Ένιωσα κατευθείαν ότι εδώ μπορώ να ανοιχτώ και να υπάρξει απόλυτη κατανόηση στους προβληματισμούς και τα άγχη μου. Η όλη διαδικασία με έχει βοηθήσει πάρα πολύ απο τη στιγμή που ξεκίνησα και μακάρι να είχα έρθει και νωρίτερα!

Η πορεία μου με την Ελένη που μετρά πλεον 1,5 χρόνο είναι μεταμορφωτική. Με βοήθησε πολύ να περάσω μια δύσκολη μεταβατική περίοδο γεμάτη αλλαγές, με σχεδόν καμία σταθερά. Υπήρξε η σταθερά μου για πολλούς μήνες, διαχειριζομενη με επιτυχία "κρίσεις" και προσφέροντας μου πάντα μια ηρεμία, που την αναγνώριζα στο τέλος κάθε συνεδρίας. Το πιο σημαντικό είναι πως μαζί κατανοήσαμε τη ρίζα πολλών προβληματισμών μου, ενώ παράλληλα με μαθαινε να τα διαχειρίζομαι και μόνη μου. Ένιωσα απόλυτη κατανόηση, ενδιαφέρον και καμία κριτική, όσες φορές κι αν έφερνα τα ίδια θέματα. Τελικά βλέπω πολλές καλές αλλαγές στον εαυτό μου κι αυτό ανταμίβει όλη την προσπάθεια μας. Συνιστώ την Ελένη σε όποιον έχει διάθεση να δουλέψει με τον εαυτό του και χρειάζεται ειλικρινή στήριξη και έμπειρη καθοδήγηση.

Clearly an experienced specialist with years of practice who knows about ADHD. I talked most of the appointment and almost ran over, but Dr Eleni listened and made some insightful comments. In the end it was not the right fit at this period of time between us in terms of approach and style, which Eleni kindly highlighted to me - a sign of an ethical and mature specialist.

Μαυρομμάτη έχει την επιστημονική κατάρτηση σε ένα πολύπλευρο φάσμα γύρω από τη ψυχική υγεία, αλλά κυρίως έχει το χάρισμα να νοιάζεται αληθινά για τους ανθρώπους.Ξέρει να ακούει, να κατανοεί με γνώση και ένστικτο, εμπνεύοντας εμπιστοσύνη και σεβασμό.Δεν θα κρίνει ένα θέμα που σε απασχολεί, αλλά με στοχευμένες ερωτήσεις, θα έρθει η κατανόηση, ώστε να πάρεις τις απαντήσεις που χρειάζεσαι, για να αποφασίσεις με δική σου βούληση, τις αλλαγές που είναι σωστές για τη δική σου ζωή.
