Nikoletta Damaskinou BSc is a Life & Business Coach conducting online sessions. She holds a degree in Business Administration & Organizations from the Hellenic Open University and a coaching certification (Certificate in coaching - AC Accredited) from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she holds certifications in Business Coaching and Leadership Coaching from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an EMCC Global accreditation as a Senior Practitioner. Ms. Damaskinou is a member of the European and Hellenic Mentoring and Coaching Associations (European Mentoring & Coaching Council), EMCC Global and Greece, an international organization for mentors and coaches. Finally, she has served as a Life Coaching Seminar Instructor at Evdokimos Educational Group.

Nonota Iliana is a certified (with distinction) Life Coach with an office in Ampelokipoi, Thessaloniki. She holds a first degree in teaching the French language, a second degree in teaching the English language, followed by a degree in psychology focusing on counseling, and finally in life coaching, specializing in health coaching (well-being, autoimmune diseases, weight loss). The specialist aims at the immediate resolution of everyday issues such as interpersonal relationship counseling (separation, divorce, abuse, toxicity), couples counseling, professional guidance, stress management, as well as management of diseases that significantly affect mental health and, consequently, the body itself. She conducts individual or group sessions, either in person or via video call, and utilizes validated psychometric tests. Her goal is empathy and confidentiality in matters of emotional, professional, and physical health.

Leutherioti Eleni, NLP Coach/Trainer and Beauty Business Consultant. She deeply believes that change begins when the mind and soul are aligned. With many years of experience in the beauty industry and adult education, she guides individuals (both professionals and non-professionals) to rediscover their strength, change limiting beliefs, and find ways to live with greater balance and confidence. 

Her sessions combine practical tools with genuine empathy and are offered in both Greek and English, allowing each person to feel comfortable expressing themselves and evolving in the language of their heart. 

Dermou Elina specializes in personal empowerment and development. She is a certified Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and holds certifications as an NLP Master Practitioner (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Mindfulness Coaching. She has extensive experience in the coaching field and has worked with individuals from various professional backgrounds, focusing on each person's needs and aspirations, providing appropriate support and enhancement to help them discover their potential and achieve their goals. Through various tools and methods, confidence is strengthened, positive beliefs are cultivated, and self-improvement is achieved.

Viky Petalidou is an accredited Life, Health & Wellness Coach, Trainer, and Mentor. She has completed studies in Coaching, Positive Psychology, Holistic Health, Nutrition, and Adult Education. She supports individuals in enhancing their physical and mental health, managing stress and daily life demands, and making conscious decisions that improve their quality of life.

She has over 25 years of experience in the business sector. As a working mother of two children, she deeply understands the challenges of modern daily life and the impact these can have on physical and mental health.

In 2022, she founded Better Life Lab, a space for self-awareness, empowerment, and wellness, where through individual and group sessions, seminars, and workshops, she helps individuals and organizations build functional habits, mental resilience, and self-leadership.

Elda partners with clients to help them realize their purpose and potential in their educational, professional, and personal environments. Using coaching, NLP, and psychometric testing, she aids in identifying and capitalizing on individual aptitudes, talents, and skills. This facilitates successful management of relationships, life transitions, and academic and career development. Furthermore, she assists in optimizing work-life balance, focus, motivation, stress levels, and decision-making. Elda is an experienced certified life & career coach with a substantial track record of over 1000 hours of coaching practice. Her journey includes successfully raising three children, overcoming a divorce after 20 years of marriage, and seamlessly transitioning across five distinct careers. Notably, she is also a national champion in equestrian show jumping.

Η Λευκαδίτη Ιωάννα MSc είναι Life Coach με σπουδές στην Ψυχολογία και μεταπτυχιακή εκπαίδευση στην Κλινική Ψυχολογία στο University of Wales, Bangor. Έχει εκπαιδευτεί ως Life Coach στο Εθνικό Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο. Tsiakalos Miltos MSc, PhD is a Life Coach - Mental Health Consultant with a private practice in Koukaki, specializing in Coaching and Interpersonal Relationships. He also collaborates with the Open Popular University (ALP), delivering lectures in both in-person and online sessions. He teaches in the MSc program Coaching and Mentoring at Aegean College. He has completed the three-year Mental Health Counseling program and is a member of the Hellenic Counseling Society, as well as the one-year "Diploma in Personal and Executive Coaching" program, a recognized course by the Association for Coaching and the EMCC.

