Η εμπειρία μου σε νοσοκομειακά πλαίσια όπως το Αιγινήτειο και το Σισμανόγλειο, αλλά και σε εξειδικευμένες δομές στην Ελλάδα και το Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο, με έμαθε να βλέπω τη θεραπεία ολιστικά. Η θεραπευτική μου ταυτότητα έχει τις ρίζες της στην Υπαρξιακή Συστημική οπτική, ενώ η ειδίκευσή μου συνεχίζεται στην 4ετή εκπαίδευση στη Συστημική, Αφηγηματική και Συνεργατική προσέγγιση στο ΕΚΠΑ. 

Η εμπειρία μου από τον συντονισμό ομάδων ενηλίκων στην Αγγλία και η ειδίκευσή μου στον ασφαλή δεσμό (Attachment Parenting) και τη Μη Βίαιη Αντίσταση (NVR), μου προσφέρουν πολύτιμα εργαλεία για να δουλέψουμε μαζί πάνω στη σύνδεση και τη σταθερότητα που χρειάζεσαι στις σχέσεις σου.
