Το διαιτολογικό γραφείο Geothrepsis | Βερλέκη Γεωργία εδρεύει στους Αμπελόκηπους στην Αθήνα από τον Δεκέμβριο του 2022. Η Βερλέκη Γεωργία είναι Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος και υπεύθυνη του διαιτολογικού γραφείου. Αποφοίτησε από το Ανώτατο Τεχνολογικό Εκπαιδευτικό Ίδρυμα Θεσσαλίας και, έπειτα, προχώρησε σε μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές με κατεύθυνση την Κλινική – Ιατρική Διατροφή, στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης. Διαθέτει επαγγελματική και κλινική εμπειρία από το 2016, αφού έχει εργασθεί ως Κλινική Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος στη Γενική Κλινική Metropolitan General, συμμετείχε στο σχεδιασμό της υπηρεσίας, «Υπηρεσία Εξατομικευμένης Διατροφικής Φροντίδας – Advanced Patient Nutrition», του Γενικού και Γυναικολογικού / Μαιευτικού Νοσοκομείου ΜΗΤΕΡΑ και εργαζόταν, παράλληλα, ως Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος σε ιδιωτικό διαιτολογικό γραφείο των Αθηνών. Την εξάμηνη πρακτική της άσκηση ολοκλήρωσε επιτυχώς στην Γενική Κλινική ΙΑΣΩ General. Είναι μέλος της Ένωσης Διαιτολόγων Διατροφολόγων Ελλάδας (ΕΔΔΕ) από το 2016. Στο ιδιωτικό της γραφείο πραγματοποιεί όλες τις συνεδρίες, για φυσιολογικές και παθολογικές καταστάσεις, ενηλίκων, παιδιών, εφήβων, εγκύων, θηλαζουσών και ατόμων τρίτης ηλικίας. Η εξατομίκευση είναι ο βασικός άξονας στον οποίο στηρίζεται η προσέγγισή της. Βασικό της μέλημα είναι να ανοίξει καινούργιους δρόμους σε όσους την εμπιστευθούν. Κινείται πάντα με γνώμονα την αφετηρία, το παρελθόν και τους στόχους του καθενός και με σεβασμό στη διαφορετικότητα, σχεδιάζει προγράμματα διατροφής που θα οδηγήσουν αργά ή γρήγορα, αλλά κυρίως ανθρώπινα στο επιθυμητό αποτέλεσμα. Εκτός από τη διαχείριση βάρους και τη διατροφική εκπαίδευση, αναλαμβάνει και την διατροφική υποστήριξη κλινικών περιστατικών. Ενίοτε σε πιο αυστηρό πλαίσιο. Όμως πάντα με επίκεντρο τον ασθενή, τα "θέλω" και τα "δε θέλω" του, τις κόκκινες γραμμές του. Με τον εξοπλισμό τελευταίας τεχνολογίας (επαγγελματικό ζυγό και αναλυτή σύστασης σώματος με βιοηλεκτρική εμπέδηση) που διαθέτει το γραφείο εγγυάται πάντα τα πιο ακριβή αποτελέσματα μετρήσεων. Οι συνεδρίες μπορούν να πραγματοποιηθούν και από απόσταση.

Η Εύα Καρανίκκη είναι Κλινική Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος, πτυχιούχος του Τμήματος Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας - Διατροφής Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου, από το οποίο αποφοίτησε με υποτροφία. Ασκεί το επάγγελμα από το 2017, διαθέτοντας σημαντική εμπειρία τόσο σε κλινικό όσο και σε ιδιωτικό επίπεδο.

Είναι αριστούχος του μεταπτυχιακού προγράμματος ΕΚΠΑ στη Νεοπλασματική Νόσο, ενώ είναι υποψήφια διδάκτωρ στο ίδιο πανεπιστήμιο με αντικείμενο τη θρεπτική υποστήριξη χειρουργικών ασθενών με καρκίνο γαστρεντερικού συστήματος. Παράλληλα, ασχολείται κλινικά και ερευνητικά με την παχυσαρκία και τη βαριατρική χειρουργική.

Έχει πέντε χρόνια εμπειρία ως διαιτολόγος σε Γενικό Νοσοκομείο της Αθήνας, με πλήθος σύνθετων περιστατικών.

