Ξεκινήσαμε τις διαδικτυακές συνεδρίες πριν 4 μήνες, επειδή ζω στο εξωτερικό και ήθελα Έλληνα ψυχολόγο. Δεν περίμενα στην αρχή οτι μέσω ίντερνετ μπορεί να υπάρξει αποτέλεσμα, αλλά με τον Κωνσταντίνο κατάλαβα οτι δεν έχει σχέση η απόσταση αν ξέρεις πως να βοηθήσεις τον άλλο! Τον αναζήτησα λόγω εργασιακού άγχους και burnout και νιώθω χαρούμενος για την επιλογή μου. Στην χώρα που ζώ υπάρχει ένα ρητό : "Nu kan jag andas igen"!! Σε ευχαριστώ για όλα!

Δουλεύουμε μαζί τους τελευταίους 6 μήνες και νιώθω ότι με καταλαβαίνει χωρίς να με κρίνει. Ξεκίνησα θεραπεία για αντιμετώπιση άγχους και κρίσεων πανικού. Αφού τα αντιμετωπίσαμε μαζί, τώρα έχουμε περάσει στο επόμενο στάδιο της θεραπεία μας, στην προσπάθεια που κάνω να βρω πάλι τα πατήματά μου. Τον ευχαριστώ πολύ για όλα!
