It’s nothing personal to the therapist I just didn’t feel a lot of empathy to my situation.

Thank you for taking the time to complete this review. I can understand how frustrating it can be to seek support and for your expectations to not be met. In general, trusting someone with our inner thoughts and feelings is not always easy and sometimes it can even feel difficult. Since it was a first 45-minute session, I can see how there might not have been sufficient time for us to establish a therapeutic relationship. Given that trust can take some time to develop, being mindful not to rush it can function as a therapeutic intervention. After I actively listened to what you needed support for—as any therapist should do on a first appointment—I chose to focus on getting to know you first and to tread carefully before discussing particularly difficult matters, since I understood it could be overwhelming to do so, especially before (enough) trust between us had been built. I hope this occurrence will not prevent you from seeking and finding the support you ask for. Thank you again for everything that you shared with me during our first session. I appreciate it. I remain at your disposal if you wish further support.

Η Ελένη είναι άψογη επαγγελματίας που φαίνεται ότι έχει πάθος για την δουλειά της και προσπαθεί πραγματικά να βοηθήσει σαν να είναι δικός σου άνθρωπος! Κάνουμε εδώ και κάποιους μήνες μαζί της συνεδρίες και ενώ γνωρίζω ότι χρειαζόμαστε χρόνο ήδη αισθάνομαι πολύ καλύτερα και κάθε φορά ανυπομονώ για την επόμενη συνεδρία

Είχαμε δοκιμάσει πολλούς ψυχολόγους με περγαμηνές και εμπειρία, αλλα κανένας δεν συγκρίνεται με την Ελένη. Εξαιρετικά προσιτή, με υπέρμετρο ζήλο και ενσυναίσθηση. Βρίσκει αρκετά γρήγορα την ουσία των πραγμάτων χωρίς να χρησιμοποιεί πεπαλαιωμένες μεθόδους και θεωρίες που βάζουν τους ανθρώπους σε "κουτάκια".
