Dr. Lazaros Lazarou is a General Surgeon, certified in surgical oncology of the colon and rectum, pancreas, stomach, liver, and thyroid gland, as well as in proctology, with specialized expertise in laparoscopic and robotic surgical procedures. He maintains a private medical practice in Volos, Greece. He studied and specialized in Germany, where he pursued a career in Surgery. He completed his residency at the Department of General, Visceral and Transplant Surgery of the University Hospital of Ulm, where in 2007 he obtained his Board Certification in General Surgery and was appointed Consultant Surgeon, while in 2010 he acquired the qualification in Advanced Visceral Surgery. Mr. Lazaros Lazarou returned to Greece with his family, aiming to offer his extensive surgical experience and scientific expertise acquired at leading German and European certified centers where he worked.
