Το physio palm είναι Φυσικοθεραπευτήριο στο οποίο δουλεύει μια ομάδα εξειδικευμένων φυσικοθεραπευτών με επικεφαλής τη Φυσικοθεραπεύτρια Μάμαλη Αναστασία. Η επικεφαλής της ομάδας λόγω αυξημένου φόρτου εργασίας δεν είναι δυνατό να βλέπει όλους τους ασθενείς σε καθημερινή βάση και σε κάποιες περιπτώσεις που κρίνεται αναγκαίο οι αξιολογήσεις και οι θεραπείες πραγματοποιούνται και από το υπόλοιπο εξειδικευμένο προσωπικό κατόπιν πάντα ενημέρωσης και επικοινωνίας με την υπεύθυνη. Κατά την διαδικασία κλεισίματος του ραντεβού αλλά και της επικοινωνίας μας δεν ζητήσατε να δείτε την ίδια, συνεπώς εξυπηρετηθήκατε με βάση τις ανάγκες της επίσκεψής σας αλλά και τα παραπάνω. Είμαστε στην διάθεσή σας.

Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση, ασχολήθηκε πολύ με πρόβλημά μου. Ένοιωσα πως ήμουν σε πολύ καλά χέρια απ την πρώτη στιγμή. Άκρως επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά!! Τη συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!

Προτείνω το συγκεκριμένο ιατρείο καθώς δούλεψα με όλη την ομάδα. Όλοι τους ήταν πολύ προσεκτικοί πάνω στο πρόβλημα που αντιμετώπιζα στην σπονδυλική στήλη. Κινηθήκαμε αργά και μεθοδικά, μου εξηγούσαν κάθε βήμα της θεραπείας και του τι έπρεπε να κάνω μόνος μου στο σπίτι. Επίσης φροντίζουν, χωρίς να αποσπώνται από την δουλειά, να περνάει η ώρα με ευχάριστες συζητήσεις. Τέλος, στην τελευταία συνεδρία, μου έδωσαν συμβολές για το τι γυμναστική μπορώ / πρέπει να ακολουθήσω, καθώς επίσης και το πώς μπορώ να παρακολουθώ την κατάστασή μου.
