Since 2005, he has consistently run his own business development business (marketing, IT, consulting, and coaching), adopting an approach that soon exceeded the limits of simple business analysis and extended to internal exploration. Extensive self-examination, meditation, and studying philosophy and esotericism allowed him to gain practical insights into the fears and obstacles that limit human development. This deep understanding became a valuable tool, leading him and his clients to develop their businesses and fulfill their needs. He understood that to support another person's goals truly, one needs to move far beyond technical solutions. This approach was applied to the vertical increase of quality in his customer service by forming corresponding structures, methods, and technical capabilities.

In 2023, he published (Greek/English) his book "Fear: This Liar" (already receiving numerous positive reviews and interviews) as a structured basis that a person can use to initiate and effectively understand a series of 22+ fears that hold them back. Similarly, she created the first specialized experiential workshop combining authentic Coaching and Drama Therapy (with experienced partners in the field), entitled: "Make your fears... as history".

He firmly believes that true evolution is neither temporary nor superficial, nor "hooding" or "patching," but a profound, internal transformation that leads to continuous growth within and without individuals and businesses. He has turned this knowledge into a new paradigm that inspires businesses and people to grow meaningfully.
