Η Εύα Καρανίκκη είναι Κλινική Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος, πτυχιούχος του Τμήματος Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας - Διατροφής Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου, από το οποίο αποφοίτησε με υποτροφία. Ασκεί το επάγγελμα από το 2017, διαθέτοντας σημαντική εμπειρία τόσο σε κλινικό όσο και σε ιδιωτικό επίπεδο.

Είναι αριστούχος του μεταπτυχιακού προγράμματος ΕΚΠΑ στη Νεοπλασματική Νόσο, ενώ είναι υποψήφια διδάκτωρ στο ίδιο πανεπιστήμιο με αντικείμενο τη θρεπτική υποστήριξη χειρουργικών ασθενών με καρκίνο γαστρεντερικού συστήματος. Eustathios Ksagas MD, PhD, MSc is a specialist Nephrologist, Doctor of the Medical School of the University of Athens, with many years of experience in the management of renal diseases and dedication to providing the best possible guidance and care to patients using modern scientific methods. He maintains a Nephrology and Hypertension clinic in N. Ionia, while working as a Nephrologist Consultant at the Model Nephrology Center of Attica. He was admitted to the Medical School of Athens in 2006 and graduated in 2012. Subsequently, he worked for 2 years as a Pathology resident at the General Hospital of Athens "Sismanogleio - Amalia Fleming," and from 2016 to 2022 he worked at the Nephrology and Kidney Transplantation Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko," initially as a Nephrology resident and from 2020 as a specialist Nephrologist, where he trained in the full spectrum of modern Nephrology and concurrently completed his doctoral thesis. He specialized in nephrology at the Mayo Clinic and in pathology at Bridgeport Hospital, Yale School of Medicine (USA). He has worked as a nephrology attending physician at the Mayo Clinic. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. In 2021, he returned to Greece. He is a scientific collaborator of the Nephrology University Clinic of Laiko Hospital and continues his research activities in collaboration with the Mayo Clinic. Concurrently, he maintains a private practice and collaborates with the largest private hospitals in Athens. He has an extensive research portfolio with numerous publications and presentations at international conferences.
