Karyotou Maria is a Life & Business Coach with extensive professional experience and a strong background in management, consulting, and personal development. She has a long-standing career in the banking sector, having worked for over 25 years at the National Bank of Greece, reaching the position of Head of Management Financing. This experience provided her with deep knowledge in decision-making, strategic thinking, and the management of people and organizations. Since 2008, she has been active as a Life & Business Coach and author, supporting individuals and professionals in achieving personal and professional goals, managing change, stress, enhancing self-awareness, and improving quality of life. Since 2023, she has also collaborated through DIMENICO IKE. She is a graduate of the University of Piraeus (Business Organization and Management) and holds certifications in Counseling – Life Coaching (University of the Aegean) and Business Coaching (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens). Additionally, she holds an Advanced Diploma in Mindfulness, Compassion, and Coaching, with specializations in Guided Imagery, Narrative Coaching, Solution Focused Coaching, Psychodynamic Coaching, and NLP, from a recognized Lifelong Learning Center approved by the Ministry of Education. Her approach is holistic, human-centered, and personalized, combining scientific knowledge, extensive professional experience, and contemporary coaching techniques, aiming for sustainable change, personal balance, and professional development.
