Dr. Tsapakidis Giannis was born in Larisa in 1975 and graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2000. He completed his Orthopedic specialty residency at Tzaneio General Hospital of Piraeus, with part of his training conducted at KAT Hospital and Charing Cross Hospital in London. He received a scholarship from AO and worked as a Fellow at the Sports Injuries and Trauma Center of Queens Medical Centre University Hospital in Nottingham. He is a PhD candidate at the University of Athens and a member of AO ALUMNI. Since 2006, he has served as the team physician for the women's basketball team “ESPERIDES” Kallithea (Women’s A1 Basketball Champion for 2006-07 and 2008-09 and Greek Cup Winner for 2005-06, 2006-07, 2007-08, and 2008-09). From 2015 to 2018, he was part of the medical team covering orthopedic concerns for the athletes of KAE AEK. Since 2013, he has provided medical coverage for the basketball team PROTEAS VOULAS and from 2015 to 2025 served as the medical provider for the athletes of the basketball team KAE AMAROUSIOU. From 2021 to 2023, he was the team physician for the WOMEN'S NATIONAL BASKETBALL TEAM, and from 2022 to 2024 for the team of PANIONIOS B.C. Previously, he was part of the medical team covering orthopedic needs of the athletes of KAE PANELLINIOS from 2008 to 2011 and the Cultural and Sports Center “DAIS.” Subsequently, from 2018 to 2022, he provided medical coverage to the athletes of MELLISION and since 2018 to the athletes of ESPEROS B.C. Finally, starting this year, he has been the medical provider for the amateur club PANATHINAIKOS A.O. He has attended specialized seminars/workshops in Traumatology, Microsurgery, and Arthroscopic Surgery both in Greece and abroad. He has participated with publications/presentations in Greek and International scientific conferences and journals.

Lallos Stergios MD, MSc is an Orthopedic Surgeon maintaining a private practice in Agia Paraskevi and also sees patients at the Metropolitan General. He holds a master's degree (MSc) in Metabolic Bone Diseases - Osteoporosis and a Medical Degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He completed his specialty in Orthopedics and holds ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) certification as well as a Basic Life Support diploma. It is noteworthy that during his career, he served as a Scientific Associate at the "Errikos Dynan" Hospital Center and the Medical Diavalkaniko Center. Mylonas Xrysanthos is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Traumatologist with private practices in Anavyssos, Lavrio, and Glyfada. He holds a degree from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed his specialty in General Surgery at the General State Hospital of Nikaia. Throughout his professional career, he served as a Scientific Collaborator at IKA Lavrio for over 15 years. Dr. Kormpakis Ioannis is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Traumatologist. He is the Director of the Orthopedic Clinic at Metropolitan General and the Director of the Upper Limb and Microsurgery Clinic. Dr. Georgios Tsakotos MD, MSc, PhD Orthopedic Surgeon - Assistant Professor, Medical School, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens Georgios Tsakotos was born in Tripoli, Arcadia. After completing secondary education in Tripoli, he was admitted to the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Lamprakakis Panagiotis MD, MSc is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Traumatologist who maintains a private practice in the Ellinoroson area of Athens. He has specialized in Arthroscopic Surgery of the shoulder and knee at McGill University in Canada and in Reconstructive Surgery of the hip, shoulder, and knee at the Hospital for Special Surgery in the United States of America. He manages patients with sports injuries, osteoarthritis, spinal hemangioma, fractures, meniscal tears, anterior cruciate ligament tears, scoliosis-kyphosis, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, tendinitis, chondropathy, and other bone injuries.

