Η Εύα Καρανίκκη είναι Κλινική Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος, πτυχιούχος του Τμήματος Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας - Διατροφής Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου, από το οποίο αποφοίτησε με υποτροφία. Ασκεί το επάγγελμα από το 2017, διαθέτοντας σημαντική εμπειρία τόσο σε κλινικό όσο και σε ιδιωτικό επίπεδο.

Είναι αριστούχος του μεταπτυχιακού προγράμματος ΕΚΠΑ στη Νεοπλασματική Νόσο, ενώ είναι υποψήφια διδάκτωρ στο ίδιο πανεπιστήμιο με αντικείμενο τη θρεπτική υποστήριξη χειρουργικών ασθενών με καρκίνο γαστρεντερικού συστήματος. Παράλληλα, ασχολείται κλινικά και ερευνητικά με την παχυσαρκία και τη βαριατρική χειρουργική.

Έχει πέντε χρόνια εμπειρία ως διαιτολόγος σε Γενικό Νοσοκομείο της Αθήνας, με πλήθος σύνθετων περιστατικών.

Έχει ιδιαίτερη κλινική εμπειρία σε χειρουργικούς ασθενείς, ογκολογικούς, σε ασθενείς που ταλαιπωρούνται από υπερβαρότητα ή παχυσαρκία , σε ασθενείς με ΙΦΝΕ και λοιπά νοσήματα γαστρεντερικού και άτομα με διαβήτη, καρδιοπάθεια και νεφροπάθεια.

Συμβάλει ενεργά στην εκπαίδευση φοιτητών Διαιτολογίας (Χαροκόπειο- σεμινάρια πρακτικής άσκησης) και Ιατρικής (ΕΚΠΑ- μαθήμα κλινικών), καθώς επίσης και ιατρών (ΠΜΣ Χειρουργική Ανώτερου Πεπτικού, Μετεκπαιδευτικά μαθήματα ΕΚΠΑ, Μαθήματα ειδικευομένων Ελληνικής Χειρουργικής Εταιρίας). Παράλληλα, το επιστημονικό της έργο περιλαμβάνει δημοσιεύσεις σε διεθνή επιστημονικά περιοδικά και ομιλίες σε σημαντικά για τον κλάδο ελληνικά και ευρωπαϊκά συνέδρια.

Το συγγραφικό της έργο περιλαμβάνει κεφάλαια σε εξειδικευμένα ιατρικά συγγράμματα Χειρουργικής (2023, 2026) με αντικείμενο την κλινική διατροφή χειρουργικών ασθενών και τη διατροφική υποστήριξη σε παθήσεις παχέος εντέρου, καθώς επίσης συν-έγραψε τον Οδηγό Διατροφής για τον Όμιλο «Αγκαλιάζω».

Με επιστημονική κατάρτιση και εξατομικευμένη προσέγγιση, παρέχει ολοκληρωμένη διατροφική υποστήριξη, προσαρμοσμένη στις ανάγκες κάθε ατόμου.

Vassi Paraskeui is a Dietitian - Nutritionist. She studied in the Department of Nutrition & Dietetics at the Thessaloniki TEI, where she graduated with honors. She specializes in clinical cases (irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn's disease, diabetes mellitus, cholesterol, thyroid disorders, etc.), obesity, pregnancy, and sports nutrition. She completed her internship in the Clinical Nutrition Department at the Thessaloniki TEI. Subsequently, she participated in the research program "Alliance for Health," focusing on interventional nutrition programs for degenerative diseases (obesity, cardiovascular problems, hypertension, diabetes mellitus). From 2017 to the present, she has been collaborating with the largest gym chain in Thessaloniki, managing individualized nutrition programs tailored for adults, adolescents, and children. She has experience working with the Prolepsis Institute, through which she conducted numerous lectures at primary schools in the Thessaloniki region. Additionally, she has attended numerous conferences, seminars, and workshops related to the science of nutrition and health in general. Finally, she has contributed articles to various local magazines in the Thessaloniki region.

