Foteini Nika graduated from the Department of Science of Dietetics - Nutrition at Harokopio University in 2016. She continued her academic path by completing the postgraduate program in Applied Dietetics-Nutrition at Harokopio University, specializing in Clinical Nutrition, where she graduated with distinction. Her master's thesis focused on the development and validation of a predictive index for assessing the likelihood of vitamin D deficiency in a pediatric school-aged population. Interested in continuous education and training, she has completed additional postgraduate courses in the following areas: "Stress Management & Health," National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), "Eating Disorders," NKUA, “Advanced Dietary Management and the low FODMAP Diet in IBS,” King's College London, and “Online Introduction to Paediatric Nutrition for Health Professionals,” Monash University. She has attended numerous conferences related to her field over time and has also served as a speaker at conferences, seminars, and workshops. She maintains her dietetic practice in Nea Erythraia. Within the framework of her professional experience, she has managed numerous clinical and sports nutrition cases in both adults and children. Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians-Nutritionists Association. 

Diamantopoulos Aristeidis Aris is a graduate physician of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and obtained his professional license in 2015. He was a trainee in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Nea Ionia - Patision from 2016 to 2018, and from 2018 to 2023 he specialized in "Endocrinology – Diabetes – Metabolism" at the Endocrinology Department – Diabetes Center of the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos," which has also been certified as a National and European Reference Center for "Pituitary - Adrenal - Thyroid Cancer." Concurrently, since 2021, he has been pursuing a PhD at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. As an endocrinologist – diabetologist, he has contributed to numerous publications in reputable Greek and international medical journals. He has also received awards at conferences, including the "Young ESE Investigator Award 2022" from the European Society of Endocrinology. In addition to clinical and research studies, he has participated in multiple conferences in Greece and abroad, presenting lectures, oral communications, and posters. In his private practice, he manages cases spanning the entire spectrum of Endocrinology and Diabetes Mellitus, with the primary concern being the benefit of the patient.

Dr. Mastrominas Minas is a Gynecologist - Obstetrician and a specialist in assisted reproduction and maintains a private practice in Marousi. He completed his medical studies at the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He obtained his specialty title in 1989 and in the same year was awarded a PhD from the Medical School of the University of Athens. Tzaxrista Eleni is a Gynecologist - Obstetrician, maintaining her private practice in Marousi while also seeing patients in Arta. Stefanakis Lykourgos is a Dietitian-Nutritionist with a private office in Chalandri. He holds a degree in Applied Dietetics from Canterbury Christ Church University and is an accredited member with ISAK level 1, after completing the educational program of the International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry, focusing on Anthropometry. He completed his internship at the Metabolic Self-Regulation and Wellness Center "Homeostasis S.A." He has also attended the specialized program "Sports Nutrition Specialist" by the Academy of Sports Nutrition and is a Scientific Collaborator at Exodos Fitness, where he provides dietary services to athletes. Pasxalidou Eleni is a Gynecologist - Obstetrician, a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Crete, and a PhD candidate at the University of Athens. She maintains a private practice in Chalandri and concurrently serves as a scientific collaborator in the 2nd Obstetric and Gynecological Clinic of the University of Athens, at "Aretaieio" Hospital in the Department of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology and Reconstructive Surgery. Zaxarodimos Nikolaos is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, a doctoral candidate at the Laboratory of Dietetics and Quality of Life of the Agricultural University of Athens, and maintains a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. He graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and holds a master's degree in "Molecular and Applied Physiology" from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a research specialization in Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus. Simultaneously, he collaborates with medical clinics, hospitals, and fitness centers, offering personalized nutrition programs and body composition analyses. Georgakopoulou Stauroula is an Endocrinologist who maintains private practices in Agioi Anargyroi and Nea Filadelfeia. Roidi Styliani was born in May 1981 in Athens. She began her specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Manchester, England, where she stayed for five years. During this time, she has overseen over 1,000 normal deliveries and received training in high-risk pregnancies. In 2017, she completed her specialty training in Greece and commenced her training in pediatric and adolescent gynecology at Alexandra Hospital. After four years, she officially obtained the title of specialist pediatric gynecologist following examinations at the International Federation of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology Board (IFEPAG). With her comprehensive medical education, experience, and continuous scientific updates, she addresses the needs of every woman from childhood through menopause.

Rizou Anastasia Natasa is a Gynecologist - Obstetrician and maintains a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. She is a graduate and PhD candidate at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she has completed postgraduate studies in Minimally Invasive Surgery, Robotic Surgery, and Telesurgery. She specialized at Laiko Hospital and the University Hospital "Aretaieio."
