Το διαιτολογικό γραφείο Geothrepsis | Βερλέκη Γεωργία εδρεύει στους Αμπελόκηπους στην Αθήνα από τον Δεκέμβριο του 2022. Η Βερλέκη Γεωργία είναι Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος και υπεύθυνη του διαιτολογικού γραφείου. Αποφοίτησε από το Ανώτατο Τεχνολογικό Εκπαιδευτικό Ίδρυμα Θεσσαλίας και, έπειτα, προχώρησε σε μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές με κατεύθυνση την Κλινική – Ιατρική Διατροφή, στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης. Διαθέτει επαγγελματική και κλινική εμπειρία από το 2016, αφού έχει εργασθεί ως Κλινική Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος στη Γενική Κλινική Metropolitan General, συμμετείχε στο σχεδιασμό της υπηρεσίας, «Υπηρεσία Εξατομικευμένης Διατροφικής Φροντίδας – Advanced Patient Nutrition», του Γενικού και Γυναικολογικού / Μαιευτικού Νοσοκομείου ΜΗΤΕΡΑ και εργαζόταν, παράλληλα, ως Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος σε ιδιωτικό διαιτολογικό γραφείο των Αθηνών. Την εξάμηνη πρακτική της άσκηση ολοκλήρωσε επιτυχώς στην Γενική Κλινική ΙΑΣΩ General. Είναι μέλος της Ένωσης Διαιτολόγων Διατροφολόγων Ελλάδας (ΕΔΔΕ) από το 2016. Στο ιδιωτικό της γραφείο πραγματοποιεί όλες τις συνεδρίες, για φυσιολογικές και παθολογικές καταστάσεις, ενηλίκων, παιδιών, εφήβων, εγκύων, θηλαζουσών και ατόμων τρίτης ηλικίας. Η εξατομίκευση είναι ο βασικός άξονας στον οποίο στηρίζεται η προσέγγισή της. Βασικό της μέλημα είναι να ανοίξει καινούργιους δρόμους σε όσους την εμπιστευθούν. Εκτός από τη διαχείριση βάρους και τη διατροφική εκπαίδευση, αναλαμβάνει και την διατροφική υποστήριξη κλινικών περιστατικών. Ενίοτε σε πιο αυστηρό πλαίσιο. Όμως πάντα με επίκεντρο τον ασθενή, τα "θέλω" και τα "δε θέλω" του, τις κόκκινες γραμμές του. Με τον εξοπλισμό τελευταίας τεχνολογίας (επαγγελματικό ζυγό και αναλυτή σύστασης σώματος με βιοηλεκτρική εμπέδηση) που διαθέτει το γραφείο εγγυάται πάντα τα πιο ακριβή αποτελέσματα μετρήσεων. Panopoulos Panagiotis is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and head of the Dietetic and Counseling Center in Ilioupoli, a facility that also operates a Mental Health Counselor. Mr. Panopoulos specializes in diabetes mellitus, clinical nutrition, pediatric and adolescent nutrition, eating disorders, nutritional counseling, life coaching, as well as the management of morbid obesity and metabolic inactivity. He has extensive professional experience since 1995 in hospitals, sports, education, aesthetic and weight loss centers, intolerance centers, kindergartens, pregnancy and postpartum centers, and has delivered numerous lectures in primary and secondary education and nursing homes. Additionally, through specialized nutrition programs, he addresses issues of sluggish metabolism, overeating, picky appetite, psychological binge eating, food intolerance - allergies, menopause, cholesterol, hypertension, diabetes, kidney function, cardiological cases, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, and gastric disorders.

Marina Mougkridou MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and has operated a private dietetic practice in Voula since 2001. She studied at the Department of Dietetics - Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and holds a Master of Science degree in Health Psychology from the University of Central Lancashire, UK. She has collaborated with the General Hospital of Athens G. Gennimatas, the Children's Hospital Agia Sofia, the Athenian Clinic, and the Athens Colorectal Group, as well as with a chain of gyms in Athens. She has extensively focused on childhood obesity and oxidative stress, and in 2012 conducted research on the social determinants influencing adolescents' dietary choices. She is a member of the European Health Psychology Society and the Panhellenic Dietetic Association. She has participated as a speaker at scientific conferences and in public informational campaigns on nutrition topics. Additionally, she coordinates nutritional education programs for children in municipalities and schools and regularly contributes articles to general and medical interest magazines. In her private practice, she provides personalized dietary recommendations to children and adults with weight management issues, eating disorders, metabolic diseases, and conditions requiring nutritional monitoring.

