She is a certified Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and holds certifications as an NLP Master Practitioner (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Mindfulness Coaching. She has extensive experience in the coaching field and has worked with individuals from various professional backgrounds, focusing on each person's needs and aspirations, providing appropriate support and enhancement to help them discover their potential and achieve their goals. Through various tools and methods, confidence is strengthened, positive beliefs are cultivated, and self-improvement is achieved.

Nikoletta Damaskinou BSc is a Life & Business Coach conducting online sessions. She holds a degree in Business Administration & Organizations from the Hellenic Open University and a coaching certification (Certificate in coaching - AC Accredited) from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she holds certifications in Business Coaching and Leadership Coaching from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an EMCC Global accreditation as a Senior Practitioner. Ms. Damaskinou is a member of the European and Hellenic Mentoring and Coaching Associations (European Mentoring & Coaching Council), EMCC Global and Greece, an international organization for mentors and coaches. Finally, she has served as a Life Coaching Seminar Instructor at Evdokimos Educational Group.

Tsiakalos Miltos MSc, PhD is a Life Coach - Mental Health Consultant with a private practice in Koukaki, specializing in Coaching and Interpersonal Relationships. He also collaborates with the Open Popular University (ALP), delivering lectures in both in-person and online sessions. He teaches in the MSc program Coaching and Mentoring at Aegean College. He has completed the three-year Mental Health Counseling program and is a member of the Hellenic Counseling Society, as well as the one-year "Diploma in Personal and Executive Coaching" program, a recognized course by the Association for Coaching and the EMCC.

Aleksiadou Maria is a Mental Health Consultant and EMCC Global Certified Life Coach, with extensive experience in mental empowerment and the management of personal and professional changes. She holds a Coaching Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring from the Athens Coaching Institute for Greece & Cyprus and is a Certified Career Counseling Consultant from the KEDIVIMP of the University of Patras. She has specialized in Life & Career Skills Development and Couples and Family Counseling and Therapy through an e-Learning program of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and has completed a Psychology program certified by ACTA (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki). She specializes in stress management, self-confidence, interpersonal relationships, and work-life balance. Her goal is to help each individual regain stability, clarity, and the strength to act with awareness and confidence. She offers individual and online sessions in Greece and abroad, in both Greek and English.

Aphrodite Chontou is a Life Coach, Business Coach, and Communication Specialist. She studied Psychology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She earned her Master’s degree in Communication and worked simultaneously as a Communication Consultant in various companies (public relations, event organization, advertising campaigns, writing advertising scripts). It was around this time that life coaching entered her life.

Her studies at the Athens Coaching Institute led her to obtain a Diploma in Evidence-Based Coaching, which is dual-accredited by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) and the Association for Coaching (AC).

She also holds a Certificate in "Working with Local Government" from the National School of Government in the UK, a Certificate of Training in the Development of Effective Management and Human Resources Education Skills, and is certified in the program "Improving Communication Skills, Teamwork, Conflict and Crisis Management."

She currently works as a Life & Business Coach and Communication Specialist.

She is a seminar speaker and regularly contributes articles to various publications. For two consecutive years, ICAP CRIF, a leading global business services group, honored her by featuring her in its business publication "Leading Women in Business 2022 & 2023."

One of the most fulfilling collaborations of her professional career has been with the Beaute magazine group (Beaute Magazine, Mariage, Maison & Decoration, Boats & Yachting), where she served as a Communication Consultant.

Finally, she has curated and organized the nationwide campaign "We Change the World" in its entirety.

Zervakis Manos is a Life Coach - Mental Health Consultant - Family & Marriage Counselor and maintains a private practice in Athens. He studied and graduated from the Technological Educational Institute of Crete as a Mechanical Engineer T.E. He worked in an international company in the Marketing sector, as well as independently in occupational health and safety. In 2005, he began participating in theatrical performances and summer tours throughout Crete, actively engaging in social and political organizations in Heraklion. In 2013, he graduated from Queen Margaret University of Edinburgh with a B.A. in Performing Arts and worked in theater, film, television, and theatrical play at the Lilian Voudouri Workshop. In 2016, he trained at the University of the Aegean in Counseling, Mentoring, Life Coaching, and subsequently at the Coaching Evolution Int’l Academy, where he obtained an Advanced Diploma in General & Specific Coaching Skills. His training in the fields of Mental Health and Personal Development continued in CBT, Social Anthropology, Counseling & Vocational Guidance, Relationship and Marriage Counseling, and Special Education. In 2022, he also graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) in the Department of Social Theology & Religious Studies. In 2023, he began his M.A. in Evaluative Psychosocial Counseling at NKUA. Since 2018, Manos has been a Mental Health and Personal Development Consultant in his private practice, an author of personal development books, a contributor to wellness and personal development websites, and a presenter of seminars and training sessions.

