He has served as President of the Hellenic Medical Society of Obesity and is currently President of the Hellenic Society of Metabolism, Nutrition, and Wellness. Kanellopoulos Petros is a Pathologist and has maintained a private practice in Ampelokipoi since 2003. He holds a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a postgraduate degree in "Clinical and Laboratory Medicine," specializing in Clinical Immunology from the same institution.
