Meladaki Dimitra Kai Synergates is a Dietitian - Nutritionist maintaining a private practice in Nea Ionia. She holds a master's degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, and a bachelor's degree in Dietetics - Nutrition Science from Harokopio University of Athens. Additionally, she has specialized in Obesity and Weight Management at the University of Glasgow. Throughout her career, she has provided voluntary dietetic services to the municipalities of Cholargos and Papagos, and currently collaborates with Harokopio University on research projects as well as with mednutrition to educate the public on nutrition-related topics. Foteini Nika graduated from the Department of Science of Dietetics - Nutrition at Harokopio University in 2016. She continued her academic path by completing the postgraduate program in Applied Dietetics-Nutrition at Harokopio University, specializing in Clinical Nutrition, where she graduated with distinction. Her master's thesis focused on the development and validation of a predictive index for assessing the likelihood of vitamin D deficiency in a pediatric school-aged population. Interested in continuous education and training, she has completed additional postgraduate courses in the following areas: "Stress Management & Health," National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), "Eating Disorders," NKUA, “Advanced Dietary Management and the low FODMAP Diet in IBS,” King's College London, and “Online Introduction to Paediatric Nutrition for Health Professionals,” Monash University. She has attended numerous conferences related to her field over time and has also served as a speaker at conferences, seminars, and workshops. She maintains her dietetic practice in Nea Erythraia. Within the framework of her professional experience, she has managed numerous clinical and sports nutrition cases in both adults and children. Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians-Nutritionists Association. 

Marina Mougkridou MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and has operated a private dietetic practice in Voula since 2001. She studied at the Department of Dietetics - Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and holds a Master of Science degree in Health Psychology from the University of Central Lancashire, UK. She has collaborated with the General Hospital of Athens G. Gennimatas, the Children's Hospital Agia Sofia, the Athenian Clinic, and the Athens Colorectal Group, as well as with a chain of gyms in Athens. She has extensively focused on childhood obesity and oxidative stress, and in 2012 conducted research on the social determinants influencing adolescents' dietary choices. She is a member of the European Health Psychology Society and the Panhellenic Dietetic Association. She has participated as a speaker at scientific conferences and in public informational campaigns on nutrition topics. Additionally, she coordinates nutritional education programs for children in municipalities and schools and regularly contributes articles to general and medical interest magazines. In her private practice, she provides personalized dietary recommendations to children and adults with weight management issues, eating disorders, metabolic diseases, and conditions requiring nutritional monitoring.

Eirini Nestoridi is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who conducts online and home-based consultations. She is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition Science and Dietetics at D.I.P.A.E. She has clinical experience through her internship at the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "G.N.Th. Gennimatas," and is currently attending the "Master Nutritionist in Clinical Nutrition" program of the Hellenic Nutrition Society. She has specialized in plant-based and sustainable nutrition, completing the "Plant Based Nutrition: A Sustainable Diet For Optimal Health" program offered by the University of Winchester. For three years, she worked in a dietetic office as well as in an EMS gym, taking responsibility for patient monitoring aimed at weight management and health improvement. Ioanna Lampridou is a Dietitian-Nutritionist based in Kolonaki. She graduated from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, Scotland, where she obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Dietetics-Nutrition. As part of her practical training, she worked in the Clinical Dietetics-Nutrition department of the 424 General Military Hospital of Thessaloniki. She holds specialized certifications such as "Health Behavior Change" from Yale University, "Science of Exercise" from the University of Colorado Boulder, and "Mindfulness and Well-being" from Rice University. In 2025, she will also complete her training as a Master Practitioner in the fields of Obesity-Metabolic Syndrome and Eating Disorders.

She maintains a private practice in Kolonaki, providing personalized nutritional support to individuals with conditions such as autoimmune diseases, obesity, and malnutrition. Additionally, she collaborates with the Dementia Counseling Station of the Municipality of Papagou-Cholargos through the LLM CARE program, where she offers nutritional assessment and support to both people with dementia and their caregivers, informing them about appropriate dietary practices that can improve patients' quality of life.

She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University, specializing in Pediatric Nutrition, having completed the educational program “Master Nutritionist in Pediatric Nutrition.” She possesses clinical and scientific experience and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists. Additionally, she has attended numerous workshops and conferences.

Kouri Eirini is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Nea Smyrni. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki, with postgraduate studies at Harokopio University (clinical dietitian). She has a master's degree in eating disorders, obesity, and childhood obesity, as well as a specialization in sports nutrition.

She collaborated for several years with the Academy of P.A.E. Panionios, providing nutritional guidance and has delivered numerous lectures on the Mediterranean Diet in schools in Nea Smyrni.

She completed her studies in dietetics at the University of Hertfordshire and Biology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she holds a Master Nutritionist in Autoimmune Disorders (EL.D.E.) from the Hellenic Nutrition Society. She has been trained in Genetic Counseling at the Center for Training and Lifelong Learning of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as in Health Coaching for healthcare professionals, and in Contemporary Applications of Sports Nutrition from Academy Life. Aggeli - Kilitsian Maria is a Nutritionist - Dietitian and maintains a private practice in Elliniko, Attica. She is a graduate of the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and holds a Master's degree (MSc) titled "Food, Nutrition, and Microbiome" from the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace in Health Sciences. Her master's thesis focused on the "Correlation of the Microbiome with Depression and the Role of the Mediterranean Diet." Gkini Afroditi is a Dietitian-Nutritionist with a private practice in Cholargos. She graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute. During her studies, she completed an internship at the General Hospital of Athens "Alexandra," where she was trained in the nutritional management of pregnant women, cancer patients, the elderly, and individuals with metabolic syndrome. Tsiakla Xara is a Dietitian-Nutritionist practicing privately in Ampelokipoi, Attica. She graduated from the Department of "Nutrition Science and Dietetics" at Harokopio University. She holds a Master's degree in "Applied Dietetics" with a specialization in Clinical Nutrition and expertise in Eating Disorders and Obesity from KEADD, awarded by the same educational institution. Anna Matsaggoura is a Dietitian-Nutritionist with a private practice in Kallithea since 2017, with prior experience in both public institutions and the private sector.

She holds a degree from the Department of Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University. Subsequently, she attended and completed a specialization in Eating Disorders and Obesity.