Ellie Tsatsou-Palmer is a certified Life Coach and maintains a private practice in Pangrati, Athens. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Deree – The American College of Greece, and a Master’s degree (MA) in Digital Media Productions from the University of the Arts London. She has also completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice in Art, Design & Communication, specializing in Technology Enhanced Learning. Currently, she is training as a Mindfulness Mentor through the Banyan Mindfulness Mentor Training program. Professionally, Ellie is the founder of two pioneering platforms: Integrated Creativity, a holistic approach to personal and creative growth through educational tools and mentoring, and BIRTHED, a digital learning platform offering perinatal education for new parents and healthcare professionals, with a focus on pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. Since 2018, she has been teaching at universities in the United Kingdom, including the University of the Arts London and Ravensbourne University London, delivering courses on creativity, digital media, and personal expression. In parallel, she has worked for over a decade as a Creative Director at her London-based studio, collaborating with international brands, publications, and cultural institutions. Her previous experience includes working in leading creative environments such as Ryan McGinley Studios in New York and SHOWstudio in London.

Leutherioti Eleni, NLP Coach/Trainer and Beauty Business Consultant. She deeply believes that change begins when the mind and soul are aligned. With many years of experience in the beauty industry and adult education, she guides individuals (both professionals and non-professionals) to rediscover their strength, change limiting beliefs, and find ways to live with greater balance and confidence. 

Her sessions combine practical tools with genuine empathy and are offered in both Greek and English, allowing each person to feel comfortable expressing themselves and evolving in the language of their heart. 

Nonota Iliana is a certified (with distinction) Life Coach with an office in Ampelokipoi, Thessaloniki. She holds a first degree in teaching the French language, a second degree in teaching the English language, followed by a degree in psychology focusing on counseling, and finally in life coaching, specializing in health coaching (well-being, autoimmune diseases, weight loss). The specialist aims at the immediate resolution of everyday issues such as interpersonal relationship counseling (separation, divorce, abuse, toxicity), couples counseling, professional guidance, stress management, as well as management of diseases that significantly affect mental health and, consequently, the body itself. Her expertise is centered around transition coaching, academic coaching, and career coaching., Elda brings a wealth of experience in both personal and career transitions. Her journey includes successfully raising three children, overcoming a divorce after 20 years of marriage, and seamlessly transitioning across five distinct careers. Notably, she is also a national champion in equestrian show jumping.

Eleni Vardaki is a Therapeutic Coach - EFT Practitioner who conducts online sessions.

Her holistic approach to coaching and mentoring helps you regulate your nervous system so that you leave the session calmer and more clear-headed. She is specialized in therapeutic EFT Tapping coaching and has over 1000 hours of EFT Tapping therapy practice. She has helped people overcome their fears and phobias (fear of flying, fear of needles, fear of doctors, fear of invasive medical procedures, emetophobia, fear of surgery, fear of public speaking, fear of going back to school).

People also come to her for assistance with reducing their stress or anxiety so that they can more easily achieve their personal, professional, or academic goals. Other areas in which she has helped people using the clinical EFT Tapping method include:

·   pain (migraines, period pain, lower back pain, stomach)

·   insomnia

·   panic attacks.

Eleni has a Masters in Education from the University of Cambridge and is certified (Level 3) with one of the most recognized EFT training providers, EFT International, which is based in the UK.

Πιστεύει ότι το μεγαλύτερο όφελος που αποκομίζουμε μέσα από το Coaching, δεν είναι μόνο η επίτευξη των στόχων μας, αλλά κυρίως το ποιοι τελικά γινόμαστε στη διάρκεια αυτής της διαδρομής, μια καλύτερη εκδοχή του εαυτού μας!