Eydiet is a private Dietetic Office with a warm and bright environment located in the Commercial Center of Nikaia (near the Nikaia metro station). The scientific director is Nutritionist - Dietitian Eydiet - Doudoulakaki Ioanna, a graduate of the Mediterranean University of Nutrition and Dietetics of Crete, having received 2 state scholarships and recently the award "HEALTH EAGLES 2026" among 89,000 dietetic offices throughout Greece. Her postgraduate studies focus on Emotional Obesity, Eating Disorders, Childhood - Adolescent Obesity, and Psychosomatic Medicine. She has many years of experience, having worked as a scientific collaborator in the Hypertension and Lipids Unit of the General Hospital of Athens "Hippocratio," in scientific research studies (e.g., on ezetimibe, statins, and beta-glucans), private clinical practices, and aesthetic centers. She was also the Nutrition Manager of the Drapetsona volleyball team and delivers lectures in schools. She is very passionate about her work, giving care and special attention to every diet patient she undertakes. Currently, she collaborates as a Nutrition Manager with the P. Faliro Sports Center under the auspices of the Olympic pole vault champion.

Elena Paulidi, MSc is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Ilioupoli.

Aggeli - Kilitsian Maria is a Nutritionist - Dietitian and maintains a private practice in Elliniko, Attica. She is a graduate of the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and holds a Master's degree (MSc) titled "Food, Nutrition, and Microbiome" from the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace in Health Sciences. Her master's thesis focused on the "Correlation of the Microbiome with Depression and the Role of the Mediterranean Diet." Additionally, she is a graduate of the "Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders & Obesity" program, certified by the British NCfED (National Centre for Eating Disorders). She works as a freelancer with a professional practice license and has over 20 years of experience. From 2017 to 2020, she served as the head of the Dietetic Department at the Municipal Clinics of the Municipality of Agios Dimitrios, Attica, managing numerous cases of adult and pediatric obesity, diabetes mellitus, kidney diseases, hypercholesterolemia, pregnancy, etc. Her practical training took place at the General Hospital "Asklipieio" of Voula. As part of her research thesis, she investigated the quality of life of hemodialysis patients, which she presented at the EFAD conference in Barcelona in 2011 and was ranked among the top 10 presentations. Furthermore, her work has been published in the EFAD e-journal: Angeli-Kilitsian M., Meintani J. Quality of Life in Greek Hemodialysis Patients Correlated with Anthropometric Evaluation, EFAD e-journal 2015;2(1):13-14. Meladaki Dimitra Kai Synergates is a Dietitian - Nutritionist maintaining a private practice in Nea Ionia. She holds a master's degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, and a bachelor's degree in Dietetics - Nutrition Science from Harokopio University of Athens. Additionally, she has specialized in Obesity and Weight Management at the University of Glasgow. Throughout her career, she has provided voluntary dietetic services to the municipalities of Cholargos and Papagos, and currently collaborates with Harokopio University on research projects as well as with mednutrition to educate the public on nutrition-related topics. Furthermore, she is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists of Greece and has attended numerous conferences and workshops on Nutrition and Dietetics held in Greece.

Giourga Filanthi BSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Thessaloniki. She graduated from the Department of Nutrition Science and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University. She has attended numerous seminars related to nutrition and has completed specializations in Clinical Nutrition and Eating Disorders at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Her goal is to provide personalized nutritional solutions, tailored to the needs, lifestyle, and objectives of each individual. She focuses on weight management, improving health in chronic conditions, supporting cases of eating disorders, as well as nutritional education across all age groups. She believes that nutrition is not merely a diet but a lifestyle that can bring balance, well-being, and long-term health. Her purpose is to support every individual with guidance, encouragement, and positive energy, enabling them to develop healthy habits that will accompany them throughout their lives.

