In recent years, he has collaborated with and performed surgical procedures at the Athens Clinic, KAPPA Clinic, and Doctors Hospital. He has particular expertise in the evaluation of snoring and sleep disorders in children and adults, manages septal and snoring conditions, and provides services including endoscopic examination, ear cleaning, comprehensive audiological assessment, nasal septum examination, and tympanometry. He has participated in numerous conferences in Greece and abroad and has published articles in scientific journals. Finally, Dr. Mallis is a member of the Hellenic Society of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, the Hellenic Medical Audiology Neurootology Society, the Hellenic Society of Otolaryngologic Allergy, Immunology and Sleep Disorders, and the Hellenic Rhinologic Society.

Dr. Paflis Mixalis is an Otolaryngologist and maintains a private practice at Mavili Square. He holds a postgraduate degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Crete, as well as a Medical Degree from the same institution. He completed his Otolaryngology residency at the 251 Air Force General Hospital of Athens, the Naval Hospital of Athens, and the Children's General Hospital of Athens "P. & A. Kyriakou." Additionally, he has received training in the management of Telemedicine systems and cases at the Telemedicine Unit of the General Hospital of Attica "Sismanogleio." Furthermore, he has served as a physician for amateur football league matches and taught at the public "Sivitanidios Institute of Vocational Training," while currently working as a surgeon specializing in adult and pediatric Otolaryngology. Finally, as part of his continuous professional development, Dr. Paflis regularly attends numerous medical conferences and presents his original research.
