Xantzaridis Petros is a Military Dietitian - Nutritionist, founder and Director of the Clinical Diet dietetic office in Agia Paraskevi. He was admitted to the Veterinary Medicine Department of the Military School of Officers Corps (SSAS) in Thessaloniki and was commissioned as an Officer of the Hellenic Army in 1996, having been honored with scholarships and commendations from the State Scholarships Foundation (I.K.Y.). In 2000, he was admitted to the Department of Nutrition & Dietetics of the School of Food Technology & Nutrition at ATEI Thessaloniki and graduated in 2003, again receiving scholarships from I.K.Y. In 2009, he was selected by the Health Directorate of the General Staff of the Army as a recipient of an honorary educational scholarship in the field of Dietetics. The prestigious New York University in the United States selected him among numerous candidates from around the world and accepted him into the Graduate Program of Clinical Nutrition, from which he graduated in 2010 with a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition, receiving favorable reviews from leading international Nutrition professors. Since 2005, he has served for several years as Director of the Dietetic Department of the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens. His daily management of clinical cases at the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens, his extensive experience, and the breadth of his studies allow him to have a comprehensive understanding of the food chain, nutritional risks, and their proper management both preventively and in clinical settings. Finally, upon requests from Harokopio University of Athens and the Department of Nutrition & Dietetics of the Technological Educational Institute of Crete, he has undertaken the training of many final-year students as part of their practical training.

Psoni-Soldatou Stauroula is a Pediatrician, PhD in Genetics from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and maintains a private practice in Kalamata. She holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and has extensive clinical experience as a pediatrician at the Pediatric Center of Athens and at "Paidon Mitera," as well as serving as a University Fellow of the Pediatric Clinical Genetics Department at the Medical Genetics Laboratory of the General Children's Hospital of Athens "Agia Sofia." She has research experience at the Medical School of the University of Geneva and at the University Hospitals of Geneva in Switzerland. In her practice, she offers pediatric services and specialized clinical genetics services (diagnosis and monitoring of genetic diseases), with collaboration with physicians specializing in pediatric subspecialties. Finally, she is a member of the Athens Medical Association, the Messinia Medical Association, the Hellenic Society of Medical Genetics, the European Society of Human Genetics, and the Hellenic Society for the Support of Children with Genetic Disorders "The Future."

Η Εύα Καρανίκκη είναι Κλινική Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος, πτυχιούχος του Τμήματος Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας - Διατροφής Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου, από το οποίο αποφοίτησε με υποτροφία. Ασκεί το επάγγελμα από το 2017, διαθέτοντας σημαντική εμπειρία τόσο σε κλινικό όσο και σε ιδιωτικό επίπεδο.

Είναι αριστούχος του μεταπτυχιακού προγράμματος ΕΚΠΑ στη Νεοπλασματική Νόσο, ενώ είναι υποψήφια διδάκτωρ στο ίδιο πανεπιστήμιο με αντικείμενο τη θρεπτική υποστήριξη χειρουργικών ασθενών με καρκίνο γαστρεντερικού συστήματος. Παράλληλα, ασχολείται κλινικά και ερευνητικά με την παχυσαρκία και τη βαριατρική χειρουργική.

Έχει πέντε χρόνια εμπειρία ως διαιτολόγος σε Γενικό Νοσοκομείο της Αθήνας, με πλήθος σύνθετων περιστατικών.

Έχει ιδιαίτερη κλινική εμπειρία σε χειρουργικούς ασθενείς, ογκολογικούς, σε ασθενείς που ταλαιπωρούνται από υπερβαρότητα ή παχυσαρκία , σε ασθενείς με ΙΦΝΕ και λοιπά νοσήματα γαστρεντερικού και άτομα με διαβήτη, καρδιοπάθεια και νεφροπάθεια.

Συμβάλει ενεργά στην εκπαίδευση φοιτητών Διαιτολογίας (Χαροκόπειο- σεμινάρια πρακτικής άσκησης) και Ιατρικής (ΕΚΠΑ- μαθήμα κλινικών), καθώς επίσης και ιατρών (ΠΜΣ Χειρουργική Ανώτερου Πεπτικού, Μετεκπαιδευτικά μαθήματα ΕΚΠΑ, Μαθήματα ειδικευομένων Ελληνικής Χειρουργικής Εταιρίας). Παράλληλα, το επιστημονικό της έργο περιλαμβάνει δημοσιεύσεις σε διεθνή επιστημονικά περιοδικά και ομιλίες σε σημαντικά για τον κλάδο ελληνικά και ευρωπαϊκά συνέδρια.

Το συγγραφικό της έργο περιλαμβάνει κεφάλαια σε εξειδικευμένα ιατρικά συγγράμματα Χειρουργικής (2023, 2026) με αντικείμενο την κλινική διατροφή χειρουργικών ασθενών και τη διατροφική υποστήριξη σε παθήσεις παχέος εντέρου, καθώς επίσης συν-έγραψε τον Οδηγό Διατροφής για τον Όμιλο «Αγκαλιάζω».

