Sifnaios Emmanouil MD, MSc, PhD is an Allergist - Military Physician (retired) maintaining private clinics in Kalamata and Pefki, and he is the head of the specialized Allergy and Nutritional Immunology Mother-Child Clinic at the General Clinic City Hospital (HHG) in Kalamata. He holds a doctorate from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Master’s degree in Biostatistics from the same university. He graduated from the Medical Department of the School of Health Sciences at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the Military Officers School of Corps (SSAS). Beyond the required training and service period for the Allergy specialty, he underwent further training in the Emergency Department of the Madigan Army Medical Center in Washington State, USA, served as a Scientific Collaborator (Fellow) in the Allergy Department of the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens, and was a visiting physician (Observer) in the Allergy and Clinical Immunology Department at the National Heart and Lung Institute, Imperial College and Royal Brompton’s Hospital in London. As a specialist Allergist, he initially served as Consultant in the Allergy Department of the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens and subsequently at the 411 General Military Hospital of Tripoli. He completed over four years of further training as a Consultant (Specialist) in the Allergy Department of Ryhov County Hospital, Jönköping, Sweden. In his private clinics, patients of all ages, including children, adults, and pregnant women, are diagnosed and monitored for the full spectrum of respiratory, dermatological, and systemic allergic conditions.
