Η Μανωλάκου Παναγιώτα είναι Δερματολόγος - Αφροδισιολόγος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στα Πατήσια. Γεννήθηκε στην Πάτρα και αποφοίτησε με άριστα από το Αρσάκειο Πατρών και εισήχθη 9η με υποτροφία στο Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Κατα τη διάρκεια της ειδικότητάς της δραστηριοποιήθηκε ιδιαίτερα στο τμήμα Patch tests (Δερματίτιδες Εξ επαφής) και στο τμήμα Φώτο - Βιολογίας (φωτοδερματοπάθειες). Το χρονικό αυτό διάστημα έλαβε μέρος στην συγγραφή πολλών επιστημονικών εργασιών που δημοσιεύθηκαν σε ιατρικά περιοδικά ή ανακοινώθηκαν σε δερματολογικά συνέδρια. Από το 1990 - 1992 εκπαιδεύτηκε επί διετία στον Βελονισμό - Ηλεκτροβελονισμό στο Acuscience (Διεθνές Μετεκπαιδευτικό Κέντρο Βελονισμού) από τον έμπειρο βελονιστή Μιλτιάδη Καράβη και την ομάδα του. Έκτος από τον βελονισμό, έχει λάβει βασική εκπαίδευση στην ομοιοπαθητική, NLP, TAT, REIKI, ρεφλεξολογία, μέθοδο Heart math κ.α. Εξειδικεύτηκε στην Αισθητική Δερματολογία σε ειδικά συνέδρια και σεμινάρια στο Παρίσι και στην Μπολόνια Ιταλίας επί σειράν ετών.
