Το ραντεβου αφορούσε το 3.5 χρονων γιο μου και περιμέναμε γύρω στα 20 λεπτά. Το παιδί ήταν αρκετά συνεργάσιμο. Για κάποιο λόγο μου ζήτησε 60 ευρώ και όχι 50 όπως περίμενα και το δικαιολόγησε ότι έκανε και τυμπανόγραμμα ενώ έπειτα που τσέκαρα το τι περιλαμβάνει η εξέταση που είχα επιλέξει υπήρχε και το τυμπανόγραμμα στη περιγραφή. Δε μου έδωσε στο τέλος της επίσκεψης το τυμπανόγραμμα εκτυπωμένο γιατί όπως μου είπε στο τηλέφωνο στη συνέχεια δε το ζήτησα εγώ. Δε μου έδωσε ούτε κάποιο χαρτί με τα ευρήματα/διάγνωσή του. Μου έδωσε μόνο συνταγή για φαρμακείο. Δεν τον εμπιστεύτηκα

Ευχαριστώ για την αξιολόγησή σας. Οι καλοπροαίρετες κριτικές βοηθούν στην βελτίωση των παρεχόμενων Ιατρικών υπηρεσιών. Συγνώμη για την καθυστέρηση όμως τα προηγούμενα περιστατικά χρειάστηκαν παραπάνω χρόνο. Δεν είναι πάντα εφικτό να εκτιμηθεί η διάρκεια μιας Ιατρικής επίσκεψης, μιας και συχνά χρειάζεται περεταίρω έλεγχος. Όπως και στην περίπτωση του παιδιού σας που χρειάστηκε να γίνει επιπλέον και ΤΥΜΠΑΝΟΜΕΤΡΊΑ (μετρήσεις των Ear volume, Compliance, Pressure & Gradient), εξέταση η οποία τεκμηρίωσε την Διάγνωση, και για της οποίας το επιπλέον κόστος ενημερωθήκατε. Την εκτύπωση της εξέτασης ανέμενα να την παραλάβετε την επομένη ημέρα, όπως συνεννοηθήκαμε τηλεφωνικά. Σε ότι αφορά την διάγνωση, αυτή σας εξηγήθηκε πλήρως, μαζί με τις αναλυτικές θεραπευτικές οδηγίες και αναγράφεται στην συνταγή που εκδόθηκε. Ευχαριστώ και εύχομαι ταχεία ανάρρωση στο παιδί σας.