Έχει ιδιαίτερη κλινική εμπειρία σε χειρουργικούς ασθενείς, ογκολογικούς, σε ασθενείς που ταλαιπωρούνται από υπερβαρότητα ή παχυσαρκία , σε ασθενείς με ΙΦΝΕ και λοιπά νοσήματα γαστρεντερικού και άτομα με διαβήτη, καρδιοπάθεια και νεφροπάθεια.

Συμβάλει ενεργά στην εκπαίδευση φοιτητών Διαιτολογίας (Χαροκόπειο- σεμινάρια πρακτικής άσκησης) και Ιατρικής (ΕΚΠΑ- μαθήμα κλινικών), καθώς επίσης και ιατρών (ΠΜΣ Χειρουργική Ανώτερου Πεπτικού, Μετεκπαιδευτικά μαθήματα ΕΚΠΑ, Μαθήματα ειδικευομένων Ελληνικής Χειρουργικής Εταιρίας). Παράλληλα, το επιστημονικό της έργο περιλαμβάνει δημοσιεύσεις σε διεθνή επιστημονικά περιοδικά και ομιλίες σε σημαντικά για τον κλάδο ελληνικά και ευρωπαϊκά συνέδρια.

Το συγγραφικό της έργο περιλαμβάνει κεφάλαια σε εξειδικευμένα ιατρικά συγγράμματα Χειρουργικής (2023, 2026) με αντικείμενο την κλινική διατροφή χειρουργικών ασθενών και τη διατροφική υποστήριξη σε παθήσεις παχέος εντέρου, καθώς επίσης συν-έγραψε τον Οδηγό Διατροφής για τον Όμιλο «Αγκαλιάζω».

Με επιστημονική κατάρτιση και εξατομικευμένη προσέγγιση, παρέχει ολοκληρωμένη διατροφική υποστήριξη, προσαρμοσμένη στις ανάγκες κάθε ατόμου.

Zagorianakos Antonios MD is a Nephrologist with private practices in Melissia and Ampelokipoi. He studied at the Medical Schools of Belgium and Italy and graduated in 2002 with honors. He is the Director of the Nephrology Clinic and the Artificial Kidney Unit at the BioClinic of Athens (Bioiatriki Group) and an external collaborator at the Private Hospital Mitera of the Hygeia Group. During his basic studies, he actively participated in oncological chemotherapy protocols, from which he completed his thesis titled "Chemotherapy treatment in patients with advanced gastric cancer." Subsequently, he enriched his research experience in oncological protocols during a six-month tenure as an external collaborator at the oncology cancer unit of the University General Hospital - Maternity Hospital of Athens "Elena Venizelou." He completed his Nephrology specialty at one of the largest hospitals in Athens, the Red Cross Hospital - "Korgialeneio-Benakio" Hospital. During his specialty, he developed extensive educational activities in clinical Nephrology and Hemodialysis through lectures, studies, free communications, and publications, both in Greek and international conferences, aiming for continuous and thorough professional development. He acquired the skill and proficiency in placing central venous hemodialysis lines as well as performing percutaneous kidney biopsies.

Dr. Tsoutsas Ioannis A is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist with a private practice in Vrilissia. He completed his medical studies at the Medical School of Rome (La Sapienza - Roma) and additional training in Vascular Ultrasound Imaging as well as Endovascular Surgery at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has worked as a Resident and Specialist Vascular Surgeon at the Attikon General Hospital of Attica "Sismanoglio" and currently serves as the Scientific Director of the Vascular Surgery Department at the "IASO" group. Furthermore, he possesses extensive experience in General Surgery from the Athens Polyclinic and the Athens General Hospital "Evangelismos," in Vascular Surgery from the Attikon General Hospital "Sismanoglio," and in Thoracic Surgery from the Athens General Hospital Hippocrates. He is a member of the Medical Association of Athens, the Medical Association of Livadia, the British Medical Association (NHS), the Hellenic Vascular Surgery Society (HVS), and the European Society of Vascular Surgeons (ESVS).

Dr. Ntouras Athanasios is a Nephrologist and maintains a private practice in Piraeus. Additionally, he is the director of the dialysis unit at the Athens Clinic located at 21 Drosopoulou Street in Kypseli. He formerly served as a physician at the Artificial Kidney Unit NEKAD Ag. Dimitriou and at the dialysis unit at the IKA dialysis center in Nafplio. He completed his medical studies and subsequently specialized in Nephrology at the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos". His goal is the proper management of each condition based on a detailed medical history, considering any possible congenital diseases or existing pharmacological treatments. Η Αρετή Δήμητρα Παινέση είναι Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος και εδρεύει στο Χαλάνδρι, πτυχιούχος του Τμήματος Διατροφής και Επιστήμης Τροφίμων από το Πανεπιστήμιο του Reading του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου, και κάτοχος δύο μεταπτυχιακών τίτλων (MSc Med Sci): στην Κλινική Διατροφή από το Πανεπιστήμιο της Γλασκώβης και στον Σακχαρώδη Διαβήτη & την Παχυσαρκία από την Ιατρική Σχολή Αθηνών.

