Ξεκίνησα ψυχοθεραπεία με τον Νικο πριν περίπου 2 χρόνια. Ηταν η πρώτη μου εμπειρία με κάποιο ψυχολόγο, κάτι που αρχικά με είχε αγχώσει. Σήμερα, 2 χρόνια μετά λοιπόν, έχω να πω ότι ήταν η καλύτερη επιλογή που θα μπορούσα να κάνω. Με βοήθησε πάρα πολύ με το άγχος και γενικά με άλλους στόχους που είχαμε θέσει. Μέσα από τις ασκήσεις που είχα κάθε φορά με βοηθούσε να καταγράφω κάποιες μου σκέψεις κάτι που υπό άλλες συνθήκες δεν θα έκανα και έτσι σιγά σιγά άλλαξα τροπο σκέψης και το άγχος μειώθηκε αρκετά και μπορώ να το διαχειρίζομαι σωστά χωρίς να έχω κρίσεις πανικού. Ο τρόπος προσέγγισης του ήταν πάντα διακριτικός. Μου έδινε πάντα χρόνο να διατυπώσω τις σκέψεις μου, ήταν υπομονετικός και με ακουγε προσεκτικά. Τον ευχαριστώ πολύ που με βοήθησε να γίνω η καλύτερη εκδοχή του εαυτού μου. Αν κάποιος θέλει να ξεκινήσει ψυχοθεραπεία και διστάζει ή φοβάται, συστήνω τον Νίκο ανεπιφύλακτα.

Πολύ καλός άνθρωπος - επαγγελματίας, δείχνει να ξέρει καλά την δουλειά του στον συγκεκριμένο τομέα που έχω ζητήσει βοήθεια. Γενικά αισθάνθηκα άνετα από το πρώτο ραντεβού αν και δεν έχω ξανακάνει συνεδρίες με ψυχολόγο! Αν και είμαστε στην αρχή πιστεύω ότι θα έχω καλή εξέλιξη πάνω στο πρόβλημα που αντιμετωπίζω.

Εξαιρετικά προσεκτικος στην καταγραφή του ιστορικού, κρατάει πάντα στοχευμένες σημειώσεις και δείχνει να ενδιαφέρεται πραγματικά να βοηθήσει. Θεωρώ πως είναι και επιστημονικά πολύ καλά καταρτισμένος, αν και είμαστε ακόμη στο αρχικό στάδιο των συνεδριών για να έχω ολοκληρωμένη εικόνα.
