Είναι αριστούχος απόφοιτος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Semmelweis και αριστούχος διδάκτωρ της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. His investigative and therapeutic focus also includes laryngeal pathology (voice and swallowing disorders) and nasal pathology (allergic and non-allergic rhinitis, deviated septum), anatomical structures which are painlessly examined in the clinic using modern equipment.
