Dr. Τσαούση A. Νάνσυ MD, MSc, PhD

Dr. Nancy A. Tsaousi is a Dermatologist – Venereologist with international training in Switzerland and Germany. She holds a Doctorate (PhD) from Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, one of Europe’s most prestigious university medical institutions. Since 2024, she has operated her private dermatology practice in Thessaloniki, providing specialized clinical and aesthetic dermatology services based on modern scientific evidence.

**Education & Specialization**

She graduated from the University of Patras School of Medicine (Degree Grade: "Very Good"). She subsequently trained in Switzerland at the Schweizer Paraplegiker Zentrum and Luzerner Kantonsspital in General Internal Medicine and Hemato-Oncology (FMH). She completed her residency in Dermatology – Venereology in Berlin, initially at the Meoclinic private clinic and later at the University Dermatology Clinic of Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin.

**Research & Academic Excellence**

During her tenure at Charité, she was an active member of the Specialized Research Center for Psoriasis and Hidradenitis Suppurativa (Psoriasis Forschungs- und Behandlungszentrum), participating in numerous international clinical trials regarding modern immunomodulatory and biological therapies. Her research led to publications in international scientific journals and the completion of her doctoral thesis titled “Epidemiologische, anamnestische und immunologische Merkmale der Acne inversa,” which was awarded the distinction "magna cum laude" (Honors) by Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin in 2022.

In 2023 she earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Dermoscopy from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with Honors (Grade: 9.65/10), focusing on “Clinical and dermoscopic features of naevus-associated melanomas.”

**Professional Affiliations**

Since 2019, she has been an Academic Associate of the 2nd University Dermatology Clinic of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki at Papageorgiou Hospital. She is a member of the Center of Expertise for Rare Skin Diseases and the Clinic for Autoimmune and Bullous Diseases. She also actively participates in international scientific conferences as a speaker and researcher.
