Η Μαρκούση Μαριέττα είναι Κλινική Διαιτολόγος-Διατροφολόγος, απόφοιτη του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών με μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο στην Αθλητική Διατροφή. Ασκεί το επάγγελμα του διατροφολόγου για τουλάχιστον 16 έτη. Από το 2013 διατηρεί διαιτολογική μονάδα στη περιοχή της Νέας Ερυθραίας ενώ από το 2020 διατηρεί ακόμα μία στην περιοχή της Νέας Φιλαδέλφειας.

Κατά την πρακτική της άσκηση, παρείχε διαιτολογική υποστήριξη σε πολλά δημόσια νοσοκομεία της Αττικής ενώ έχει εργασθεί και εθελοντικά με το νοσοκομείο «Ερυθρός Σταυρός», στην Ενδοκρινολογική Κλινική, στο τμήμα Σακχαρώδη Διαβήτη & Παχυσαρκίας, στα πρώτα χρόνια της επαγγελματικής της καριέρας. Έκτοτε, έχει συνεργασθεί ως υπεύθυνη διαιτολόγος σε Ιδιωτικά γραφεία της Αθήνας. Το 2013 ίδρυσε το πρώτο διαιτολογικό της γραφείο στην περιοχή της Νέας Ερυθραίας ενώ το 2020 εγκαινιάστηκε η λειτουργία του γραφείου στη Νέα Φιλαδέλφεια.

Στην πολυετή πορεία της έχει συνεργασθεί με πολλούς elite αθλητές διαφόρων Εθνικών ομάδων και αθλημάτων (ενόργανη γυμναστική, ρυθμική γυμναστική, στίβος, επαγγελματικό μπαλέτο/ επαγγελματικός χορός, δρομείς μεγάλων αποστάσεων, καταδύσεις, κολύμβηση, καράτε, ποδόσφαιρο). Έχει συμβάλλει στην βελτίωση διατροφικών συνηθειών και της σχέσης του ανθρώπου με τη τροφή και το σώμα του (mindfulness). Με μεγάλη αποτελεσματικότητα, σε πλήθος ασθενών, συνεισέφερε στην βελτίωση κλινικών δεικτών. Ως προς τα περιστατικά με διαταραχές λήψης τροφής (ψυχογενή ανορεξία, ψυχογενή βουλιμία, υπερφαγία) εφαρμόζει τεχνικές διατροφικής συμβουλευτικής (γνωσιακή συμπεριφορική) προκειμένου να επιτυγχάνεται η έννοια της ισορροπημένης διατροφής βιωματικά! Άξονας του επαγγελματισμού της είναι η εξατομίκευση!

Μrs E. Iliadou graduated from John Moores University of Liverpool with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and continued her postgraduate studies in Dietetics at the University of Liverpool leading to state registration in the UK. Mrs Iliadou has trained both in hospital and community settings as part of her course.She gained her working experience in several NHS hospitals across the UK in different areas such as:Women’s Hospital in Liverpool (working with gestational diabetic women)Harefield Hospital-one of the best hospitals specialized in heart conditions Dr Gray’s Hospital in Elgin (Scotland) nutritional support patients

Royal Brompton Hospital (London) respiratory diseases, cystic fibrosis, cancer patients Primary care Trust of Birmingham (working with disabled patients)Royal Liverpool Hospital-specialized in elderly and children Bariatric surgery of Royal Manchester Hospital.She is a member of the British Dietetic Association, the Health Professions Council (UK), the Hellenic Dietetic Association, the Hellenic Institute of Nutrition and the European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolic care. She is a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders from National Centre of Eating Disorders.At present, Mrs Iliadou is leading the Nutrition department of the Mediterraneo hospital, a private Clinic situated in the South suburbs of Athens in the area of Glyfada She is in charge of the dietetic department where she is responsible for the management of patients who need nutritional support in the following units: gastro, dialysis, surgery, cardiology & cardiothoracic, bariatric and the ICU both of Greek and International origin.In addition to her working experience she attended the postgraduate diploma ‘Sports Nutrition’ from the International Olympic Committee. In 2019, the Hellenic Basketball Federation announced the official start of Mrs Iliadou’s collaboration with the Women’s National Team.Since 2015, Mrs Iliadou has been doing volunteer work with the AMYMONIAssociation , where they host people with vision problems and additional disabilities.

