enhancement of their quality of life through a balanced and sustainable diet.

Meladaki Dimitra Kai Synergates is a Dietitian - Nutritionist maintaining a private practice in Nea Ionia. She holds a master's degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, and a bachelor's degree in Dietetics - Nutrition Science from Harokopio University of Athens. Additionally, she has specialized in Obesity and Weight Management at the University of Glasgow. Throughout her career, she has provided voluntary dietetic services to the municipalities of Cholargos and Papagos, and currently collaborates with Harokopio University on research projects as well as with mednutrition to educate the public on nutrition-related topics. Furthermore, she is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists of Greece and has attended numerous conferences and workshops on Nutrition and Dietetics held in Greece.

Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας- Διατροφής της Σχολής Επιστημών Υγείας και Αγωγής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Κατέχει Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα στην Εφαρμοσμένη Διαιτολογία- Διατροφή με κατεύθυνση την Κλινική Διατροφή του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών καθώς και εξειδίκευση στο Health Coaching από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Η Κουτρουλή Ασπασία, BSc, MSc είναι απόφοιτη του Τμήματος Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας του Ανώτατου Τεχνολογικού Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος Κρήτης, ενώ κατέχει Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα Ειδίκευσης στη Διατροφή στην Υγεία και την Νόσο του Τμήματος Ιατρικής του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας κι εξειδίκευση ως Personal Trainer Nutrition Coach από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Έχει ασχοληθεί ερευνητικά με την πρόληψη καρδιαγγειακών νοσημάτων, όπως το έμφραγμα του μυοκαρδίου. Πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών «Κοργιαλένειο- Μπενάκειο Ε.Ε.Σ.» στο τμήμα Κλινικής Διατροφής. Vamvakari Konstantina is a Dietitian-Nutritionist who has operated a private practice in Agios Dimitrios, Attica, since 2023. She graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Thessaly (formerly TEI of Thessaly) and is a member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians-Nutritionists (HADN), holding a professional license. As part of her continuous education, she specialized with postgraduate studies in Clinical Nutrition at Harokopio University.

Anna Matsaggoura is a Dietitian-Nutritionist with a private practice in Kallithea since 2017, with prior experience in both public institutions and the private sector.

She holds a degree from the Department of Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University. Subsequently, she attended and completed a specialization in Eating Disorders and Obesity.

Marina Mougkridou MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and has operated a private dietetic practice in Voula since 2001. She studied at the Department of Dietetics - Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and holds a Master of Science degree in Health Psychology from the University of Central Lancashire, UK. She has collaborated with the General Hospital of Athens G. Gennimatas, the Children's Hospital Agia Sofia, the Athenian Clinic, and the Athens Colorectal Group, as well as with a chain of gyms in Athens. She has extensively focused on childhood obesity and oxidative stress, and in 2012 conducted research on the social determinants influencing adolescents' dietary choices. She is a member of the European Health Psychology Society and the Panhellenic Dietetic Association. She has participated as a speaker at scientific conferences and in public informational campaigns on nutrition topics. Additionally, she coordinates nutritional education programs for children in municipalities and schools and regularly contributes articles to general and medical interest magazines. In her private practice, she provides personalized dietary recommendations to children and adults with weight management issues, eating disorders, metabolic diseases, and conditions requiring nutritional monitoring.

Zaxarou Vera - Nutrithink is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Piraeus. She completed her studies in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Crete. Additionally, she attended a Health Coach training seminar and subsequently a professional development program in Pediatric Nutrition at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has experience and contributes articles to various websites.

Sklivagkou Nantia is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and runs her private practice in Neo-Psyhiko. She studied in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute in Thessaloniki and, after about two years, completed her postgraduate studies in England with an MSc in Sports and Exercise Nutrition. She specializes in Counseling, Weight Management, Clinical and Sports Nutrition, as well as Nutrition Education Programs for children. She has participated as a speaker at football academies in collaboration with OPAP, as well as in primary schools, presenting the importance of healthy and balanced nutrition. Additionally, as a member of the Hellenic Scouts Corps, she contributed to the development of an educational module for adult leaders of the Hellenic Scout Corps focused on “Nutritional Education for Children and Adolescents.” In the context of continuing education, she attends seminars on the psychological approach to dietetic practice to ensure excellent communication with clients and proper modification of dietary behavior as a method of weight loss. Wishing to further integrate the approach of nutrition and psychology, she completed the NLP Wellbeing Diploma by INLPTA, which focuses on training the mind to achieve lasting change. In her private practice, she provides modern services, individualizing each case and approaching it with accuracy, respect, and professionalism.
