Ύστερα από την πρακτική της άσκηση συνέχισε να εργάζεται στο ίδιο διαιτολόγιο γραφείο ως διατροφολόγος – διαιτολόγος. Η φιλοσοφία της βασίζεται στην πεποίθηση ότι η ψυχική υγεία παίζει πρωταρχικό ρόλο στην προσπάθεια για σωστή διατροφή και την υιοθέτηση νέων διατροφικών συνηθειών γιαυτό το λόγο δίνει ιδιαίτερη βάση στην ψυχολογική υποστήριξη και ενδυνάμωση των περιστατικών της μέσω της συμβουλευτικής. Στις συνεδρίες της προσφέρει έπειτα από την πλήρη λήψη διατροφικού και ιατρικού ιστορικού, διατροφική  εκπαίδευση, συμβουλευτική διατροφή, ανάλυση σύστασης σώματος, λιπομέτρηση και σωματομετρήσεις  σε  περιστατικά φυσιολογικών (παιδιά, έφηβοι, αθλητές, εγκύους, θηλάζουσες, άτομα τρίτης ηλικία κ.α) και παθολογικών καταστάσεων (παχυσαρκία, δυσλιπιδαιμία, αναιμία, διαβήτη, νόσο εντέρου κ.α). Τα προγράμματα  διατροφής είναι εξατομικευμένα και σχεδιάζονται με γνώμονα την καθημερινότητα και τις συνήθειες του διαιτώμενου. Τέλος αναλαμβάνει οικογενειακές συνεδρίες με στόχο την διατροφική εκπαίδευση για νέες υγιεινές διατροφικές συνήθειες  και διατροφική  παρακολούθηση όλων των μελών της οικογένειας, ιδιαίτερα των πιο μικρών μελών της.

Foteini Nika graduated from the Department of Science of Dietetics - Nutrition at Harokopio University in 2016. She continued her academic path by completing the postgraduate program in Applied Dietetics-Nutrition at Harokopio University, specializing in Clinical Nutrition, where she graduated with distinction. Her master's thesis focused on the development and validation of a predictive index for assessing the likelihood of vitamin D deficiency in a pediatric school-aged population. Interested in continuous education and training, she has completed additional postgraduate courses in the following areas: "Stress Management & Health," National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), "Eating Disorders," NKUA, “Advanced Dietary Management and the low FODMAP Diet in IBS,” King's College London, and “Online Introduction to Paediatric Nutrition for Health Professionals,” Monash University. She has attended numerous conferences related to her field over time and has also served as a speaker at conferences, seminars, and workshops. She maintains her dietetic practice in Nea Erythraia. Within the framework of her professional experience, she has managed numerous clinical and sports nutrition cases in both adults and children. Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians-Nutritionists Association. 

Dr. Kaza Maria, MD, MSc, PhD, is a Endocrinologist – Diabetologist | Metabolism Specialist and maintains a private practice in Gerakas. She is a contracted Lecturer at the Department of Pharmacy of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She is a distinguished PhD graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a doctoral thesis entitled "Effect of physical activity on the physical and mental well-being of children and adolescents with diabetes mellitus". She completed with Distinction her postgraduate studies in Endocrinology and Diabetes (MSc in Endocrinology and Diabetes) at the Medical School of Queen Mary University of London (Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry, UK) and is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Patras. She has trained in hospitals in Greece and the United Kingdom and possesses extensive clinical experience in a wide range of endocrinological disorders, including type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes, obesity, thyroid diseases, osteoporosis and endocrine disorders of pregnancy, polycystic ovary syndrome, menstrual disorders, adrenal and pituitary diseases, and endocrine hypertension. Her research and academic activities further include publications in international medical journals, participation in Greek and international conferences, as well as teaching experience in the Departments of Dietetics and Sport Science at Metropolitan and Mediterranean College. She is a member of the Hellenic Endocrine Society, the General Medical Council (GMC) of the UK, and the Medical Association of Athens. Finally, she holds certificates in English and French languages. 