Η Τσικρικού Ηλιάνα είναι Κλινική Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος και επιστημονική υπεύθυνη του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Διατροφής Nutriheal στην Νέα Σμύρνη. Σπούδασε στο τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας - Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και έπειτα παρακολούθησε το μεταπτυχιακό πρόγραμμα σπουδών με τίτλο Αρτηριακή Υπέρταση και Συνοδά Καρδιαγγειακά και Νεφρικά Νοσήματα της Ιατρικής Σχολής Αθηνών. Έχει ολοκληρώσει την μετεκπαίδευση στις Διατροφικές Διαταραχές μέσω του Κέντρου Εκπαίδευσης & Αντιμετώπισης Διατροφικών Διαταραχών (ΚΕΑΔΔ) καθώς και την μετεκπαίδευση στην Αθλητική Διατροφή του PeakPerformance. Στη διάρκεια των σπουδών της πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση στο διαιτολογικό τμήμα του Γενικού Στρατιωτικού Νοσοκομείου Αθηνών 401 όπου και απέκτησε εμπειρία πάνω σε κλινικά περιστατικά. Στη συνέχεια, εργάστηκε ως διαιτολόγος-διατροφολόγος σε μεγάλη αλυσίδα γυμναστηρίων και σε διαιτολογικά γραφεία βοηθώντας άτομα να αποκτήσουν υγιές σωματικό βάρος και να βελτιώσουν τη σωματική τους σύσταση. Marina Mougkridou MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and has operated a private dietetic practice in Voula since 2001. She studied at the Department of Dietetics - Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and holds a Master of Science degree in Health Psychology from the University of Central Lancashire, UK. She has collaborated with the General Hospital of Athens G. Gennimatas, the Children's Hospital Agia Sofia, the Athenian Clinic, and the Athens Colorectal Group, as well as with a chain of gyms in Athens. She has extensively focused on childhood obesity and oxidative stress, and in 2012 conducted research on the social determinants influencing adolescents' dietary choices. She is a member of the European Health Psychology Society and the Panhellenic Dietetic Association. She has participated as a speaker at scientific conferences and in public informational campaigns on nutrition topics. Additionally, she coordinates nutritional education programs for children in municipalities and schools and regularly contributes articles to general and medical interest magazines. In her private practice, she provides personalized dietary recommendations to children and adults with weight management issues, eating disorders, metabolic diseases, and conditions requiring nutritional monitoring.

Anna Georgiou BSc, MSc is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. She holds a degree from the Dietetics department of Queen Margaret University in Scotland and a postgraduate degree in "Applied Dietetics and Nutrition" from Harokopio University of Athens. She has worked as a Clinical Dietitian at the Athens Medical Center, and currently, in addition to her private practice, she works as a Dietitian-Nutritionist at IASIS Medical Diagnostic Centers. Finally, she is a regular member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians-Nutritionists.

Karinou Katerina MSc is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and operates her private practice in Argyroupoli. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens, has completed a postgraduate program (MSc) at the Medical School of Athens, and has attended numerous continuing education seminars. She collaborates with the Gymnastics Stars gyms of Lefteris Petrounias and Vasiliki Millousi, and has previously worked with the Holmes Place and Curves Glyfada gyms. Meladaki Dimitra Kai Synergates is a Dietitian - Nutritionist maintaining a private practice in Nea Ionia. She holds a master's degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, and a bachelor's degree in Dietetics - Nutrition Science from Harokopio University of Athens. Additionally, she has specialized in Obesity and Weight Management at the University of Glasgow. Anna Gavrieli is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a dietetic office, the Nutrition Studio, in Ampelokipi (Athens Tower / Hippocrates) in Athens. She is a graduate and PhD holder from Harokopio University, with postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School/BIDMC. Additionally, she is a former research lead for Compass (BAMCO) at Google. She provides a wide range of nutritional support services for health, various conditions, and different life stages, but focuses on habit change for weight loss and weight loss maintenance. She firmly believes that lifestyle habit changes are the key for individuals to take control of their weight and health. Her philosophy is that in order for someone to achieve long-lasting results, they must change the habits that lead to problematic behaviors and consequently weight gain. Her goal is to investigate problematic habits and pleasantly restructure new ones based on existing behaviors. Kormi Sofia is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, graduate of the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, and holds a master's degree in Applied Dietetic Practice from Queen Margaret University, Scotland. She is also a registered Dietitian - Nutritionist licensed to practice by the Health and Care Professions Council of the United Kingdom (HCPC registered). She specializes in Eating Disorders and Obesity through the Eating Disorders Training and Management Center (EDTMC), in collaboration with the National Centre for Eating Disorders of Great Britain (NCFED). During her studies, she completed an internship as a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist at the General Hospital of Athens "Alexandra" and at the General Hospital Asklipieio Voulas. Currently, she works as a private Dietitian - Nutritionist in Athens, handling a variety of cases. Her goal is to provide reliable and high-quality information on nutrition, helping individuals achieve and maintain their dietary goals, while contributing to the enhancement of their quality of life through a balanced and sustainable diet.

Grivea Ifigeneia - Nourish Lab is a clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Metamorfosi, Attica. She is a graduate of Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. She holds certified training in genomic nutrition from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she has received training from the Hellenic Nutrition Society in pediatric nutrition. She has attended numerous nutrition conferences both in-person and virtually.