Ο Χρηστογεώργος Πάρις, MD, MSc είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Χειρουργός και Τραυματολόγος με εξειδίκευση στις παθήσεις και τη Χειρουργική της Σπονδυλικής Στήλης. Ο ιατρός είναι απόφοιτος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Κρήτης και κάτοχος Μεταπτυχιακού Διπλώματος (Master of Science, MSc) στην «Άθληση και Υγεία» με βαθμό Άριστα από την Ιατρική Σχολή Αθηνών του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Εκπλήρωσε την ειδίκευσή του στη Γενική Χειρουργική στο 251 Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αεροπορίας (2014-2015). Ξεκίνησε και ολοκλήρωσε την ειδίκευσή του στην Ορθοπαιδική Χειρουργική και Τραυματολογία στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών «Γ. Γεννηματάς» (2016-2021), όπου απέκτησε ιδιαίτερη εμπειρία στη διάγνωση και χειρουργική αντιμετώπιση σύνθετων καταγμάτων, κακώσεων, χρόνιων εκφυλιστικών παθήσεων και παραμορφώσεων του άνω και του κάτω άκρου . Στο πλαίσιο της ειδικότητας, εκπαιδεύτηκε στο Τμήμα Σκολίωσης και Σπονδυλικής Στήλης του Γ.Ν.Α. «ΚΑΤ» (2019-2020), όπου απέκτησε εμπειρία στην ολοκληρωμένη αντιμετώπιση όλου του φάσματος των παθήσεων, σύνθετων παραμορφώσεων και κακώσεων της Σπονδυλικής Στήλης. Ακόμα, εκπαιδεύτηκε στην Παιδο-ορθοπαιδική στο Νοσοκομείο Παίδων «η Αγία Σοφία» (2020-2021), όπου ήρθε σε επαφή με μεγάλο όγκο κακώσεων και παραμορφώσεων του παιδιατρικού πληθυσμού. Ο ιατρός εκπαιδεύτηκε ως Fellow στο Centre for Spinal Studies and Surgery του Queen’s Medical Centre, Nottingham University Hospitals στο Nottingham του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου (2023), το οποίο αποτελεί διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένο Κέντρο Αριστείας κι Αναφοράς για τις παθήσεις, παραμορφώσεις και κακώσεις της Σπονδυλικής Στήλης στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο, καθώς και Κέντρο Εκπαίδευσης της AO Spine. Σήμερα, ο ιατρός εργάζεται ως Επιμελητής Ορθοπαιδικός- Χειρουργός Σπονδυλικής Στήλης στην Κλινική Σπονδυλικής Στήλης, Κέντρο Σκολίωσης, Τραύματος και Ογκολογίας Σπονδυλικής Στήλης του Νοσοκομείου Metropolitan General στην Αθήνα. Είναι διδάσκων του σεμιναρίου «Πρώτες βοήθειες- ορθοπαιδικά επείγοντα» για προπτυχιακούς και μεταπτυχιακούς φοιτητές της Ιατρικής Σχολής Αθηνών, ΕΚΠΑ από το 2019 έως σήμερα και ομιλεί άπταιστα Αγγλικά και Γερμανικά. Συμμετέχει ενεργά σε εγχώρια και διεθνή συνέδρια καθώς και επιμορφωτικά σεμινάρια και παράγει ερευνητικό έργο. Τέλος, είναι μέλος της Ελληνικής Εταιρίας Χειρουργικής Ορθοπαιδικής και Τραυματολογίας (Ε.Ε.Χ.Ο.Τ.) καθώς και του Ιατρικού Συλλόγου της Μεγάλης Βρετανίας (G.M.C.).

Grigorios Sasalos is an Orthopedic Surgeon, Consultant at the Orthopedic Clinic of Metropolitan Hospital, and maintains a private practice in Galatsi. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He received a scholarship from the State Scholarships Foundation to undertake a postgraduate program at the National School of Public Health. He completed his specialization at the First University Clinic of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has served for several years as an unpaid Scientific Collaborator at the Second University Clinic of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has participated in numerous international conferences, specialized seminars on new techniques, and educational courses. He manages cases across the entire spectrum of reconstructive surgery, hip and knee arthroplasty, with a particular interest in minimally invasive SuperPATH hip arthroplasty. He also undertakes arthroscopic repair of sports injuries in cases unresponsive to conservative treatment.
