Ήταν η πρώτη επίσκεψη. Η γιατρός έλεγξε όλα τα σημεία που με ανησυχούσαν, μου έδωσε αναλυτικές πληροφορίες και συμβουλές. Αφιέρωσε αβίαστα χρόνο να ακούσει και να συζητήσει όλες μου τις απορίες, έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένη από την επίσκεψη. Προχωράμε μαζί στην αντιμετώπιση του προβλήματος.

Αγαπητέ κύριε Κ, απολογούμαι για τον μεγάλο χρόνο αναμονής που προέκυψε κατά το ραντεβού σας. Δυστυχώς χρειάστηκε να αφιερώσω περισσότερο χρόνο από τον προγραμματισμένο, σε προηγούμενο επεμβατικό ραντεβού, κάτι που δεν μπορούσα σε καμία περίπτωση να επισπεύσω, και δημιούργησε πρόβλημα σε ολόκληρο το πρόγραμμα της ημέρας. Παρόλα αυτά κατά το ραντεβού μας, αφιέρωσα τον χρόνο που θεωρώ ότι πρέπει να διαθέτω σε όλους τους ασθενείς που έρχονται στο ιατρείο μου για την κλινική εξέταση και πλήρη ενημέρωση για το πρόβλημά τους. Εάν και εσείς μείνατε ικανοποιημένος από το ιατρικό κομμάτι θα μπορούσατε να το αναφέρετε και αυτό στην κριτική σας. Εννοείται πως θα χαρώ να σας ξαναδώ στο ιατρείο μου. Σας ευχαριστώ.

Η γιατρός ήταν συνεπής, σοβαρή και προσέγγισε αναλυτικά το πρόβλημα που με απασχολούσε. Πρότεινε λύσεις, οι οποίες έφεραν γρήγορα αποτελέσματα.
