Καμία συνέπεια στο ραντεβού! Έφτασα 5 λεπτά πριν το ραντεβού μου και μετα απο 2 λεπτά έφυγε ο προιγουμενοσ ασθενής. Τότε η βοήθωσ του γιατρού αφεισαι ενα κύριο χωρισ ραντεβού να μπει μέσα.Και ούτε μια λέξη προς εμάς,μασ αγνόησε εντελώς,ειταν και ο σύζυγος μου μαζί!Περιμέναμε ένα τέταρτο και φύγαμε.Μετα απο λίγο με μπιρε τελεφωνο ή βοήθωσ του και αντί να ζιτισει σιγνομι ειταν αγενής και προσπάθησε να μου κάνει και μαθήματα ότι ειταν κάτι πολύ επείγον και έπρεπε να περιμένω. Ειταν κακή εμπειρία!

SPECIALIST'S COMMENT

Σε απάντηση της κριτικής της κας Valentina T παραθέτω τα γεγονότα όπως πραγματικά έλαβαν χώρα. Η κυρία T πράγματι προσήλθε στο ιατρείο και μετά από δεκάλεπτη καθυστέρηση στην έναρξη του ραντεβού της αποχώρησε από τον χώρο του ιατρείου αυτοβούλως χωρίς (όπως αναφέρει) προηγουμένως να έχει επικοινωνήσει με μέλος του προσωπικού. Το ραντεβού της ήταν προγραμματισμένο για τις 20/3/2026 στις 14:30 και η κυρία T προσήλθε στον χώρο του ιατρείου στις 14:20. Ο κύριος που προηγήθηκε βρισκόταν ήδη εκεί κατά την άφιξη της και εισήλθε προς εξυπηρέτηση στις 14:25. Στις 14:40 που ολοκληρώθηκε ο σκοπός της επίσκεψης του και την αναζητήσαμε ώστε να εισέλθει με την σειρά της στον χώρο εξέτασης, η κυρία T είχε ήδη φύγει. Στη συνέχεια (για του λόγου το αληθές στις 14:45) αν και δεν αποτελούσε υποχρέωση μας, επικοινώνησε μαζί της τηλεφωνικά μέλος του προσωπικού του ιατρείου μήπως επιθυμούσε να επιστρέψει αλλά αρνήθηκε. Αντιλαμβάνεστε ότι εφόσον πρακτικά δεν υπήρξε συναναστροφή μεταξύ μέλους του προσωπικού του ιατρείου και της συγκεκριμένης κυρίας πέραν της τηλεφωνικής και ουσιαστικά το ραντεβού της ουδέποτε πραγματοποιήθηκε, κάθε κριτική της που αναφέρεται στις υπηρεσίες του ιατρείου και στον υπογράφοντα υπεύθυνο ιατρό καθίσταται απόλυτα αβάσιμη και καθόλα παραπλανητική και αναξιόπιστη. Σε ότι αφορά στην αληθή 10λεπτη καθυστέρηση της εξυπηρέτησης της για την οποία έχουμε ήδη εισπράξει τόσο τηλεφωνικά όσο και διαδικτυακά την οργή της εν λόγω κυρίας, καλώ τον κάθε καλοπροαίρετο και νηφάλιο αναγνώστη να αναλογιστεί τη σημαντικότητα της και να καταλήξει στα εύλογα προσωπικά του συμπεράσματα.
