Την ημέρα εκείνη υπήρξε μια καθυστέρηση της τάξης των 30 λεπτών στα ραντεβού, για την οποία ευθύνομαι εν μέρει. Η κυρία που μπήκε στις 19.30 είχε ραντεβού στις 19.00 και γι'αυτό την είδα πριν από εσάς, που είχατε ραντεβού στις 19.30. Ζητώ συγγνώμη για αυτή την καθυστέρηση. Προσπαθώ να εξυπηρετώ τους ασθενείς μου με τον καλύτερο δυνατό τρόπο.