Είναι επί σειρά ετών επιστημονική συνεργάτιδα στο ΙΑΣΩ Παίδων, όπου ασχολείται με τη διατροφική υποστήριξη παιδιών και εφήβων, τόσο για την απώλεια βάρους, όσο και για τη διαχείριση κλινικών περιστατικών, όπως αλλεργίες, δυστροφία και άλλες διατροφικές ή ιατρικές καταστάσεις που απαιτούν εξειδικευμένη υποστήριξη. Papalazarou Karolos - Epicurean Diet is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who maintains a private practice in Kolonaki, while concurrently serving as the Head Dietitian of the Cardiometabolic - Diabetology Center at Metropolitan Hospital, as well as the Head of the Dietitian Department at Therapis General Hospital. He holds a degree from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of the School of Food Technology and Nutrition in Thessaloniki and has specializations in diabetes mellitus, clinical dietetics, and eating disorders. The physician specializes in conditions such as renal failure or nephrolithiasis (kidney stones), managing patients undergoing hemodialysis or kidney transplantation, regulating electrolytes or hypertension, and balancing the body's fluids. Additionally, he provides high-level services in the placement of central hemodialysis catheters using ultrasound guidance. Finally, he is involved in the full spectrum of clinical nephrology and continuously updates his knowledge by attending conferences related to his specialty.

Barbaressos Emmanouil MD, MSc, PhDc is a Vascular Surgeon with extensive experience in both traditional vascular and modern endovascular surgery. He maintains a private practice within the Top Meds Private Multiclinic in Nea Smyrni. He is a graduate of the University of Patras and completed his training at the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas," where he subsequently worked as an assistant vascular surgeon. He received further training in the United Kingdom at St. George’s University Hospital, covering trauma and aortic disease centers in Southwest London. As part of his concurrent teaching responsibilities, he was awarded the title of unpaid Clinical Lecturer by St George’s University of London. Upon returning to Greece, he worked as an assistant vascular surgeon at the University General Hospital of Patras. He is a PhD candidate at the University of Patras and holds two Master’s degrees. Vakalopoulos Paulos MD, MSc is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist, former Director of the Vascular Surgery Clinic at the Naval Hospital of Athens, and Director of the 2nd Vascular Surgery Clinic at Mediterraneo Hospital in Glyfada. He is a graduate of Military Medicine (SSAS), which trains Medical Officers of the Armed Forces who simultaneously attend the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. This dual qualification was achieved with considerable effort, while his continuous education and many years of experience, both at the Naval Hospital of Athens and other units of the Navy, as well as in the private sector, have entrusted him with duties and responsibilities requiring expert knowledge of modern medical technology and decisiveness in daily patient care. His pursuit of advancement in medical science and technology was fulfilled through his postgraduate training in Endovascular Vascular Surgery and Vascular Triplex at Imelda Hospital in Bonheiden, Belgium (2005). Aresti Vasiliki is a Nephrologist and maintains private clinics in central Athens, Acharnes, and Neo Psychiko. She graduated from the Medical School of Ancona, Italy, and completed her specialization in Nephrology and Internal Medicine at the "Alexandra" General Hospital and at the 2nd Internal Medicine Clinic of the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens. During her career, she worked in the Chronic Hemodialysis Unit "Nephriatriki" as an Attending Physician and as a Consultant at the Iasio Therapeutic Center, at the General Clinic of Kallithea. Finally, the doctor is a member of the Hellenic Society of Nephrology and has authored numerous academic publications, while actively participating in nephrology training seminars aimed at continuous education and professional development in her field.

Koutsovasili Aleksandra is a Nephrologist with private practices in Palaio Faliro and Piraeus. She graduated from the Medical School of Pecs, Hungary. She completed her specialty training in Nephrology at the General Hospital of Larissa and at the Korgialenio - Benakeio Hospital and has attended numerous postgraduate seminars both in Greece and abroad.
