Depending on the medical indications, the treatment plan may include Lifestyle Medicine interventions, an individualized nutrition plan following referral to a dietitian-nutritionist at Giatros Nutrition, an individualized exercise plan following referral to an exercise scientist at Giatros Nutrition and, where indicated following medical evaluation, pharmacological treatment.

Dr. Theodorakis recited the Hippocratic Oath as the top-ranking graduate of his class and has been honored at the Hippocratic Conference on Kos. He has received scholarships from academic and scientific institutions and is clinically and academically active in the fields of metabolic health, obesity, male hormonal health, and Lifestyle Medicine.

His scientific and academic work includes the authorship of an international scientific book on testosterone and TRTpublished by Springer, approximately 50 publications in international scientific journals with >1,000 citations and an h-index of 18 (as of 2026), multiple presentations at Greek and international scientific conferences, as well as participation on the editorial boards of international scientific journals. In addition, he holds certifications in Clinical Nutrition and Clinical Exercise Testing and Rehabilitation from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens School of Medicine.
