Κατά τη διάρκεια της ειδικότητας εξοικειώθηκε με όλες τις σύγχρονες και κλασικές χειρουργικές τεχνικές της γυναικολογίας (λαπαροσκόπηση, υστεροσκόπηση, χειρουργεία ανοιχτής κοιλιάς) και εκπαιδεύτηκε στη διαχείρηση και αντιμετώπιση του επείγοντος γυναικολογικού και μαιευτικού περιστατικού. Τον Οκτώβριο του 2006 απέκτησε μετά από επιτυχείς εξετάσεις τον τίτλο ειδικότητας Γυναικολογίας και Μαιευτικής στη Γερμανία.
