Η γιατρός αφιέρωσε χρόνο για να μου εξηγήσει λεπτομερώς τη διαδικασία κάθε εξέτασης, τι να περιμένω και τη σημασία των αποτελεσμάτων. Χρησιμοποίησε απλή και κατανοητή γλώσσα, αποφεύγοντας ιατρικούς όρους που θα μπορούσαν να με μπερδέψουν. Αυτή η σαφήνεια στην επικοινωνία με βοήθησε να νιώσω πιο ήρεμη και σίγουρη καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της επίσκεψης. Επιπλέον, η επαγγελματικότητά της ήταν εμφανής σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Από τον τρόπο που διενήργησε τις εξετάσεις μέχρι τον σεβασμό που έδειξε στην ιδιωτικότητά μου, ένιωσα ότι βρίσκομαι σε καλά χέρια. Η αίσθηση ότι με αντιμετώπισαν με φροντίδα και γνώση ήταν πολύ σημαντική για μένα.