Sklivagkou Nantia is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and runs her private practice in Neo-Psyhiko. She studied in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute in Thessaloniki and, after about two years, completed her postgraduate studies in England with an MSc in Sports and Exercise Nutrition. She specializes in Counseling, Weight Management, Clinical and Sports Nutrition, as well as Nutrition Education Programs for children. She has participated as a speaker at football academies in collaboration with OPAP, as well as in primary schools, presenting the importance of healthy and balanced nutrition. Additionally, as a member of the Hellenic Scouts Corps, she contributed to the development of an educational module for adult leaders of the Hellenic Scout Corps focused on “Nutritional Education for Children and Adolescents.” In the context of continuing education, she attends seminars on the psychological approach to dietetic practice to ensure excellent communication with clients and proper modification of dietary behavior as a method of weight loss. Terzi Irini is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and has a private office in Ambelokipi. In 2010 she graduated from the Chemistry Department of the University of Crete, while in 2015 she continued her studies at Harokopeion University, in the Department of Dietetics - Nutrition, from which she graduated in 2019. Her internship took place at the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko", as well as at the Anti-Cancer - Oncology Hospital of Athens "Agios Savas". Her love for Dietetics and Nutrition led her to attend the Master's degree program of Harokopio University with a specialization in "Nutrition & Exercise". During her studies she carried out her undergraduate and postgraduate thesis at the Laboratory of Biology, Biochemistry, Physiology of Humans and Microorganisms (E.B.BI.F.A.M.) of Harokopio University, on the human intestinal microbiota, a relatively new field that has begun to engage the scientific community and has yielded many interesting results. Also, the dietitian has specialised and has particular expertise in Sports Nutrition, Nutritional Counselling and Obesity, as well as in Metabolism. During her studies, both as a Chemist and as a Dietitian, she actively participated in laboratory studies and as a result, she has accumulated scientific publications, abstracts in scientific journals as well as conference presentations. Finally, she is a member of the Sports Nutrition Specialist Group of the Panhellenic Association of Dietetics Nutrition, as well as of the Hellenic Society of Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (GrESPEN).

Kleiasios Panagiotis - Nutriedition is a Clinical Dietitian-Nutritionist with the private dietetics and metabolism center Nutriedition in Ilisia. He holds a master's degree in applied dietetics with a specialization in nutrition and exercise from Harokopio University of Athens and a degree in dietetics-nutrition from the same university. At his private practice, personalized nutrition programs are provided for athletes as well as for children and adolescents. Additionally, nutritional programs are offered following specialized measurements aimed at reducing body fat, increasing muscle mass, as well as reducing, increasing, or maintaining body weight. Mponiou Ioanna - Kliniki Diaitologos Thessaloniki - Nutriplan is a Clinical Dietitian operating a private practice in Thessaloniki, holding a valid professional license. She specializes in addressing childhood obesity, nutrition during pregnancy, and meeting nutritional needs across all pathological conditions. Particular emphasis is placed on the management of eating disorders (anorexia nervosa, bulimia, binge eating) with the goal of modifying dietary behavior. At the Nutriplan dietetic center, there is a focused approach on the management of obesity and weight loss through the creation of personalized diet plans based on antioxidant and Mediterranean diets. Additionally, they specialize in nutritional support for chronic and autoimmune diseases, where nutrition is tailored to meet all the body's nutritional requirements, thereby complementing disease treatment.

My name is Maria Athanasopoulou and I hold a degree in Dietetics – Nutrition from the University of Crete. After many years of professional experience in the private sector, I decided to specialize by combining my knowledge of nutrition with my passion for children. I attended pediatric nutrition seminars and, seeking a more comprehensive education, I chose to pursue postgraduate studies in pediatric nutrition through the first accredited postgraduate program in Greece, offered by the University of Essex.

My philosophy as a nutritionist is to build strong and stable foundations in your relationship and your children's relationship with food. My primary goal is to provide guidance and education on new dietary habits to become a lifestyle, achieved through personalized and scientifically substantiated approaches.
