Το διαιτολογικό γραφείο Geothrepsis | Βερλέκη Γεωργία εδρεύει στους Αμπελόκηπους στην Αθήνα από τον Δεκέμβριο του 2022. Η Βερλέκη Γεωργία είναι Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος και υπεύθυνη του διαιτολογικού γραφείου. Αποφοίτησε από το Ανώτατο Τεχνολογικό Εκπαιδευτικό Ίδρυμα Θεσσαλίας και, έπειτα, προχώρησε σε μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές με κατεύθυνση την Κλινική – Ιατρική Διατροφή, στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης. Διαθέτει επαγγελματική και κλινική εμπειρία από το 2016, αφού έχει εργασθεί ως Κλινική Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος στη Γενική Κλινική Metropolitan General, συμμετείχε στο σχεδιασμό της υπηρεσίας, «Υπηρεσία Εξατομικευμένης Διατροφικής Φροντίδας – Advanced Patient Nutrition», του Γενικού και Γυναικολογικού / Μαιευτικού Νοσοκομείου ΜΗΤΕΡΑ και εργαζόταν, παράλληλα, ως Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος σε ιδιωτικό διαιτολογικό γραφείο των Αθηνών. Την εξάμηνη πρακτική της άσκηση ολοκλήρωσε επιτυχώς στην Γενική Κλινική ΙΑΣΩ General. Είναι μέλος της Ένωσης Διαιτολόγων Διατροφολόγων Ελλάδας (ΕΔΔΕ) από το 2016. Στο ιδιωτικό της γραφείο πραγματοποιεί όλες τις συνεδρίες, για φυσιολογικές και παθολογικές καταστάσεις, ενηλίκων, παιδιών, εφήβων, εγκύων, θηλαζουσών και ατόμων τρίτης ηλικίας. Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας- Διατροφής της Σχολής Επιστημών Υγείας και Αγωγής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Κατέχει Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα στην Εφαρμοσμένη Διαιτολογία- Διατροφή με κατεύθυνση την Κλινική Διατροφή του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών καθώς και εξειδίκευση στο Health Coaching από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Έχει ασχοληθεί ερευνητικά με καρδιαγγειακά νοσήματα, όπως η Στεφανιαία Νόσος, και με νεφρικά νοσήματα, όπως η Χρόνια Νεφρική Νόσος. Πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών «Ευαγγελισμός» στο τμήμα Κλινικής Διατροφής καθώς και σε γνωστό Διαιτολογικό γραφείο στους Αμπελοκήπους. Η Κουτρουλή Ασπασία, BSc, MSc είναι απόφοιτη του Τμήματος Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας του Ανώτατου Τεχνολογικού Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος Κρήτης, ενώ κατέχει Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα Ειδίκευσης στη Διατροφή στην Υγεία και την Νόσο του Τμήματος Ιατρικής του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας κι εξειδίκευση ως Personal Trainer Nutrition Coach από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Έχει ασχοληθεί ερευνητικά με την πρόληψη καρδιαγγειακών νοσημάτων, όπως το έμφραγμα του μυοκαρδίου. Πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών «Κοργιαλένειο- Μπενάκειο Ε.Ε.Σ.» στο τμήμα Κλινικής Διατροφής. Aresti Vasiliki is a Nephrologist and maintains private clinics in central Athens, Acharnes, and Neo Psychiko. She graduated from the Medical School of Ancona, Italy, and completed her specialization in Nephrology and Internal Medicine at the "Alexandra" General Hospital and at the 2nd Internal Medicine Clinic of the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens. During her career, she worked in the Chronic Hemodialysis Unit "Nephriatriki" as an Attending Physician and as a Consultant at the Iasio Therapeutic Center, at the General Clinic of Kallithea. Finally, the doctor is a member of the Hellenic Society of Nephrology and has authored numerous academic publications, while actively participating in nephrology training seminars aimed at continuous education and professional development in her field.