Ektor Kappatos-Koutroumpas is a Dietitian – Nutritionist, and his office “Healthier with Ektor” is located in the Mavili Square area. He holds a master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Aberdeen (Medical School), is a holder of the European Diploma in Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN), the leading European clinical nutrition qualification, has been trained in the Low-FODMAP diet for managing irritable bowel syndrome symptoms by Life Academy, and in Eating Disorders through the training program of KEADD (Hellenic Center for Education and Management of Eating Disorders), under the auspices of the British Psychological Society. He also holds a certification in the program of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) titled "Stress Management and Health." He collaborates with psychologist - child psychologist Alexandra Kappatou as the head of the Dietetics Department. He has taught the course of Sports Nutrition for 2 years in the postgraduate program at the Scientific College of Greece (SCG) and has experience working in a private dietetic office. He is a co-creator and co-administrator of the dietitians’ group “Food for ... Georgios Kaniouras is a Pediatrician with a private practice in Gkyzis. He holds a degree from the Medical School of the University of Padua and a postgraduate degree in "Pediatric Nutrition" from Boston University School of Medicine. He completed his specialty training in Pediatrics at the 3rd Pediatric Clinic of the University Hospital "Attikon," while also undertaking training at major hospitals in Greece and Italy. Currently, he specializes in Neonatology and Breastfeeding. Additionally, he is a scientific collaborator of the Medical Diagnostic Center "Iatrokosmos" in the Pediatric Department. During his career, he has also collaborated with the Red Cross, the pediatric dermatology clinic of the Dermatology and Venereology Hospital of Athens "Andreas Syggros," the Smile of the Child organization, as well as summer programs for children's sports activities. Finally, it is important to note that Dr. Kaniouras continuously seeks to update and enhance his knowledge in the field of Pediatrics by participating in workshops and scientific medical conferences both in Greece and abroad.

Borsa Dimitra is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and a top graduate of the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University. She holds a postgraduate diploma in Clinical Nutrition from the same university and maintains a private practice in Aigaleo. During her studies, she actively participated in intensive research activities and obtained scientific publications. Furthermore, she has successfully completed a seminar titled "Specialist in Sports Nutrition" under the auspices of the International Society of Sports Nutrition. She has a strong interest in current scientific data and contemporary recommendations in the fields of weight management, nutritional counseling, clinical and sports nutrition, for which she regularly attends conferences and workshops. The principle of her dietetic practice is a personalized nutritional approach based on the medical and nutritional history, needs, and lifestyle of each individual.

Trophee Mourati Eirini MSc is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, founder of the dietary unit “Trophee” in Kolonaki. She graduated from Harokopio University of Athens, where she also completed her postgraduate studies in Applied Dietetics and Nutrition with a specialization in Clinical Nutrition. Her professional focus is on addressing obesity using sustainable, realistic, and easily maintainable methods. Additionally, she has worked with a wide range of clinical cases as the chief dietitian at a group of diagnostic centers, and previously served as the head dietitian for a large gym chain.

Zaxarodimos Nikolaos is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, a doctoral candidate at the Laboratory of Dietetics and Quality of Life of the Agricultural University of Athens, and maintains a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. He graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and holds a master's degree in "Molecular and Applied Physiology" from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a research specialization in Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus. Simultaneously, he collaborates with medical clinics, hospitals, and fitness centers, offering personalized nutrition programs and body composition analyses. His professional experience includes salaried practice at the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko," participation in research projects and scholarships within the framework of the "Research – Create – Innovate" initiatives, and active involvement with publications in international journals and conferences both in Greece and abroad. He also has experience as a lecturer and trainer for students, as well as extensive volunteer work in nutritional education activities. Furthermore, the specialist is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians and Nutritionists and ACSM Exercise is Medicine Greece. Pagourtzi Euanthia MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and the scientific director of the licensed dietetic office "Nutritional Intelligence" in the Aigaleo area since 2011. She graduated from Harokopio University in 2010, where she continued her studies by completing the postgraduate program "Applied Dietetics and Nutrition" with a specialization in "Nutrition and Exercise," in which she was awarded twice for academic excellence. Additionally, she holds a diploma from the educational program "Evidence-Based Medical Nutrition" of AUTH. She has specialized in eating disorders and adult obesity through KEADD and has completed the training cycle "Lifestyle and Cardiovascular Disease" within the framework of the ELIDEK project. In her private practice, she manages a wide range of cases including obesity, overweight, cardiovascular diseases, dyslipidemias (high cholesterol, hypertriglyceridemia), hypertension, type 2 diabetes mellitus, insulin resistance (hyperinsulinemia), polycystic ovaries, gastrointestinal problems, anemia, autoimmune diseases, thyroid disorders, women and men of reproductive age, pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, menopausal women, as well as cases involving exercisers, recreational athletes, and professional athletes. During her studies, she participated in various research projects and completed her internship in several hospitals of Attica, where she dealt with numerous clinical cases. In the past, she has worked as an instructor in public Vocational Training Institutes (IEK) and concurrently collaborates with sports teams and fitness centers. She is a member of the Sports Nutrition Working Group of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists. Pothoulaki Eleni is a Pediatrician who has maintained a practice for 15 years in the center of Athens. She completed her studies at the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Throughout her career, she has served in various hospital and regional facilities, including the "Elpis" Hospital in Athens, the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital, and the Asklipieio Hospital of Voula, as well as completing rural service at the Regional Clinic of Daphni Aigio. She specialized in Pediatrics, actively participating in conferences and scientific activities, and is a member of the Athens Medical Association. Her professional trajectory combines clinical experience, scientific training, and dedication to children's health, and at her practice, she provides specialized services in the field of infant, child, and adolescent development.

