Ektor Kappatos-Koutroumpas is a Dietitian – Nutritionist, and his office “Healthier with Ektor” is located in the Mavili Square area. He holds a master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Aberdeen (Medical School), is a holder of the European Diploma in Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN), the leading European clinical nutrition qualification, has been trained in the Low-FODMAP diet for managing irritable bowel syndrome symptoms by Life Academy, and in Eating Disorders through the training program of KEADD (Hellenic Center for Education and Management of Eating Disorders), under the auspices of the British Psychological Society. Oikonomopoulou Eudokia - Evina is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Kifisia. She completed her studies in dietetics at the University of Hertfordshire and Biology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she holds a Master Nutritionist in Autoimmune Disorders (EL.D.E.) from the Hellenic Nutrition Society. She has been trained in Genetic Counseling at the Center for Training and Lifelong Learning of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as in Health Coaching for healthcare professionals, and in Contemporary Applications of Sports Nutrition from Academy Life. Furthermore, she completed her internship at IASO. H Ανδριανάκου Γεωργία MD, MSc είναι Γαστρεντερολόγος – Ηπατολόγος – Επεμβατική Ενδοσκόπος και διατηρεί το ιδιωτικό της ιατρείο στη Νέα Κηφισιά. Η Θάλεια Τριανταφύλλου είναι αθλητική διαιτολόγος-διατροφολόγος απόφοιτη του τμήματος Επιστήμης Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας της Θεσσαλονίκης. Έχει πραγματοποιήσει τις μεταπτυχιακές της σπουδές στον τομέα της αθλητικής διατροφής στο Leeds Beckett University της Αγγλίας ενώ έχει παρακολουθήσει και σεμινάρια επιμόρφωσης στην Κλινική Διατροφή και στο Health Coaching για Επαγγελματίες Υγείας. Από το 2020 έως σήμερα, η εμπειρία της στη διατροφή τη βοηθά να προσφέρει πρακτικές και εξατομικευμένες λύσεις, είτε πρόκειται για αθλητές είτε για άτομα που απλώς θέλουν να βελτιώσουν την υγεία και τη φυσική τους κατάσταση.

Οι ενδοσκοπήσεις, (διαγνωστικές ή επεμβατικές), διενεργούνται με καταστολή υπό συνεχές monitoring όπως επιβάλλουν οι διεθνείς κατευθυντήριες οδηγίες και τα πρωτόκολλα καταστολής, καθώς το ιατρείο φέρει όλον τον εξοπλισμό που απαιτείται για την ασφάλεια του ασθενούς.

Drkokkalis Marios - Konstantinos MD, PhD, MSc(c) is a General Surgeon, specialized in Germany and a graduate of the Medical School of Thessaloniki. He has worked in Germany for a decade, where he served as Consultant and Head of the Abdominal Wall Hernia Department at the Surgical Clinic and Transplant Center of the University of Tübingen, where he also earned his PhD on Colorectal Cancer. Additionally, he is the Treasurer of the Hellenic Hernia Society. The doctor has managed numerous cases across the full scope of General Surgery with an emphasis on Laparoscopic Surgery, and it is noteworthy to highlight his expertise in Advanced Surgery of Abdominal Wall Hernias, Colorectal Surgery, and Proctology.

Maria Aggeli is a dietitian-nutritionist, graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaly.

She completed her internship in the Dietetics-Nutrition department at the General Hospital of Athens "Korgialeneio-Benakeio," where she was trained in counseling, education, and nutritional support of patients.

She participated in the study "Macronutrient content and food exchanges for 48 Greek Mediterranean dishes," which was published in the scientific journal "Nutrition & Dietetics: the journal of the Dietitians Association of Australia."

As part of lifelong learning, she attended seminars related to the latest scientific data on nutrition as well as specialized training programs, such as the Clinical Nutrition program at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the "Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity" at the Center for Education and Treatment of Eating Disorders (K.E.A.D.D), and the "Counseling and Communication Skills for Dietitians" and "Beyond the Limits of Dieting" programs at the Center for Mental Applications (KE.PSY.EF.), aiming for a holistic approach to each individual.

Additionally, she worked in a pharmacy for six years, which gave her the opportunity to work closely with individuals experiencing health issues related to nutrition, such as hypertension, dyslipidemia, elevated uric acid, diabetes mellitus, gastroesophageal reflux disease, among others.

