Είμαι απόφοιτη του τμήματος Ψυχολογίας του Canterbury Christ Church University με τίτλο σπουδών BSc in Psychology Science, με ειδίκευση στη Συμβουλευτική Ψυχολογία. Η πορεία μου ξεκίνησε με σπουδές στους τομείς της Γραφιστικής και του Management. Έπειτα από αρκετά χρόνια εργασίας σε διαφημιστικές εταιρείες, πολιτικά γραφεία και πολυεθνικές επιχειρήσεις, γεννήθηκε η ανάγκη για μια βαθύτερη προσωπική και επαγγελματική αναζήτηση. Έτσι, ξεκίνησα την εκπαίδευσή μου στη Συμβουλευτική Ψυχολογία σε ιδιωτικό εκπαιδευτικό φορέα. Τρία χρόνια αργότερα έγινα δεκτή στο πιστοποιημένο πρόγραμμα κατάρτισης του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών με θέμα τη «Διαχείριση Συναισθηματικού και Ψυχικού Τραύματος». Παράλληλα, παρακολούθησα εξειδικευμένα σεμινάρια στον χώρο του Coaching, αποκτώντας τις αντίστοιχες πιστοποιήσεις. Στη συνέχεια, ολοκλήρωσα το πρόγραμμα κατάρτισης «Συμβουλευτική – Mentoring – Coaching» του Πανεπιστημίου Αιγαίου και πιστοποιήθηκα ως Σύμβουλος, Μέντορας και Coach. Το 2017, έπειτα από πέντε χρόνια συνεχούς εκπαίδευσης στη Συμβουλευτική Ψυχολογία και πολυάριθμες ώρες συνεδριών, αποφάσισα να ολοκληρώσω τις ακαδημαϊκές μου σπουδές στον χώρο της Ψυχολογίας. Σήμερα είμαι κάτοχος πτυχίου Ψυχολογίας (BSc in Psychology Science) και μεταπτυχιακή φοιτήτρια στο πρόγραμμα Νευροψυχολογία και Γνωστική Νευροεπιστήμη του Πανεπιστημίου του Essex, συνεχίζοντας τον εμπλουτισμό των γνώσεων και των δεξιότήτων μου με στόχο την παροχή επιστημονικά τεκμηριωμένης και ουσιαστικής υποστήριξης στους ανθρώπους που με εμπιστεύονται.