Despoina Drivakou MSc, PhD(c) is a Life Coach with a private practice in Thessaloniki and provides supervision to early-career psychologists and mental health professionals in the initial stages of clinical practice. She holds a degree from the Department of Psychology at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a Master's degree in Basic Medical Research Methodology - Social Medicine - Public Health and Epidemiology from the Medical School of the same university. She is also a doctoral candidate at the same institution. Additionally, she is trained in Systemic Family Psychotherapy and is a certified Life Coach, regularly attending seminars and conferences on the systemic approach. Other psychotherapeutic programs she has trained in include Symbol Drama - basic training, Emotionally Focused Therapy - couples therapy, and the developmental model for couples in crisis due to substance, alcohol, and medication abuse, domestic violence, and narcissistic personality disorder. She has worked both voluntarily and in paid positions at various therapeutic centers in Thessaloniki focusing on addiction treatment for drugs and gambling. She is the scientific director of the Society for the Dissemination and Research of Systemic Thinking and president of the EP7A Association (Prevention, Art, Intervention). She regularly appears on Vergina TV, on radio stations, and contributes articles to various magazines and her personal blog. Concurrently, she coordinates the Family Health forum, which has been held over the past 3 years covering topics related to family and children, involving numerous professionals from the healthcare sector. Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Psychological Society, the Hellenic Neuropsychological Society, the Systemic Society of Northern Greece, as well as other associations in Thessaloniki.

Zervakis Manos is a Life Coach - Mental Health Consultant - Family & Marriage Counselor and maintains a private practice in Athens. He studied and graduated from the Technological Educational Institute of Crete as a Mechanical Engineer T.E. He worked in an international company in the Marketing sector, as well as independently in occupational health and safety. In 2005, he began participating in theatrical performances and summer tours throughout Crete, actively engaging in social and political organizations in Heraklion. In 2013, he graduated from Queen Margaret University of Edinburgh with a B.A. in Performing Arts and worked in theater, film, television, and theatrical play at the Lilian Voudouri Workshop. In 2016, he trained at the University of the Aegean in Counseling, Mentoring, Life Coaching, and subsequently at the Coaching Evolution Int’l Academy, where he obtained an Advanced Diploma in General & Specific Coaching Skills. His training in the fields of Mental Health and Personal Development continued in CBT, Social Anthropology, Counseling & Vocational Guidance, Relationship and Marriage Counseling, and Special Education. In 2022, he also graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) in the Department of Social Theology & Religious Studies. In 2023, he began his M.A. in Evaluative Psychosocial Counseling at NKUA. Since 2018, Manos has been a Mental Health and Personal Development Consultant in his private practice, an author of personal development books, a contributor to wellness and personal development websites, and a presenter of seminars and training sessions.

Η Κοντιλιέρη Μαρί είναι Behavioral Change Coach, με εξειδίκευση στις τεχνικές NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). Είναι κάτοχος των πιστοποιήσεων Certified Master Practitioner of NLP, Certified NLP Practitioner και NLP Diploma από το International NLP Trainers Association (INLPTA), ενώ παράλληλα είναι πιστοποιημένη Integral Eye Movement Technique (IEMT) Practitioner, αξιοποιώντας σύγχρονες μεθόδους προσωπικής ανάπτυξης και αλλαγής συμπεριφορών.

Είναι φοιτήτρια του προγράμματος BSc (Hons) Psychology του University of East London, με ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον για την ψυχική ευεξία, την αυτογνωσία και την ανθρώπινη εξέλιξη. Παράλληλα, αρθρογραφεί σε θέματα ψυχολογίας και προσωπικής ανάπτυξης.

Μέσα από την προσέγγιση του Νευρογλωσσικού Προγραμματισμού (NLP), καθοδηγεί τους ανθρώπους να αναγνωρίσουν τι πραγματικά θέλουν, να αποκτήσουν μεγαλύτερη επίγνωση των σκέψεων, των συναισθημάτων και των συμπεριφορών τους και να αναπτύξουν νέους τρόπους σκέψης και δράσης που βρίσκονται σε συμφωνία με τις αξίες και τους στόχους τους.
