Ξανά στα θρανία με ώριμη σκέψη, φρέσκια γνώση και πλούσια γευστική κουλτούρα από τα ταξίδια της ανά τον κόσμο.

Με το επόμενο επιχειρηματικό της βήμα δημιούργησε το Κέντρο Διατροφικής Αλλαγής Change Eat. Με την εκπαιδευτική (ως Φυσικός) και την διαιτολογική της εμπειρία συνδυάζει την εκπαίδευση και την ψυχολογική στήριξη των ανθρώπων. Με ζεστασιά, επιμονή, συνεχή υποστήριξη προσπαθώντας να μην ξεπεράσει τα όρια τους, στοχεύοντας στην διατροφική αλλαγή . Σε ένα χώρο με χρώματα και μυρωδιές από φρέσκια λουλούδια δημιουργεί κλίμα χαλάρωσης, εμπιστοσύνης και ασφάλειας. Αναλαμβάνει περιστατικά με χρόνια νοσήματα (διαβήτης, μεταβολικά νοσήματα, ογκολογικά, νεφρολογικά, παθήσεις πεπτικού Συστήματος (πχ. Σύνδρομο Ευερέθιστου Εντέρου), διαχείριση βάρους , δυσθρεψίας τρίτης ηλικίας. Επίσης έγκυες, θηλάζουσες και αθλητές.

Προσεγγίζει την ευζωία μέσω του σχεδιασμού διατροφικών προγραμμάτων προσαρμοσμένα στις ανάγκες και στις ιδιαιτερότητες του κάθε ανθρώπου. Σε συνέργεια με μηχανική υποστήριξη (ως Φυσικός) πρεσσοθεραπείας και τριών καινοτόμων τεχνολογιών (Λιπολέιζερ, Ραδιοσυχνότητες, κύματα Kotz) αντιμετωπίζει ακόμα και το τοπικό λιπος, την κυτταρίτιδα, την χαλάρωση δέρματος και του μυ.

Συμμετέχει εθελοντικά με ενεργό ρόλο εκπαιδευτικού σε επιμορφωτικά ιατρικά συνέδρια, με θέματα διαταραχών διατροφής, σε επίπεδο πρωτοβάθμιας φροντίδας υγείας. Σημαντική κρίνεται η συμβολή της στην ενημερωτική προσπάθεια διατροφικών διαταραχών στα σχολεία όπως και σε βιωματικά σεμινάρια διατροφικής προσπέλασης σε ογκολογικούς αρρώστους με αποτέλεσμα την μεγάλη βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής τους, προληπτικά και θεραπευτικά.

Karinou Katerina MSc is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and operates her private practice in Argyroupoli. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens, has completed a postgraduate program (MSc) at the Medical School of Athens, and has attended numerous continuing education seminars. She collaborates with the Gymnastics Stars gyms of Lefteris Petrounias and Vasiliki Millousi, and has previously worked with the Holmes Place and Curves Glyfada gyms. Additionally, she has served as a Dietitian at FIGURA CLINICA and completed her internship at the General Hospital of Aglaia Kyriakou as well as at the Municipal Nursery of Argyroupoli. Furthermore, she completed her postgraduate internship at the outpatient clinics of the General Children’s Hospital “Agia Sofia” as a Dietitian in the Clinic for the Management of Excess Body Weight.

Dr. Sofia Genitsaridi is a pediatrician with a private practice based in Glyfada, Athens. She graduated from the School of Medicine of the University of Patras.

She completed part of her pediatric residency with a specialization in Neonatology at the University Neonatal Clinic of Aretaieio Hospital, where she received training in neonatal resuscitation, early neonatal care, and the establishment of breastfeeding immediately after birth.

She obtained her PhD from the School of Medicine at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, graduating with honors (“Excellent”). Her doctoral dissertation focused on the effectiveness of a personalized model of nutrition, physical activity, and psychological intervention for the prevention and management of childhood and adolescent obesity and overweight. The research was conducted at the Weight Management Center of the 1st University Pediatric Clinic of “Aghia Sophia” Children's Hospital.

Dr. Genitsaridi also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in General Pediatrics – Clinical Practice and Research, from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, which she completed with distinction.

She worked as a scientific associate at the University Pediatric Clinic in Mainz, Germany, gaining valuable international clinical experience. Upon returning to Greece, she completed her pediatric specialization at the 1st University Pediatric Clinic of “Aghia Sophia” Children's Hospital, where she was trained in diagnosing and managing a wide range of common and rare pediatric conditions. She successfully passed the national board certification exams in Pediatrics.

Currently, Dr. Genitsaridi works as a Scientific Associate at the Pediatric Obesity Center, part of the Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Unit of the 1st University Pediatric Clinic at “Aghia Sophia” Hospital, and serves as an Attending Pediatrician at the Athens Euroclinic for Children.

She has actively participated in numerous national and international pediatric congresses as both an attendee and invited speaker. Her academic portfolio includes multiple publications in peer-reviewed international medical journals. Dr. Genitsaridi is also certified in Neonatal Life Support (NLS) and has received extensive training in breastfeeding support through various specialized seminars.

