Olga Kakoulidi is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who maintains a private practice in Neos Kosmos. She holds a degree from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Thessaloniki Higher Technological Educational Institute. Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας- Διατροφής της Σχολής Επιστημών Υγείας και Αγωγής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Κατέχει Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα στην Εφαρμοσμένη Διαιτολογία- Διατροφή με κατεύθυνση την Κλινική Διατροφή του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών καθώς και εξειδίκευση στο Health Coaching από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Η Κουτρουλή Ασπασία, BSc, MSc είναι απόφοιτη του Τμήματος Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας του Ανώτατου Τεχνολογικού Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος Κρήτης, ενώ κατέχει Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα Ειδίκευσης στη Διατροφή στην Υγεία και την Νόσο του Τμήματος Ιατρικής του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας κι εξειδίκευση ως Personal Trainer Nutrition Coach από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Έχει ασχοληθεί ερευνητικά με την πρόληψη καρδιαγγειακών νοσημάτων, όπως το έμφραγμα του μυοκαρδίου. Πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών «Κοργιαλένειο- Μπενάκειο Ε.Ε.Σ.» στο τμήμα Κλινικής Διατροφής. Koutsovasili Aleksandra is a Nephrologist with private practices in Palaio Faliro and Piraeus. She graduated from the Medical School of Pecs, Hungary. She completed her specialty training in Nephrology at the General Hospital of Larissa and at the Korgialenio - Benakeio Hospital and has attended numerous postgraduate seminars both in Greece and abroad. She also holds a Master's Degree in Nephrological Care from the University of Thessaly. Additionally, she received a scholarship from the Hellenic Nephrology Society for the Immunology Basic Research Department at the Scripps Research Institute in California, USA, participating in Investigative Protocols on the Pathogenesis of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus. Currently, alongside her private practice, she serves as an External Associate at the Medical Center of Palaio Faliro and as the Scientific Head of the Nephrology Department and the Dialysis Unit at the General Clinic of Piraeus "Hippocrates." Furthermore, she has contributed to scientific publications, has been a speaker at numerous conferences, and has continuously attended various seminars and conferences focused on Nephrology to maintain ongoing education and training in her field.

Georgios Xatzantonis is a vascular surgeon-endovascular surgeon. He trained at one of the largest centers for diabetic foot management and vascular access (fistula) in Germany and specializes in innovative endovascular techniques, having performed over 2,000 related procedures on hemodialysis patients in Germany and Greece. He is the head of the Vascular Access Center at Errikos Dunant Hospital, as well as the head of the Vascular Access Department at the 2nd Vascular Surgery Clinic, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, at GNA “Laiko” Hospital. Mr. Xatzantonis is the pioneer behind the establishment of the first vascular access center in Greece, recognized by the international Vascular Access Society as a training center for vascular access surgery for hemodialysis patients. Finally, the physician is a scientific collaborator at Errikos Dunant Hospital, Mediterraneo Hospital, and GNA “Laiko” Hospital.

Aresti Vasiliki is a Nephrologist and maintains private clinics in central Athens, Acharnes, and Neo Psychiko. She graduated from the Medical School of Ancona, Italy, and completed her specialization in Nephrology and Internal Medicine at the "Alexandra" General Hospital and at the 2nd Internal Medicine Clinic of the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens. During her career, she worked in the Chronic Hemodialysis Unit "Nephriatriki" as an Attending Physician and as a Consultant at the Iasio Therapeutic Center, at the General Clinic of Kallithea. Finally, the doctor is a member of the Hellenic Society of Nephrology and has authored numerous academic publications, while actively participating in nephrology training seminars aimed at continuous education and professional development in her field.

Panagiotis Kompotiatis is a nephrologist and Assistant Professor of Nephrology at the Mayo Clinic in the United States of America (USA). He specialized in nephrology at the Mayo Clinic and in pathology at Bridgeport Hospital, Yale School of Medicine (USA). He has worked as a nephrology attending physician at the Mayo Clinic. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. In 2021, he returned to Greece. He is a scientific collaborator of the Nephrology University Clinic of Laiko Hospital and continues his research activities in collaboration with the Mayo Clinic. Concurrently, he maintains a private practice and collaborates with the largest private hospitals in Athens. He has an extensive research portfolio with numerous publications and presentations at international conferences.

Zagorianakos Antonios MD is a Nephrologist with private practices in Melissia and Ampelokipoi. He studied at the Medical Schools of Belgium and Italy and graduated in 2002 with honors. He is the Director of the Nephrology Clinic and the Artificial Kidney Unit at the BioClinic of Athens (Bioiatriki Group) and an external collaborator at the Private Hospital Mitera of the Hygeia Group. During his basic studies, he actively participated in oncological chemotherapy protocols, from which he completed his thesis titled "Chemotherapy treatment in patients with advanced gastric cancer." Subsequently, he enriched his research experience in oncological protocols during a six-month tenure as an external collaborator at the oncology cancer unit of the University General Hospital - Maternity Hospital of Athens "Elena Venizelou." Konstantelos Antonios MSc is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist with a professional practice license, offering home visits as well as maintaining a private office in Ampelokipoi. He holds a degree from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki and a postgraduate diploma (MSc) in Clinical - Medical Nutrition from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