Draganidaki Loukia is a Registered Dietitian - Nutritionist with a professional practice license and has maintained a private practice near Pedion tou Areos since 2016. She graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. In 2017, she completed postgraduate studies at the University of the Aegean in the field of Life Coaching & Mentoring. She holds a specialization in Eating Disorders and Childhood Obesity from the National Center for Eating Disorders in the United Kingdom and has received clinical nutrition training at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietetic Association and an external collaborator of the Hellenic Society for Multiple Sclerosis. Furthermore, she continuously participates in seminars and conferences to stay informed about developments in her field.

Mpakogeorgou Xara is a Pediatrician who maintains a private practice in Petroupoli. She holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She specialized in Pediatrics, with experience in Pediatric Allergy, Pediatric Pulmonology, Child Neurology, Developmental Pediatrics, Pediatric Endocrinology, Pediatric Dermatology units, as well as in pediatric clinics of several university hospitals. Pothoulaki Eleni is a Pediatrician who has maintained a practice for 15 years in the center of Athens. She completed her studies at the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Throughout her career, she has served in various hospital and regional facilities, including the "Elpis" Hospital in Athens, the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital, and the Asklipieio Hospital of Voula, as well as completing rural service at the Regional Clinic of Daphni Aigio. She specialized in Pediatrics, actively participating in conferences and scientific activities, and is a member of the Athens Medical Association. Her professional trajectory combines clinical experience, scientific training, and dedication to children's health, and at her practice, she provides specialized services in the field of infant, child, and adolescent development.

Kontogianni Eirini is a Pediatrician with 10 years of experience in managing acute and chronic cases and maintains a private practice in Charilaou, Thessaloniki. She handles the full age spectrum from neonatal to adolescent stages.

She graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and since 2021 has been serving as a Pediatrician at the "Agios Loukas" Clinic in Thessaloniki. Upon completion of her medical studies, she worked at the Skiathos Health Center, fulfilling her mandatory rural service. She worked as a resident physician at the General Hospital of Giannitsa, the General Hospital of Piraeus "Tzaneio," and completed her specialty training at the General Children's Hospital "Agia Sofia" in Athens. The 6-month neonatal observation took place at the "Elena Venizelou" Maternity Hospital. The research was conducted at the Weight Management Center of the 1st University Pediatric Clinic of “Aghia Sophia” Children's Hospital.

Dr. Genitsaridi also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in General Pediatrics – Clinical Practice and Research, from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, which she completed with distinction.

She worked as a scientific associate at the University Pediatric Clinic in Mainz, Germany, gaining valuable international clinical experience. Upon returning to Greece, she completed her pediatric specialization at the 1st University Pediatric Clinic of “Aghia Sophia” Children's Hospital, where she was trained in diagnosing and managing a wide range of common and rare pediatric conditions. She successfully passed the national board certification exams in Pediatrics.

Currently, Dr. Genitsaridi works as a Scientific Associate at the Pediatric Obesity Center, part of the Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Unit of the 1st University Pediatric Clinic at “Aghia Sophia” Hospital, and serves as an Attending Pediatrician at the Athens Euroclinic for Children.

She has actively participated in numerous national and international pediatric congresses as both an attendee and invited speaker. Her academic portfolio includes multiple publications in peer-reviewed international medical journals. Dr. Genitsaridi is also certified in Neonatal Life Support (NLS) and has received extensive training in breastfeeding support through various specialized seminars.

Roussaki Eirini is a Pediatrician with a private practice in Ilioupoli. She studied at the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and specialized in Pediatrics at the Pediatric Clinic of the General Hospital of Nikaia Piraeus. During her specialization, she spent 2 years in the Neonatal Unit. She has extensive clinical experience, having served as a Pediatrician in the Primary Health Care sector of IKA in Ilioupoli for 17 years. She participated in the pediatric dermatology clinic for emergency dermatological cases at the 1st University Pediatric Clinic for three years and actively supported the pediatric department of MKEI (Hellenic). Noteworthy is her voluntary contribution through the Aegean Team to the residents of remote islands for over a decade. Finally, she has regularly participated in Greek and international pediatric conferences and has attended numerous seminars related to family counseling and pediatric psychology.

Trophee Mourati Eirini MSc is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, founder of the dietary unit “Trophee” in Kolonaki. She graduated from Harokopio University of Athens, where she also completed her postgraduate studies in Applied Dietetics and Nutrition with a specialization in Clinical Nutrition. Her professional focus is on addressing obesity using sustainable, realistic, and easily maintainable methods. Additionally, she has worked with a wide range of clinical cases as the chief dietitian at a group of diagnostic centers, and previously served as the head dietitian for a large gym chain.

Dr. Pantelaros Vasileios is a Pediatrician who maintains a private practice in Vyronas. He holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized at the First University Clinic of the University of Athens at the General Children's Hospital of Athens "Agia Sofia". Additionally, Dr. Pantelaros is a Scientific Collaborator of the Bioiatriki Group and the Municipality of Athens. She holds a postgraduate diploma specializing in the Applications of Basic Medical Sciences from the Medical School of the University of Patras, and is a graduate of the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens. Papadopoulou Eleni is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private dietary practice in Evosmos, Thessaloniki. Siatitsa Evita MSc is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and runs the private practice Nutriζην in Thessaloniki. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics - Nutrition of Harokopio University of Athens and completed a two-year postgraduate specialization in Clinical Dietetics at the same University. In addition to her private practice, she has been a contributor to the Mednutrition online portal for the past 3 years.
