Stauroula Kalapothakou is a Professional Life Coach focused on self-awareness, empowerment, and personal development. As a certified Professional Life Coach, she supports individuals and groups in recognizing their potential, overcoming limiting beliefs, and advancing with confidence in both their personal and professional journeys.

Her professional experience began in the fields of management and sales, where she developed strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. She has specialized in Life & Career Skills Development and Couples and Family Counseling and Therapy through an e-Learning program of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and has completed a Psychology program certified by ACTA (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki). Eleni Vardaki is a Therapeutic Coach - EFT Practitioner who conducts online sessions.

She is specialized in therapeutic EFT Tapping coaching and has over 1000 hours of EFT Tapping therapy practice.
