Ο κ ΦΛΟΥΔΑΡΑΣ είναι ένας εξαιρετικός ιατρος. Με εξέτασε και είδε το ιστορικό μου με πολύ προσοχή. Η στοχευμένη αγωγή που μου σύστησε έλυσε το πρόβλημα που αντιμετώπιζα αρκετά χρόνια και με είχε κουράσει. Τέλος εκτός από καλός ιατρός είναι και πολύ αξιόλογος ως άνθρωπος, τον συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Επισκέφθηκα το ιατρείο του κυρίου Φλουδάρα έπειτα από μια έντονη ενόχληση που είχα. Αν και έκλεισα ραντεβού άμεσα για εξέταση, λόγω της ενόχλησης που ένιωθα του τηλεφωνησα για να με καθοδηγήσει αν υπήρχε κάτι που μπορούσα να κάνω μεχρι την ώρα του ραντεβού. Ήταν πολύ καθησυχαστικός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει. Η εξέταση έγινε την ώρα που είχαμε ορίσει και αφού μου εξήγησε την κατάσταση και τι την προκαλεί με κατατοπισε πλήρως για την αντιμετώπιση της. Το βασικό όμως είναι ότι η προσέγγιση του είναι πολύ ανθρώπινη κάτι που μου ενέπνευσε εμπιστοσύνη.

Ευγενής, προσιτός και απόλυτα επαγγελματίας, με ενημέρωσε για το πρόβλημα που αντιμετώπιζα, τον λόγο που χρειαζόταν η γαστροσκόπηση καθώς και για τα κόστη της με ακρίβεια, μου έδωσε εναλλακτικές θεραπείες με φάρμακα και χωρίς για την βέλτιστη λειτουργία του εντέρου, ιδιαίτερη εντύπωση δε, μου έκανε το ενδιαφέρον του μετά το ραντεβού για να επιβεβαιώσει ότι εξυπηρετήθηκα σωστά και ακολουθώ την αγωγή.

Είχα κλείσει για γαστροσκόπηση και όταν πήρα για οδηγίες μου είπαν για παραπάνω λεφτά. Πέρα από αυτό μου άλλαξαν την ώρα του ραντεβού από το τηλ. Δεν θα το επέλεγα ξανά.

Αγαπητέ κύριε Π, Το ραντεβού σας κλείστηκε μέσα από την πλατφόρμα η οποία δεν ενημερώνεται σε πραγματικό χρόνο για τα ήδη υπάρχοντα ραντεβού του ιατρείου. Ως εκ τούτου, λόγω του ότι το δικό σας ραντεβού ήταν ίδια ώρα με υπάρχον ραντεβού, και έχοντας ως προτεραιότητα την καλύτερη και απρόσκοπτη εξυπηρέτησή σας, ανέθεσα στην γραμματέα μου να επικοινωνήσει μαζί σας και να σας προτείνει το κοντινότερο στην ώρα που επιλέξατε ραντεβού (μισή ώρα νωρίτερα), για να μην υπάρχει αναμονή. Σε επόμενη επικοινωνία, με δική μου πρωτοβουλία την ημέρα του προβλεπόμενου ραντεβού και πριν την ώρα προσέλευσή σας, σε ερώτησή μου για τον λόγο της επίσκεψής σας, μου δηλώσατε την επιθυμία διενέργειας γαστροσκόπησης. Στο ίδιο τηλεφώνημα, σας εξήγησα αναλυτικά ότι οι ενδοσκοπήσεις διενεργούνται πρωινές ώρες στο χώρο της κλινικής και σας ενημέρωσα αναλυτικά για την αντίστοιχη χρέωση η οποία αφορούσε στην συμμετοχή της κλινικής, καθώς και για την προετοιμασία που απαιτείται. Κατόπιν τούτου, ορίστηκε νέο ραντεβού για την επόμενη μέρα 18/07/2023 το πρωί στην κλινική για την διενέργεια της γαστροσκόπησης. Την ημέρα του ραντεβού, μετά από τηλεφωνικής επικοινωνία το ραντεβού ακυρώθηκε από την πλευρά σας. Ουδέποτε συναντηθήκαμε προσωπικά, ούτε λάβατε τις ιατρικές μου υπηρεσίες. Σε κάθε περίπτωση, σας εύχομαι να βρήκατε ίαση στο ιατρικό σας πρόβλημα.
