She has over 25 years of experience in the business sector. As a working mother of two children, she deeply understands the challenges of modern daily life and the impact these can have on physical and mental health.

In 2022, she founded Better Life Lab, a space for self-awareness, empowerment, and wellness, where through individual and group sessions, seminars, and workshops, she helps individuals and organizations build functional habits, mental resilience, and self-leadership.

Η Λευκαδίτη Ιωάννα MSc είναι Life Coach με σπουδές στην Ψυχολογία και μεταπτυχιακή εκπαίδευση στην Κλινική Ψυχολογία στο University of Wales, Bangor. Έχει εκπαιδευτεί ως Life Coach στο Εθνικό Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο. It represents an innovative initiative in the field of mental health by integrating the principles and the most up-to-date data of psychotherapy and NLP on a case-by-case basis. Utilizing the capabilities of its interdisciplinary team, it offers a range of diagnostic and therapeutic services on-site, addressing mental health needs in a holistic and individualized manner. Zervakis Manos is a Life Coach - Mental Health Consultant - Family & Marriage Counselor and maintains a private practice in Athens. He studied and graduated from the Technological Educational Institute of Crete as a Mechanical Engineer T.E. He worked in an international company in the Marketing sector, as well as independently in occupational health and safety. In 2005, he began participating in theatrical performances and summer tours throughout Crete, actively engaging in social and political organizations in Heraklion. In 2013, he graduated from Queen Margaret University of Edinburgh with a B.A. in Performing Arts and worked in theater, film, television, and theatrical play at the Lilian Voudouri Workshop. In 2016, he trained at the University of the Aegean in Counseling, Mentoring, Life Coaching, and subsequently at the Coaching Evolution Int’l Academy, where he obtained an Advanced Diploma in General & Specific Coaching Skills. His training in the fields of Mental Health and Personal Development continued in CBT, Social Anthropology, Counseling & Vocational Guidance, Relationship and Marriage Counseling, and Special Education. In 2022, he also graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) in the Department of Social Theology & Religious Studies. In 2023, he began his M.A. in Evaluative Psychosocial Counseling at NKUA. Since 2018, Manos has been a Mental Health and Personal Development Consultant in his private practice, an author of personal development books, a contributor to wellness and personal development websites, and a presenter of seminars and training sessions.

Marinakis Euaggelos is an Internist - Health Coach, maintaining a private clinic in Chalandri, bordering Psychiko (Agia Varvara area of Chalandri). He studied Medicine at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. With knowledge and extensive experience in internal medicine and ongoing education in health coaching, life coaching, behavioral psychology, and the fundamental principles of the Cognitive-Behavioral approach, Marinakis Euaggelos approaches the individual holistically and guides them with modern methods towards achieving their personal goals and aspirations in broader health and personal development matters. Drakopoulou Xristina is a Hypnotherapist and maintains a private practice in Ilisia. She is certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) by the American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming in the USA. Additionally, she is certified in Hypnotherapy and Clinical Hypnosis, having completed studies in the United Kingdom and the USA, respectively. She has experience in educating children and adults, organizing projects, conferences, and groups, and has appeared in various shows, conferences, and seminars. She specializes in addressing contemporary life issues. Sessions are conducted in both Greek and English.
