Με άκουσε με προσοχή και ηρεμία, με εξέτασε με επαγγελματισμό και έδειξε άριστη γνώση του αντικειμένου της. Οι οδηγίες που μου έδωσε ήταν ξεκάθαρες και αποτελεσματικές.
