Georga Elena

Georga Elena is a certified adult Coach from the Athens Coaching Institute, by Charalampos Petras, providing exclusively online sessions. She is a member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council and specializes in Life, Career, and Business coaching. She has trained in Positive Psychology at Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences and has participated in numerous development and goal achievement programs as a coachee, to actively experience Coaching from both perspectives. Additionally, she is a volunteer mentor at Women on Top, focusing on supporting women in male-dominated work environments, issues of motherhood, and the integration of junior employees into companies. She holds an MBA from the University of Piraeus and has been active in the Marketing sector for 15 years, working in multinational and Greek companies. Throughout her career, she has held roles in Marketing, Project Management, and Business Development. Her experience in the business sector has allowed her to engage in the career development of executives and play a crucial role in transitioning teams to new Marketing structures. Finally, she is the co-founder of the jam and spoon sweets company TO KOUTALAKI. Her motto is ‘Happiness is the highest level of success,’ and she believes that to achieve your goals, you must always be yourself.