Anna Kolokotroni is a Clinical Dietitian based in Thessaloniki. She studied Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki and specialized in Clinical Nutrition with a postgraduate degree from the International Hellenic University. She gained experience in hospitals such as Theageneio and AHEPA, and has participated in the WHO's COSI program for childhood obesity. She holds a Diploma in Eating Disorders and Obesity from the United Kingdom. Since 2021, she has been operating a dietetic practice in the center of Thessaloniki, helping individuals improve their health and quality of life through nutrition.

Kritsini Olga is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Chalandri. She is a graduate of the University of Crete and contributes articles to various scientific websites on topics of nutrition and wellness. She has extensive experience in a Dietetic Unit and an Endocrinology Clinic in Athens. Additionally, she has participated in and attended numerous conferences, workshops, and seminars.

Xorti Aggeliki is a General Surgeon and maintains a private practice in Ano Toumba, Thessaloniki. Kaloxristianakis Nikolaos is a General Surgeon and Director of the 6th Surgical Clinic at Errikos Dunant Hospital Center. He has specialization and extensive experience in advanced laparoscopic surgery of abdominal wall hernias and the digestive system (gallbladder, large and small intestine, stomach), as well as in diseases of the anus. Florou Athina is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in the Zografou area. She graduated from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens in 2022, successfully completing her undergraduate studies. During her internship at the 251 General Airforce Hospital, she gained valuable knowledge and experience in nutrition support, designing personalized diet plans, nutritional counseling, and assessing patients' nutritional status. She continued her studies at University College London (UCL), where she obtained a master's degree in Eating Disorders and Clinical Nutrition with distinction. As part of her postgraduate education, she worked at St Ann’s Hospital/Eating Disorder Service, making a significant contribution to the rehabilitation of patients with eating disorders. Athina is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians-Nutritionists (PSDΔD), the European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN), and the Association for Nutrition (AfN) in the UK. Mosxovis Dimitris is a Gastroenterologist and a Doctor of Medicine from the Medical School of Athens, with a private practice in Aigaleo. Concurrently, he serves as a Scientific Collaborator at the Medical Athens Clinic Peristeri. He studied at the Medical School of the University of Brescia in Italy and subsequently completed postgraduate studies at the Medical School of the University of Athens. Kelgiorgi Dionysia MD, MSc is a General Surgeon with a private practice in Chalandri. She holds a Master's Degree in "NEW TECHNOLOGIES IN DIGESTIVE SURGERY – MINIMALLY INVASIVE TECHNIQUES – BARIATRIC SURGERY" from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). She has received certification in laparoscopic surgery from the internationally renowned IRCAD center of excellence in Minimally Invasive Surgery, Strasbourg. She is also certified in the use of surgical laser from a reference center for perianal diseases in Leipzig, Germany. She specializes in Minimally Invasive Surgery (Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgery, Surgical Laser), as well as surgical oncology. She has served as Consultant Surgeon in the Robotic Surgery and Surgical Oncology Clinic at Metropolitan General Hospital and held the same position for three years at the Euroclinic of Athens. Additionally, she was Consultant Surgeon at the accredited Center of Excellence for Thyroid and Parathyroid Surgery of the Euroclinic Athens. She is a member of Greek and European scientific societies, including the European and Hellenic Society of Endoscopic Surgery, the European and Hellenic Hernia Society, the European Society of Coloproctology, and the Hellenic Surgical Society, participating in their advanced training courses. She has numerous participations in conferences, seminars, and symposia in Greece and abroad and serves as a reviewer for the medical journals Cancer Medicine and Hepatobiliary & Pancreatic Diseases International.

Borsa Dimitra is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and a top graduate of the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University. She holds a postgraduate diploma in Clinical Nutrition from the same university and maintains a private practice in Aigaleo. During her studies, she actively participated in intensive research activities and obtained scientific publications. Furthermore, she has successfully completed a seminar titled "Specialist in Sports Nutrition" under the auspices of the International Society of Sports Nutrition. She has a strong interest in current scientific data and contemporary recommendations in the fields of weight management, nutritional counseling, clinical and sports nutrition, for which she regularly attends conferences and workshops. The principle of her dietetic practice is a personalized nutritional approach based on the medical and nutritional history, needs, and lifestyle of each individual.