Dimitrios Tzirarkas is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who maintains a private practice in Aigaleo. He has 27 years of professional experience and has handled thousands of cases. He is a graduate of the Department of Food Technology and Nutrition of the Thessaloniki Higher Technological Educational Institute. He specialized in Clinical Nutrition at the General Hospital "Asklipieio" in Voula, acquiring valuable knowledge with greater emphasis on Diabetes cases. In the past, he served as Head Dietitian at Weight Loss and Aesthetic Centers and worked at Avgirinopoulou IEK as an instructor in the field of Nutrition. He is a member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists (HADN) and regularly attends specialized seminars and conferences in the field of nutrition and dietetics. Recently, he successfully completed the University of Thessaly's educational program entitled "Nutrition and Mental Health," obtaining specialization (master practitioner) in cases of Eating Disorders (Bulimia, Anorexia Nervosa, Night Eating Syndrome).

Zaxarodimos Nikolaos is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, a doctoral candidate at the Laboratory of Dietetics and Quality of Life of the Agricultural University of Athens, and maintains a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. He graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and holds a master's degree in "Molecular and Applied Physiology" from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a research specialization in Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus. Simultaneously, he collaborates with medical clinics, hospitals, and fitness centers, offering personalized nutrition programs and body composition analyses. His professional experience includes salaried practice at the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko," participation in research projects and scholarships within the framework of the "Research – Create – Innovate" initiatives, and active involvement with publications in international journals and conferences both in Greece and abroad. Papavasileiou Georgia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice at Mavili Square. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and graduated with honors from postgraduate studies in the "Science of Stress and Health Promotion" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

She specialized in nutritional intervention with a psycho-educational approach and in modifying dietary behavior in adults living with obesity. In 2017, she obtained the Adult Educator Educational Adequacy title from EOPPEP. Furthermore, she continues her postgraduate education in the field of Clinical Nutrition through the lifelong learning program of ESPEN "Life Long Learning Programme on Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism" and possesses extensive experience in clinical cases.

She collaborated and trained for three years in the Diabetology Department of the Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Unit of the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens at the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital. She worked on the Endorse program collaborating with families of children with Type 1 Diabetes. Currently, she follows several families of children with obesity and diabetes mellitus.

Zappi Marianna MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who maintains a private practice in Patras. She holds a postgraduate diploma specializing in the Applications of Basic Medical Sciences from the Medical School of the University of Patras, and is a graduate of the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens. Kolyviras - Tzivaniotis Stelios MMedSci is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Glyfada. He is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition Science and Dietetics at the Hellenic Mediterranean University of Crete and holds postgraduate degrees from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in Pathology of Pregnancy and in Environmental Issues Management with Health Impacts. Zeinentin Subchia is a Pediatrician and maintains a private practice in Melissia. She was born in Athens and graduated from the Medical School of the University of Thessaly. She completed his compulsory field service at the General Hospital of Chalkida and specialized in pediatrics at the General Hospital of Penteli Children's Hospital. She was trained in Paediatric Dermatology at the Athens Aphrodisiac and Dermatological Diseases Hospital "Andreas Syngros" and in Neonatology at the General Hospital "Elena Venizelos" and at the Neonatal Unit of the General Children's Hospital of Athens "P. & A. Kyriakou". She holds a Master's degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with the title "Clinical Pediatrics and Nursing - Research" and a thesis entitled "Predisposing factors of obesity in children with ADHD and in children without ADHD". She is certified in the use of the Bayley Scales of Infant and Toddler Development, "Bayley Scales of Infant and Toddler Development", at Churchill College, Cambridge and is certified in the use of the PAIS test for early detection of autism. In addition, she holds a Postgraduate Certificate in "Fundamentals of Developmental and Behavioural Pediatrics", from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has participated in numerous pediatric conferences with talks and posters. He has taken part in several voluntary activities, such as blood donations, immunizations of needy children, pediatrician in national examinations of children with special needs. Finally, he is proficient in English, French and Arabic.

Η Εύα Καρανίκκη είναι Κλινική Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος, πτυχιούχος του Τμήματος Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας - Διατροφής Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου, από το οποίο αποφοίτησε με υποτροφία. Ασκεί το επάγγελμα από το 2017, διαθέτοντας σημαντική εμπειρία τόσο σε κλινικό όσο και σε ιδιωτικό επίπεδο.

Είναι αριστούχος του μεταπτυχιακού προγράμματος ΕΚΠΑ στη Νεοπλασματική Νόσο, ενώ είναι υποψήφια διδάκτωρ στο ίδιο πανεπιστήμιο με αντικείμενο τη θρεπτική υποστήριξη χειρουργικών ασθενών με καρκίνο γαστρεντερικού συστήματος. She graduated from Harokopio University of Athens, where she also completed her postgraduate studies in Applied Dietetics and Nutrition with a specialization in Clinical Nutrition.