Stauraki Xristina is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates her private practice in Chalandri. She holds a degree in Clinical Dietetics from Queen Margaret University Edinburgh. She has served as a Clinical Dietitian in a pathology clinic and, as part of her practical training, worked at the Athens Medical Center and in a Dietetic office. She is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists and has attended postgraduate seminars and conferences related to her specialty. At her Dietetic practice, she supports individuals seeking to enhance their well-being through healthier nutrition and daily habits.

Stefanakis Lykourgos is a Dietitian-Nutritionist with a private office in Chalandri. He holds a degree in Applied Dietetics from Canterbury Christ Church University and is an accredited member with ISAK level 1, after completing the educational program of the International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry, focusing on Anthropometry. He completed his internship at the Metabolic Self-Regulation and Wellness Center "Homeostasis S.A." He has also attended the specialized program "Sports Nutrition Specialist" by the Academy of Sports Nutrition and is a Scientific Collaborator at Exodos Fitness, where he provides dietary services to athletes. Roidi Styliani was born in May 1981 in Athens. She began her specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Manchester, England, where she stayed for five years. During this time, she has overseen over 1,000 normal deliveries and received training in high-risk pregnancies. In 2017, she completed her specialty training in Greece and commenced her training in pediatric and adolescent gynecology at Alexandra Hospital. After four years, she officially obtained the title of specialist pediatric gynecologist following examinations at the International Federation of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology Board (IFEPAG). With her comprehensive medical education, experience, and continuous scientific updates, she addresses the needs of every woman from childhood through menopause.

Dr. Ioannis Sarris, MD, MSc, is a Gynecologist - Obstetrician with private practices in Agia Paraskevi, Attica, and Atalanti, Phthiotis. He holds a medical degree from the Universita degli Studi di Roma in Italy. Subsequently, he obtained a Master's Degree in Obstetric Pathology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Zaxarodimos Nikolaos is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, a doctoral candidate at the Laboratory of Dietetics and Quality of Life of the Agricultural University of Athens, and maintains a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. He graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and holds a master's degree in "Molecular and Applied Physiology" from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a research specialization in Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus. Ο Πλούταρχος Τζούλης, Ενδοκρινολόγος – Διαβητολόγος, είναι επίτιμος Αναπληρωτής Καθηγητής Ενδοκρινολογίας στην Ιατρική Σχολή του UCL (University College London). Έλαβε τον ιδιαιτέρως τιμητικό τίτλο του FRCP (Lon) από το Βασιλικό Κολλέγιο των Παθολόγων το 2022 σε αναγνώριση της 18ετούς συμβολής του στην πρόοδο της ιατρικής επιστήμης μέσω της κλινικής και ερευνητικής του δραστηριότητας στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία. Έλαβε  μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο MSc (Hons) στην Κλινική Ενδοκρινολογία από το Barts & the London School of Medicine, Queen Mary University of London. Aκολούθως, έγινε διδάκτορας (PhD, Doctor of Philosophy) στην Ιατρική Σχολή του UCL μετά την ολοκλήρωση σειράς κλινικών μελετών και της διδακτορικής διατριβής του με θέμα τη διερεύνηση και θεραπεία της υπονατριαιμίας.

Συνεχίζει το ερευνητικό του έργο με βάση το UCL και πλήθος διεθνών συνεργασιών με περισσότερες από 55 δημοσιεύσεις σε έγκριτα διεθνή περιοδικά και περισσότερες από 50 παρουσιάσεις εργασιών και ομιλίες σε βρετανικά, ευρωπαϊκά και αμερικάνικα ιατρικά συνέδρια. Έχει μεγάλη εμπειρία στη διάγνωση και αντιμετώπιση όλου του φάσματος των ενδοκρινολογικών παθήσεων και διαβήτη και το πρωταρχικό του μέλημα είναι η προσφορά υψηλού επιπέδου εξατομικευμένων υπηρεσιών υγείας με βασικό γνώμονα την Ιατρική με βάση την πιο επικαιροποιημένη επιστημονική γνώση (Evidence - Based Medicine).
