Με την Νικόλ ξεκίνησα πριν 2.5 χρόνια περίπου.Σε μια περίοδο αρκετά δύσκολη . Η προσέγγιση της ήταν το κλειδί για εμένα να ξεκλειδώσω πόρτες που ούτε πίστευα ότι υπήρχαν κ ούτε γνώριζα τι έκρυβαν από πίσω.Με την υπομονή της ,με σεβασμό αλλά κ την επιμονή της να μπω μέσα σε αυτό κατάφερα μέχρι σήμερα να σταθώ στα πόδια μου, να αναγνωρίσω κ να αποδεχτώ το ποια είμαι κ να βελτιωθώ αλλά κ να εξελιχθω σαν άνθρωπος.Θεματα όπως γενικευμένο άγχος , εκρήξεις θυμού , αναβλητικοτητα και θλίψη άρχισαν να αναγνωρίζονται κ να δουλεύονται μέσα από την συνθετική της προσέγγιση.Την προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα .

Ξεκίνησα να πηγαίνω στην Νικολέτα πριν από περίπου δύο χρόνια και από τότε είμαι μια άλλη Μαρία. Είναι πολύ καλή επαγγελματίας αλλά και άνθρωπος πάνω από όλα. Είχα πάει στην αρχή λόγω του ότι είχα κρίσεις άγχους αλλά στην πορεία συνειδητοποίησα πολλές πτυχές του εαυτού μου που χρειάζονται να δουλευτουν. Με έκανε να νιώσω άνετα από τις πρώτες συνεδρίες και μέσα από τη συστημική προσέγγιση με βοήθησε να δω τις καταστάσεις και τις σχέσεις μου με τους άλλους πιο καθαρά και τον τρόπο που αντιδρούσα σε αυτες. Εξετάζουμε και το παρελθόν, την σχέση με τους γονείς μου και χτίζουμε μια Μαρία που κατανοεί περισσότερο τον εαυτό της, και που χτίζεται σταδιακά αποκτώντας περισσότερη αυτοπεποίθηση και ξεπερνώντας τους φόβους της.

Με την Νικολετα δουλεψαμε βαθειά με διάφορες μεθόδους. Με στηριξε εξαρχης στο αίτημα μου και σε καθε συνεδρία δουλευαμε με διαφορετικές προσεγγισεις και σωματικές γεγονος που για μενα ήταν πολυ γρηγορο και αποτελεσματικό. Ενιωθα απο την πρωτη στιγμη πολυ ανετα μαζι της και οτι με καταλαβαινε βαθεια και εβλεπε σε μενα τα σημεια που χρειαζοταν να δουλεψω και να ερθουν στην επιφανεια ωστε να προχωρησω.