Dr. Tsoutsas Ioannis A is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist with a private practice in Vrilissia. He completed his medical studies at the Medical School of Rome (La Sapienza - Roma) and additional training in Vascular Ultrasound Imaging as well as Endovascular Surgery at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has worked as a Resident and Specialist Vascular Surgeon at the Attikon General Hospital of Attica "Sismanoglio" and currently serves as the Scientific Director of the Vascular Surgery Department at the "IASO" group. Theodoridis Ioannis, MD, MSc, is a specialist nephrologist. He graduated with honors from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (2010-2016). He specialized in Nephrology and Kidney Transplantation at Laiko Hospital of Athens (2021-2025) and previously worked at the 4th Internal Medicine Clinic of Evangelismos Hospital (2019-2021). He is experienced in a wide range of nephrological conditions including the management of chronic kidney disease, arterial hypertension, glomerulonephritis, congenital kidney diseases, polycystic kidney disease, urolithiasis, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and kidney transplantation. He is undergoing further training in the field of Immunonephrology through the Postgraduate Study Program at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He currently works as a Nephrology Consultant at Nephrolife Chronic Hemodialysis Unit in Glyfada, where he maintains a private practice.

Dr. Ntouras Athanasios is a Nephrologist and maintains a private practice in Piraeus. Additionally, he is the director of the dialysis unit at the Athens Clinic located at 21 Drosopoulou Street in Kypseli. He formerly served as a physician at the Artificial Kidney Unit NEKAD Ag. Dimitriou and at the dialysis unit at the IKA dialysis center in Nafplio. He completed his medical studies and subsequently specialized in Nephrology at the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos". His goal is the proper management of each condition based on a detailed medical history, considering any possible congenital diseases or existing pharmacological treatments. Koutsovasili Aleksandra is a Nephrologist with private practices in Palaio Faliro and Piraeus. She graduated from the Medical School of Pecs, Hungary. She completed her specialty training in Nephrology at the General Hospital of Larissa and at the Korgialenio - Benakeio Hospital and has attended numerous postgraduate seminars both in Greece and abroad. She also holds a Master's Degree in Nephrological Care from the University of Thessaly. Additionally, she received a scholarship from the Hellenic Nephrology Society for the Immunology Basic Research Department at the Scripps Research Institute in California, USA, participating in Investigative Protocols on the Pathogenesis of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus. Currently, alongside her private practice, she serves as an External Associate at the Medical Center of Palaio Faliro and as the Scientific Head of the Nephrology Department and the Dialysis Unit at the General Clinic of Piraeus "Hippocrates." Furthermore, she has contributed to scientific publications, has been a speaker at numerous conferences, and has continuously attended various seminars and conferences focused on Nephrology to maintain ongoing education and training in her field.

Kalogeropoulos Petros MD, PhDc is a Nephrologist with private practices in Chalandri and Argos. He holds a medical degree from the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace and is a doctoral candidate, with a dissertation titled "The effect of sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 inhibitors on renal function in patients with primary glomerular diseases in remission" at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. During his specialty training, he was trained in all areas of Nephrology (clinical nephrology, glomerular diseases, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, transplantation, routine outpatient clinics for chronic kidney disease, polycystic kidney disease, and follow-up of recent transplant patients), in the placement of central venous catheters under ultrasound guidance, in performing native kidney and renal graft biopsies, in urine sediment analysis, and in renal ultrasound imaging. Since December 2025, he has been practicing as a Nephrologist at M.C.A. “IKA”. Concurrently, he worked from June 2021 to November 2025 as a Nephrologist at M.C.A. “Polyxenia Renal” and from 2022 to 2024 as an Academic Fellow at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens within the Nephrology Unit of the 2nd Propaedeutic Internal Medicine Clinic at the General University Hospital "Attikon", engaging in clinical, teaching, and research activities. Xronopoulos Anastasios is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist with a private practice in Kolonaki. He holds a doctorate from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and possesses a degree from the Faculty of Medicine at the same university. He specializes in endovascular vein surgery and has extensive experience in venous diseases and arterial conditions. Currently, he practices vascular surgery at the charitable institution "Errikos Dunant" as the deputy director and scientific supervisor. Alongside his clinical work, he has contributed to the writing of chapters in medical books, scientific publications, as well as numerous papers presented at Greek and international conferences. He has also served as a member of the board of directors of the Vascular Surgery Society and is currently the president of the Professional Association of Vascular Surgeons of Greece.

Zaxarou Vera - Nutrithink is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Piraeus. She completed her studies in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Crete. Additionally, she attended a Health Coach training seminar and subsequently a professional development program in Pediatric Nutrition at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has experience and contributes articles to various websites.
