Μετά την λήψη της ειδικότητας εργάσθηκε στο Ογκολογικό Νοσοκομείο "Άγιοι Ανάργυροι", όπου του απονεμήθηκε η ειδικότητα της Παθολογικής Ογκολογίας το 1998, όταν θεσπίσθηκε η ειδικότητα στην Ελλάδα. Υπηρέτησε διαδοχικά σαν Επιμελητής στα Ογκολογικά Νοσοκομεία "Άγιοι Ανάργυροι" και "Άγιος Σάββας", όπου εξελίχθηκε στον βαθμό του Διευθυντή της Β’ Ογκολογικής Κλινικής. Το 2015 αποφάσισε να συνεχίσει στον ιδιωτικό τομέα, οπότε υπέβαλλε την παραίτηση του και έκτοτε εργάζεται στην Ευρωκλινική Αθηνών σαν Διευθυντής Ογκολογικού Τμήματος. Ολοκλήρωσε τη διδακτορική της διατριβή στο Εργαστήριο Λειτουργικού Ελέγχου της Α’ Πανεπιστημιακής Πνευμονολογικής Κλινικής του Νοσοκομείου Νοσημάτων Θώρακος Αθηνών "Σωτηρία" με βαθμό "Άριστα".
