Ο Ιατρός ειδικεύτηκε και εξειδικεύτηκε στην Γερμανία, αποκτώντας τον τίτλο του Ειδικού Χειρουργού Ορθοπεδικού, κατόπιν εξετάσεων, από τον Ιατρικό Σύλλογο του κρατιδίου του Βρανδεμβούργου (2020).Μετά τη λήψη της ειδικότητάς του, διετέλεσε Επιμελητής Α' Ορθοπεδικής και Τραυματιολογίας σε αναγνωρισμένο κέντρο Τραύματος της Γερμανίας (Sana Klinikum Niederlausitz). Το 2022, κατόπιν εξετάσεων, έγινε μέλος της Ευρωπαϊκής Εταιρείας Ορθοπεδικών Χειρουργών ( FEBOT). Mpenakis Leonardos is an Orthopedic Surgeon, Director of the Orthopedic Clinic at Metropolitan Hospital, and maintains a private practice in Vrilissia.
