Dr. Kafetzis Dimosthenis is a specialized Ophthalmologist with a private practice located in Nea Ionia, Attica. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Palacký University in Olomouc, Czech Republic, in 2007, and has since dedicated himself to delivering high-quality medical care with professionalism and consistency. Papadopoulos Konstantinos is an Ophthalmologist, Director of the 1st Ophthalmology Clinic at Metropolitan General, and the scientific head of the Glaucoma Ophthalmology Institute. He maintains his private practice in Pefki. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in Prague and has trained at the University Clinic of G. Gennimatas. Dr. Maria-Irini Kourakou is a practicing ophthalmologist based in Cholargos, Athens. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (2004–2010), and later completed a Master’s Degree in Medical Imaging in Ophthalmology at the Democritus University of Thrace (2018–2023).She began her professional career with a clinical residency at Hospital Bellvitge in Barcelona, Spain (2012–2013), gaining valuable experience in a high-level international medical environment. She then completed her specialization in Ophthalmology at Evangelismos General Hospital in Athens (2016–2022), one of Greece’s most prominent teaching hospitals.Dr. Kourakou is a member of the Athens Medical Association (since 2010) and the Hellenic Ophthalmological Society (since 2017). She actively participates in medical congresses and continuing education. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Psomiadi Olga is a Ophthalmic Surgeon who maintains a private practice in Ampelokipoi. She is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a few years later obtained her specialty title in Ophthalmology. She has worked as a Resident Ophthalmologist in Greece and Germany. Papakonstantinou - Nikolou Panagiota is an Ophthalmologist and maintains her clinic in Tripoli. Dr. Koumoutsou Konstantina is an Ophthalmologist who maintains a private practice in Koukaki. She studied at the Military Medical School (SSAS) of Thessaloniki. She began her Ophthalmology specialty training at the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens (401 GSNA) and continued her education at the Athens Eye Hospital, where she expanded her knowledge in glaucoma, macular, and retinal diseases. Mpasiakos Sotirios is an Ophthalmic Surgeon - Pediatric Ophthalmologist and maintains a private practice in Thessaloniki. He obtained his medical degree from the Medical School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He specialized in Ophthalmology at Klinikum Frankfurt (Oder) Hospital in Germany and at the 2nd Ophthalmology Clinic of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, at Papageorgiou General Hospital of Thessaloniki. Maria Melisourgaki is an Ophthalmologist and runs the private practice EyeCheck in Neo Psychiko. She holds a medical degree from the Medical School of the University of Crete and specialized in Ophthalmology at the Venizeleio Hospital of Heraklion, Crete, and at the Athens Ophthalmology Clinic. Έχει ήδη μεγάλη πείρα σε επεμβάσεις κερατόκωνου : cross linking και Kerarings , ενώ διενεργεί με μεγάλη επιτυχία όλες τις επεμβάσεις αφαίρεσης γυαλιών: femtoLASIK, PRK, ICLφακικοί ενδοφακοί και refractive lensectomy. Είναι ένας από τους πρώτους ευρωπαίους οφθαλμίατρους που εκπαιδεύτηκε το 2025 από την ALCON στην Βαρκελώνη σε ένθεση των premium ενδοφακών της Alcon Vivity και Panoptix με τη χρήση του digital marker VERION προσαρμοσμένου επί του μικροσκοπίου Luxor Revalia. Όλος ο παραπάνω ο εξοπλισμός είναι πλέον σε πλήρη χρήση στο Ιασώ Θεσσαλίας. Η προηγμένη αυτή τεχνική αποσκοπεί στην πλήρη απαλλαγή από γυαλιά σε κάθε απόσταση μετά από επέμβαση καταρράκτη. Στις 10/9/2025 τοποθέτησε σε ασθενείς τους πρώτους στην κεντρική Ελλάδα ενδοφακούς Alcon Clareon Vivity προ της επίσημης κυκλοφορίας τους στην ελληνική αγορά. Αποτελούν πρωτοπόρο τεχνολογία κατασκευασμένη στις Η.Π.Α. ικανή να προσφέρει ταυτόχρονα άριστη μακρινή και κοντινή όραση, με στόχο την πλήρη απαλλαγή από κάθε γυαλί όρασης, χωρίς παραγωγή δυσφωτοπικών φαινομένων.

Kouroumidis Aleksandros MD, MSc is a Ophthalmic Surgeon with extensive experience in the field of public health and primary care. He has served for many years in the National Health System (NHS) and is a consultant at the Keratsini Health Center, providing high-level ophthalmological care on a daily basis. He holds a postgraduate degree focused on "Quality of life and depression in patients with ophthalmic diseases" and places special emphasis on geriatric patient care, approaching the special needs of the elderly with sensitivity and scientific thoroughness. He has significant experience in the diagnosis and treatment of cataracts while also providing comprehensive ophthalmological care for all age groups, including children. The physician uses state-of-the-art equipment and applies the most advanced surgical techniques. Additionally, he is actively involved in social initiatives, participating in medical missions to island and remote areas of Greece, delivering ophthalmological services to populations with limited access to specialized care.
