Η ανταπόκριση για το κλείσιμο ραντεβού ήταν άμεση, παρόλο που βρισκόμασταν μέσα στον Αύγουστο. Την επισκέφθηκα χωρίς να μου την έχει συστήσει κάποιος προσωπικά, βασιζόμενη αποκλειστικά στις θετικές αξιολογήσεις στο Doctor Anytime, και τελικά δικαιώθηκα πλήρως. Η κα Κλέλια αφιέρωσε ουσιαστικό χρόνο για να εξετάσει όλα όσα με ανησυχούσαν και είχα αφήσει σε εκκρεμότητα καιρό. Έλεγξε προσεκτικά τις ελιές μου καθώς και άλλα δερματικά ζητήματα, με τρόπο λεπτομερή και ταυτόχρονα πολύ διακριτικό. Η προσέγγισή της ήταν καθησυχαστική· μου εξήγησε με σαφήνεια ότι αυτό που είχα δεν ήταν κάτι ανησυχητικό, παρόλο που εμένα με είχε τρομάξει. Η καθοδήγησή της ήταν ξεκάθαρη, ανθρώπινη και επαγγελματική, και μου ενέπνευσε εμπιστοσύνη να την ξαναεπισκεφθώ.

Λόγω καλοκαιρινών διακοπών το ραντεβού μας έγινε online. Η ιατρός ήταν ιδιαίτερα προσεκτική και αφιέρωσε τον απαραίτητο χρόνο για να μελετήσει αναλυτικά το ιστορικό μου και τις φωτογραφίες που της απέστειλα. Μου εξήγησε με σαφήνεια τη διαγνωστική της σκέψη, ανέλυσε τις πιθανές αιτίες του προβλήματος και μου πρότεινε ένα ολοκληρωμένο θεραπευτικό πλάνο, απαντώντας με υπομονή και πληρότητα σε όλες τις απορίες μου. Παρότι η εξέταση πραγματοποιήθηκε εξ αποστάσεως, ένιωσα ότι αντιμετωπίστηκα με την ίδια προσοχή και υπευθυνότητα όπως σε μια δια ζώσης επίσκεψη. Την ευχαριστώ θερμά για τον επαγγελματισμό, την επιστημονική της επάρκεια και το πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον που έδειξε για την περίπτωσή μου. Τη συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