Η Ραάτ Έμιλυ MSc είναι εξειδικευμένη Κλινική Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος. Είναι απόφοιτη του Ελληνικού Μεσογειακού Πανεπιστημίου, με επιπλέον σπουδές στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας. Έχει παρακολουθήσει σεμινάρια επιμόρφωσης στο Ευρωπαϊκό Ινστιτούτο Συμβουλευτικής και Ψυχοθεραπείας (EICP), με στόχο την ενίσχυση δεξιοτήτων που αφορούν την αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία και την ουσιαστική υποστήριξη των διαιτώμενων.

He holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized at the First University Clinic of the University of Athens at the General Children's Hospital of Athens "Agia Sofia". Additionally, Dr. Pantelaros is a Scientific Collaborator of the Bioiatriki Group and the Municipality of Athens. In his private practice, he offers a wide range of services, respecting the individual needs of each child.

Dr. Kakkou Spyridoula is a Pediatrician who maintains her private practice in Nikaia. She holds a degree from the Medical School of the University of Patras and has completed a Master's program at the National School of Public Health. As part of her specialty training, she served at the General State Hospital of Nikaia. In her private practice, she cares for a wide range of children, always focusing on providing the best possible service tailored to their individual needs.

Draganidaki Loukia is a Registered Dietitian - Nutritionist with a professional practice license and has maintained a private practice near Pedion tou Areos since 2016. She graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. In 2017, she completed postgraduate studies at the University of the Aegean in the field of Life Coaching & Mentoring. She holds a specialization in Eating Disorders and Childhood Obesity from the National Center for Eating Disorders in the United Kingdom and has received clinical nutrition training at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietetic Association and an external collaborator of the Hellenic Society for Multiple Sclerosis. Furthermore, she continuously participates in seminars and conferences to stay informed about developments in her field.

Kontogianni Eirini is a Pediatrician with 10 years of experience in managing acute and chronic cases and maintains a private practice in Charilaou, Thessaloniki. She handles the full age spectrum from neonatal to adolescent stages.

She graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and since 2021 has been serving as a Pediatrician at the "Agios Loukas" Clinic in Thessaloniki. Upon completion of her medical studies, she worked at the Skiathos Health Center, fulfilling her mandatory rural service. She worked as a resident physician at the General Hospital of Giannitsa, the General Hospital of Piraeus "Tzaneio," and completed her specialty training at the General Children's Hospital "Agia Sofia" in Athens. During her specialty, she underwent training in the Adolescent Medicine Department, the Endocrinology Department focused on Metabolism - Diabetes Mellitus - Obesity, the Pediatric Neurology and Development Department, the Allergy Unit, and the Hematology - Oncology Department. The 6-month neonatal observation took place at the "Elena Venizelou" Maternity Hospital. Xantzaridis Petros is a Military Dietitian - Nutritionist, founder and Director of the Clinical Diet dietetic office in Agia Paraskevi. He was admitted to the Veterinary Medicine Department of the Military School of Officers Corps (SSAS) in Thessaloniki and was commissioned as an Officer of the Hellenic Army in 1996, having been honored with scholarships and commendations from the State Scholarships Foundation (I.K.Y.). In 2000, he was admitted to the Department of Nutrition & Dietetics of the School of Food Technology & Nutrition at ATEI Thessaloniki and graduated in 2003, again receiving scholarships from I.K.Y. In 2009, he was selected by the Health Directorate of the General Staff of the Army as a recipient of an honorary educational scholarship in the field of Dietetics. The prestigious New York University in the United States selected him among numerous candidates from around the world and accepted him into the Graduate Program of Clinical Nutrition, from which he graduated in 2010 with a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition, receiving favorable reviews from leading international Nutrition professors. Since 2005, he has served for several years as Director of the Dietetic Department of the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens. His daily management of clinical cases at the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens, his extensive experience, and the breadth of his studies allow him to have a comprehensive understanding of the food chain, nutritional risks, and their proper management both preventively and in clinical settings. Finally, upon requests from Harokopio University of Athens and the Department of Nutrition & Dietetics of the Technological Educational Institute of Crete, he has undertaken the training of many final-year students as part of their practical training.
