His pursuit of advancement in medical science and technology was fulfilled through his postgraduate training in Endovascular Vascular Surgery and Vascular Triplex at Imelda Hospital in Bonheiden, Belgium (2005). Numerous cases employing pioneering methods formed his daily training under the guidance of the Director of the Vascular Surgery Clinic, Patrick Peeters. The determination of his mentor translated into trust for the trainee, resulting in a more comprehensive and effective education. His expertise in Vascular Ultrasound led him to attain a Master’s degree (2016) from the Medical School of the University of Thessaly, completed with distinction ("Excellent"). Ongoing education in new interventional methods using the latest and advanced innovative materials propelled him to earn a Master’s degree (2012) from the Medical School of the University of Athens, completed with distinction ("Excellent"). In the aforementioned Intergovernmental Postgraduate Program "Endovascular Techniques," he is an invited Professor, presenting the latest developments from clinical studies and interesting cases related to the Endovascular repair of Abdominal Aortic Aneurysms.
