Ο Ταμβίσκος Αντώνιος είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Χειρουργός με περισσότερα από 15 χρόνια συνεχούς κλινικής εμπειρίας και ιδιωτικής άσκησης της Ιατρικής, διατηρώντας ιδιωτικό ορθοπαιδικό ιατρείο στoυς Αμπελόκηπους από το 2008. Έχει εκπαιδευτεί και εργαστεί σε κορυφαία νοσοκομεία της Ελλάδας και της Γαλλίας, αποκτώντας σημαντική εμπειρία στην αντιμετώπιση όλου του φάσματος των ορθοπαιδικών παθήσεων και κακώσεων. Εξειδικεύεται στη χειρουργική του άνω άκρου, στις ολικές αρθροπλαστικές ισχίου και γόνατος με τη χρήση του ρομποτικού συστήματος MAKO, καθώς και στη θεραπεία αθλητικών κακώσεων, καταγμάτων και εκφυλιστικών παθήσεων των αρθρώσεων.Αποφοίτησε από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Δημοκριτείου Πανεπιστημίου Θράκης το 1996 με βαθμό «Λίαν Καλώς» και απέκτησε τον τίτλο της ειδικότητας Ορθοπαιδικής το 2005. Στο πλαίσιο της μετεκπαίδευσής του εξειδικεύτηκε στη Χειρουργική του Άνω Άκρου στο Πανεπιστήμιο Pierre et Marie Curie στο Παρίσι (DIU), ενώ εκπαιδεύτηκε σε αναγνωρισμένα πανεπιστημιακά κέντρα της Γαλλίας, όπως το Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο Antoine Béclère, το Institut de la Main και το Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο CHU Nantes.Η επαγγελματική του πορεία περιλαμβάνει τη θέση του Επιμελητή Ορθοπαιδικού στο Ιατρικό Κέντρο Αθηνών, καθώς και συνεργασίες με το Νοσοκομείο Metropolitan, το Mediterraneo και το Ερρίκος Ντυνάν. Παράλληλα, διαθέτει πιστοποίηση στις ρομποτικά υποβοηθούμενες ολικές αρθροπλαστικές ισχίου και γόνατος με το σύστημα MAKO, εφαρμόζοντας σύγχρονες και ελάχιστα επεμβατικές τεχνικές που προσφέρουν μεγαλύτερη ακρίβεια, ταχύτερη αποκατάσταση και καλύτερα λειτουργικά αποτελέσματα για τους ασθενείς.Η συνεχής επιστημονική εξέλιξη αποτελεί βασική αρχή της επαγγελματικής του πορείας. Έχει συμμετάσχει σε πλήθος εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων και διεθνών σεμιναρίων, μεταξύ των οποίων το Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), η Επείγουσα Προνοσοκομειακή Ιατρική του Ε.Κ.Α.Β., εκπαιδεύσεις στη μικροχειρουργική, στην εξωτερική οστεοσύνθεση, στη χειρουργική ποδοκνημικής και άκρου ποδός, στη μέθοδο Ilizarov, καθώς και σε ευρωπαϊκά εκπαιδευτικά προγράμματα της EFORT.
