Dr. Anastasios Aggelou MD, PhD, MSc. is a General Surgeon specialized in Advanced Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgery, minimally invasive techniques, as well as Emergency Surgery. He remains an active member of the Medical Council of England and a member of the American Society of Laparoscopic Surgeons, while periodically continuing to offer his services as a Specialist General Surgeon at the "Manchester Royal Infirmary" hospital in the United Kingdom.

Ioanna Papadopoulou is a General Surgeon and maintains private practices in Cholargos and Glyfada. She performs exclusively laparoscopic surgery for benign and malignant conditions of the upper and lower gastrointestinal tract, gallbladder and bile ducts, as well as all types of abdominal wall hernias. She received her Medical Degree from the “Gr. T. Popa” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Iasi in 2012. Considering that the present of surgery lies in laparoscopic and robotic techniques, she attended advanced laparoscopic seminars organized by ELPEN under the auspices of the Hellenic Surgical Society from 2016 to 2018.

In 2021, she completed further training in Surgical Oncology, earning a Master of Science (MSc) degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Finally, in 2023, she received additional training in the latest methods for managing complex diaphragmatic hernias and reflux at the Symposium on Innovation in Surgery in Malta.

Maria Mixailidou MD, FACS, FASCRS is a General Surgeon maintaining a private practice within the HYGEIA Hospital in Marousi. She studied at the Medical School of the University of Patras and continued her medical training in the USA. There, she conducted clinical research in the Department of Emergency Surgery, Trauma, and Critical Care at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, under Harvard University, and specialized in General Surgery at the University of Arizona. Additionally, she specialized in Colon and Rectal Surgery at Penn State University. She is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery in General Surgery and by the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery. Dr. Napoleon Xirokostas is a board-certified General Surgeon with subspecialty training in Laparoscopic, Robotic, and Oncologic Surgery. He maintains a private medical office in Rafina, Greece, and also serves as a Consultant Surgeon at the 1st Surgical Department of IASO General Hospital in Athens.

He completed his residency in General Surgery at Evangelismos General Hospital of Athens, the largest tertiary care and trauma center in Greece, where he also held the position of Chief Resident. Over the course of his training, he participated in more than 1,000 surgical procedures, including a wide spectrum of emergency, oncologic, and minimally invasive surgeries.

Dr. Xirokostas holds a Medical Degree (MD) from the Democritus University of Thrace and a Master of Science (MSc) in Advanced Laparoscopic and Bariatric Surgery from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

He completed his mandatory rural medical service at the General Hospital of Kyparissia and previously served in the Greek Army as a General Medicine Doctor, providing medical assessments and basic life support instruction.

He has received extensive training in trauma surgery (DSTC), laparoscopic and robotic techniques, microsurgery, and emergency abdominal procedures. He is certified in ATLS, ALS, and has participated in numerous specialized surgical workshops and cadaveric dissection courses across Europe.

Dr. Xaveles Ioannis MD, cMS, PhD is a General Surgeon with a private practice in Patras. He holds a doctorate from the University of Patras and graduated from the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace. He specialized in General Surgery at the University Hospital of Rio in Patras, as well as in the Plastic Surgery Clinic at the General Hospital of Agios Andreas in Patras. Delikoukos Stylianos MD, PhD is a General Surgeon who has maintained a private practice in Larissa since 2007, with a branch office established in Agia since 2016. He is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He completed his military service as a Reserve Lieutenant Medical Officer and fulfilled his Rural Service obligations. Stefanou Xristos MD, MSc, PhDc is a Breast Surgeon specializing in the full spectrum of breast diseases, from prevention and diagnosis to the most advanced surgical procedures.
